The level of service that Mike and the guys provide is nothing short of 5 stars. Not only was the level of expertise on point regarding the actual work to my car, but the care and concern on a personal level was there as well. That for me goes a long way that is why I am going to continue to do business with them and refer them to my colleges. Phenomenal operation can t say enough good things

One of the best mechanics I have even met. My family has been using Grease Monkey for just over a year now and I start using for the last 2 months. I needed 3 major repairs they have found things my prior mechanic, of 3 years, could not identify and they fixed in no time flat. I really like that they film the repair process to educate the consumer of the damage and repairs needed to get you back on the road. Mike is very professional and helps explaining the issues and options to get things right. Would recommend to anyone who needs help and has a hard time finding an honest and trust worthy mechanic. I recently visited Grease Monkey Auto Repair in Pompano/Deerfield Beach for an urgent oil change without an appointment. The team there was incredibly accommodating and efficient. I have nothing but the highest praise for Mike and his crew. They are amongst the most honest and sincere people in the industry. My family has been returning customers for the past several years after my son discovered their shop. Mike and his wife are extremely careful in recommending only the essentials and doesn't nickel and dime the customer! The only mechanic shop that knew what was wrong with my car in the first place but I had other people telling me to double check. I've been running around South Florida to all these different mechanics having them check my car. Meanwhile it was the computer like Grease Monkey said. I didn't need to do that but I did not know because that never happened to me before. I would trust the shop. They know exactly what they are doing. They are not here to scam you. I was stuck on the road three times. Nobody knew what was going on. Thank you Grease monkey for always coming to my rescue! This is an absolutely great business!

My vehicle broke down on the road. Picked this repair shop because of positive reviews. They are justified. Excellent service and repair that exceeded my expectations. So I came across an urgent car issue one evening on the highway. Already being freaked out- I m also new to the area and had no references for a good mechanic. I went online and started reading reviews. I came across Grease Monkey and read all the good reviews. Well this man Mike just heard my issue, met my sense of urgency and said come just bring the car...Not only did he charge a more than fair price but got the parts and fixed my car in no time. I felt comfortable there, everyone was kind and respectful. Great customer service. I will be taking my car back to him for all future services. These guys did a fantastic job replacing my flywheel and starter motor on my SUV . They also noticed some problems with my brake lines that I was not aware of and fixed them as well.I would reccomend this repair shop to anyone..... They are the best !Services: Transmission, Engine repair

These guys are the best!!!!! I took my 2021 Audi R8 in for an oil change, stood there and watched every Step and process. Mike and Chris took their time, finesse this service. This is definately a time consuming service for a car like this. It was my first time there but, I can say I will be back for sure. I will surely disseminate my positive experience her with my friends and family.

I cant begin to explain the help provided ! He saved me $5k compared to going to Chevy to get my car fixed and looked at again i will never go to Chevy again! He s a great, very professional , honest, hard working mechanic that I never thought I d find in Florida! He looked at my car, took it for a test drive, and in a matter of minutes told me exactly what the issue was and how he s gonna fix it ! Didn t take long at all and i was on my way home! I get off work at 6 so usually everywhere is closing soon; he even stayed open later than the time he was supposed to just to make sure my car was looked at! 100% recommend if your in the area to go there for all your troubles . I know for sure, i will be !

They repair my car transmission (4.5k cost),1 month after same defect - they told me "the problem is radiator". Are you kidding me? Mike was great! I barely made it in on a blown tire, he stopped the project he was working on and did everything he could to plug the multiple holes.... To no avail but didn't charge me for his time and said I could leave the car overnight safely. Was professional, down to earth and gracious. Will be getting a synthetic oil change there on Friday! Happy to make the connection!

Very honest. I went to Mavis and they totally ripped me off it's me off or at least try to. I called up the establishment Greace monkey i asked if i can bring it in to be looked at and he said yes let me look at the car and he looked at the car and gave me a fair price on my brakes. Also my daught needed new windshield wipers Mavis Said that the windshield wiper was loose and they would have to look at it for a $100. I brought my car to grease monkey and and the Mechanic at grease monkeysaid there is nothing wrong with the windshield wipers. I believe the establishment is honest, It's not through opinion but but through experience.
