Had a medium duty truck tire balanced here at giant tire, tire shook just as bad if not worse after I left. Took it too another shop got it balanced and the problem went away giant charged me $40 bucks paid in cash that s why I m not in your system. I will also be happy show face since you are on my way to work next week that way you ll be sure you ll remember me.

Was recommended this mechanic by a good friend of mine, and I couldn t be happier. Harry and his crew are extremely professional but most importantly experienced and trust worthy. Giant tire & auto walked me through the repairs that my vehicle needed and offered me a reasonable price for the work. I actually went to a different automotive business near my house in Aventura and was over quoted by a significant amount. I can t recommend this place enough!

This is my go-to shop for EVERYTHING- from simple oil changes to tires and engine issues. They are absolutely incredible. I've been going to Jose and his team for at least 4 years and they have seen everything with the 2 cars I've owned in that time! I even moved further South to Dania and still insist on going to Pompano to get my baby serviced because they are the best. I've referred multiple friends and family members to them and nobody was ever less than satisfied! Fair prices, great service, and most importantly- HONESTY! You can't go wrong!

You can not get a friendlier more efficient private shop to take your vehicle to. They are honest and very thorough. I needed 2 new tires and they beat the dealership by almost $30 per tire installed.I would recommend this business without a hesitation.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

I can not tell you all the stress I had bringing in my van that had the tire and hub almost fall off in the middle of the road, driving from South Carolina, with 3 children in the back. I asked my brother where I should go and her suggested Giant Tire.They took good care of me. They fixed everything that needed to be fixed so that I could drive home safely. And they worked as quickly as the parts could be delivered. Quality work, friendly and helpful.We made it back to South Carolina without issue.

Giant Tire is the best. Stopped by because I had a small nail on my tire. Got help immediately. I was out of their parking lot in less than 5 minutes, I was in a hurry and had to accept a plug instead of a patch (which was explained it will take more than 40 minutes) . Will definitely go back for any service I need on my tires.

These guys are great!I had picked up a nail in a tire and needed it repaired. I had (bad) experiences with the larger chains (where they tell you they'll fix the tire but you really need new brakes, suspension, exhaust, etc.). Imagine my relief when I went to Giant Tire, and they took the car in right away, treated it as if it was their own, gave me options on how the leak could be fixed (including prices for each option), did the repair, and had the job finished in about one hour.Definitely recommend their professionalism, honesty, and courtesy.Service: Tires

Took care of my husband's nail in tire right away and no charge ! Husband so thrilled he gave them an order for 4 $$$$ tires for his surburban . Great service! Support Local business.Very nice owner and employees!

At first I thought Giant was great b/c they patched a tire that PepBoys could not but this soon changed. They won't plug tires that can 10000% be plugged and insist you buy a new tire right then and there. I stopped going there and use a servive that plugs tires and stands behind the work. Giant didn't seem too concerned about doing what is right for the customer.I'm not sure if its a liability thing or what but I want quality work done that is reasonable and reliable. Not sure if they dont trust their work or what --- but I will go to other shops for my tire needs. I have not been back and now i get my tires fixed for much much cheaper.

I usually take my car for service where I bought the car. It's expensive, and I thought it was the best thing to do. Not anymore. My son told me about Giant Tire and what a tremendous experience! The mechanics are hard working, attentive, and respectful. Their work is excellent and their prices fair and square! They are experts in their field and craft. Highly recommended. Best choice.

We've been using Giant for years. They go out of our way to help us get fixed and running, especially with our work vehicles. About $100 less and 2 hours quicker than any other place I called. Excellent service and great discount tires. These people are good mechanics, not mechanic account managers who try to sell you useless packages, service plans and all that crap before they even address the problem.They explain in simple terms and help you under stand and they work with you.Will definitely be back if i jave any other car issues.

It was my second tire shop to visit as I needed my tires checked. I did not feel comfortable with driving too far in my car.The guy in the first shop was very unpleasant. After I explained my concerns, he said "Yes" between his teeth. He made me feel like I was interrupting him from looking at his phone and then went to do other things in the store. I waited 15 minutes without knowing if he would come back or not.So I decided to leave to find another store. On my way back home, I found Giant Tire on Copans in Pompano Beach.Wow, the service between the 2 shops was night and day. A service advisor immediately welcomed me with a smile and made me feel like I came to the right place. He listened to me even though he was as busy as the last shop, if not more. Then not even 5 minutes after, a mechanic took my car to check it up. Also, a very nice guy! They came back, they had checked the tires, put air in it, and said the tires were fine and did not need any kind of repair. The service advisor even offered that I come back the next day to check it again. They did not even charge for their time. I will be sure to go back to them if I need some car repairs.I highly recommend this shop!Service: Tires

I've been driving past this shop for 20 years and never noticed it. I was stuck today when a work truck had a mail in the tire and my normal shops wouldn't help me out. These guys did and right before they closed. Super nice guys and it looks like an awesome place to take your vehicle. I'll be back.

Apparently the staff can t hear you if you re wearing a protective face mask. Gentleman made me repeat myself and then made faces as to gesture he had no idea what I was saying or was unclear. He would reply calling out other parts of the vehicle which I had not mentioned. A polite lady staff member assisted and repeated what I had just said to the gentleman and he looked irritate from it. It was clear that his point was more important to him than my business. I explained my discomfort and he simply stared at me with a careless expression. This was a terrible experience and I m surprised as I had previously read their reviews.**Strange part is that they carry guns visibly on their body while working. Everything was very unsettling.
