Highly recommended! Every other mechanic wanted a hefty price to fix my SLK top, not only was Mike affordable, my car was finished in 24hrs turnaround time! One of the few mechanics that is straight forward

Mercedes Mike is a true gentleman. I am a from Toronto Canada and my car ran into some issues with battery and charging from sitting for too long. I was on my way to Mike's shop and was stranded on the road. He came to rescue me and towed my car to his shop. He then needed time to diagnose the problem so I had to leave the car. I was prepared to take a UBER back to my place but he had his lovely wife go out of her way to drop me off. He diagnosed the problem and actually got me going on the way back to Canada.His knowledge is outstanding as well as his level of honesty. One of my friends in Toronto is a Service Manager at Mercedes Benz and Mike is as knowledgeable as anyone I have dealt with at Mercedes Benz in the last 30 years . Mike thank you and I consider you a friend after helping me so much!Ivan

Mike is personally attentive to each vehicle. He makes sure you leave with a smile, as you don't necessarily have when leaving the dealership. The prompt repair time and excellent customer service dealerships could learn from. He and his staff are so treat you like royalty. I will continue to utilize Mike for all of my German cars! Mercedes Mike is a miracle worker. He diagnosed and fixed what 3 others couldn t even figure out. He is amazing, knowledgeable, professional, courteous. He truly knows his business. I highly recommend this business.

I went to Mercedes Mike twice, once to have a new intake manifold installed, and another to have all new shocks, struts, sway bars, and all the associated mounts and bushings installed. The work was excellent, the cost was reasonable, and I am very happy with the quality of their service. I will definitely go to Mercedes Mike again.

I recommend mike Mercedes for all your car services. I was very happy with the service and attention received for my 2009 CLK. Totally recommend this german mechanic Mercedes Mike.I had to tow my GL 450 to him because it wouldn't start. He came early to the shop for me. Mike is absolutely terrific super honest and straight to the point. I came in with a bunch of problems with my 2017 ILX and he made sure to take care every little issue the turnaround was really quick 2 days later and my car is running like new. I highly recommend you visit his shop wether you have a Mercedes or any other car he s the go to guy!!!!

As a DIY mechanic myself, it is difficult to build trust and find a skilled expert that takes time to share knowledge with the customer. As a mercedes owner, I am grateful for having Mike around. I can't mention enough how valuable he is. Bottom line both you and your mb will receive the best service and troubleshooting experience. Thanks again for diagnosing and fixing my W212 airco today. Mike is a life saver! Right place at the right time .. after month or so of trying to figure out what was wrong with my SLK .. Mike fixed it overnight .. literally it was towed in around noon and it was ready first thing this morning. Amazingly he also tries to stockpile some older parts, so when they are needed, he has them on hand. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy too! Mike worked on my 2022 GLE 350 . He reset a part of the communication computer and did a fantastic job. The amount he charged me was unexpected low . A very fare deal . I have a newer AMG E63. I only take it to Mike. He knows what he is doing and not even that but he is really reasonable with his pricing. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who is driving a Mercedes and needs any service done.

I called this shop and asked:do they have Star DIAGNOS from Mercedes Benz?The person who is senior there answered Yes.I asked him another question: What is cost of scanning for the presence of errors, inspection on a lift to check for oil leaks and the condition of the vehicle's chassis.Said 160.Came to him.Which was far from easy, since finding a shop even using Google maps is problematic.Once again he clarified what he had already asked - he answered yes.He connected it to him laptop and started fiddling around for a while, I asked him what was the matter, answered: 'everything will be fine now' ...Some time has passed and it reports that there are no errors.This was very strange and simply impossible, since even new cars from the dealer have errors.In addition, all errors are recorded and stored in the memory of the on-board computer.I asked him again, answered that there were none, except for one mistake, I ask him again what kind of mistake - he is silent ...Then he picked it up on a lift and began to pretend that he was examining something.I told him: why don't you take off lower protection?He asks me:For what ?I told him:To check for oil leaks.He removed the 2nd protection and stands and just looks, without checking for leaks using a flashlight or checking the chassis.After standing like that for a while, he lowered the car.He said go and pay.I approached the manager (woman), asked if they could make a discount?She replied: for what?I said - for not checking the car for errors in the system and not checking the condition of the chassis.She refused to discount.Handed her my card for payment, she said $160Immediately man who 'cheked' came runningand began to teach her that it was necessary to add a tax and something else that I did not catch because he told her quite quietly.The manager immediately counted and gave out the amount of payment - 204.57 !!!Such is the cost in this trash shop for simulating checking the on-board computer of my car for errors and lifting on the lift with the removal of 2 plastic lower protections!The maximum price for this in other places is only 45!In addition, shop was quite dirty and very little space.P.S. Such service and such prices in this"shop"...Since $204 was wasted.For comparison, at an authorized dealer, the cost of diagnostics is 130This amount includes a complete diagnosis of the car for errors, as well as a check of the chassis, transmission, as well as an inspection for the presence of oil and liquid leaks
