Truck was brought in to the dealership due to losing coolant, after diagnostic was complete I was inform the truck was covered under warranty and there was a crack head gasket. Truck stayed at the dealer for one Whole month to get head gasket and piston replace due to coolant leaking back in to the engine. Receive the truck back after one month of being at the dealership not even 2 weeks out on the road i have to bring the truck back due to losing coolant internally again.

This is the worst Freightliner dealer in the entire nation. They will hold your truck for weeks even months. They don t have any technicians but a bunch of parts changers. My truck had an issue with the transmission they couldn t figure out. I brought the truck to them 3 times. The first 2 times they had it for 2 weeks. The third time it was for 3 weeks. They charged me $ 8,216.00 at the first time. I had to take the truck to Joplin MO where it was fixed. I got there Sunday in the middle of the night in the afternoon before 5:00 pm my truck was fixed and it was an Easter Sunday. The culture over there they won t be able to fix your truck and when you try to talk to them they will call the police and lie on you by saying you threat them. They are evils doers. They are not nice. Please stay away from this place.

Dropped off my motorhome for freightliner and cummins recalls. Carl and Chris is service were courteous and professional. I could not have asked for better service. When I picked up the motorhome after service the floor was covered in protective paper mats the seat was covered completely in plastic as was the steering wheel. The entire operation is FIRST CLASS!

Our company bought 2 trucks three weeks ago from Freightleiner pompano.Once picked the trucks from pompano store, half way to Orlando, the store sales person and GM Donald Maher started to call urging we get the trucks back, due a liability situation from their side, because they did not do the fifth wheel certification and services of the truck.Our drivers got the trucks back to the store late that same night.Until today, we have not received any formal explanation, of when and what is going on with our trucks, sent numerous emails for explanations and confirming info of the time and date we are having our trucks delivered.In addition, we called today to the General manager and hang up on us.Bought in a serious dealership, thinking in trustworthiness, being a legit company, responsable, efficient and diligent, but have had non of the above.No customer service explaining or giving feedback or details of the situation of the trucks or when are we getting them back certified.It isn t our responsibility they did not do their job, and I should not be losing time nor money because of it.Have lost tons of money in drivers, all the insurances needed, parking rental plus the contracts we had running with the operation of the trucks, which we never received them to work then out.Unfortunately due the facts we had to transparent our situation in social media.Hope they make themselves responsable and give us a straight answer and make themselves responsable of our loss.The Great Work Investments LLC

Unfortunately we Greatwork Investments LLc bought 2 trucks on November with date of delivery Dec 4th and until know we Haven t received the trucks due a possible certification needed of the fifth wheel. Which should have been done before Dec 4th.They gave us the trucks but they made us drive them back that same day once driving them 250 miles to our offices in Orlando. That late night our drivers went back to pompano with them to solve Pompanos Freightliner issue after receiving tons calls, messages and emails from the seller Andy Kazmirski that the trucks had mayor mechanic problem.Until today we haven t received confirmation date of delivery.Besides the Pompano Freightliner GM Don Maher who in the first email said that would pay and respond for all our loss, has not pronounced himself formally after hanging me up the phone on a conversation asking for explanations of the loss that we have incurred of insurances, loss of contracts, monthly payments and the economic loss of not being able the work with them all this past month.It calls our attention the unprofessionalism of pompano Freightliner to respond and make themselves responsable of our economic loss and luck of communication in this unfortunate process of not giving the delivery date.Great Work Inv LLc

Fixed a wheel seal here, took the truck on the road and here is 3 days later, they didn't tight the nuts, now we are at a TA service and the dealer is refusing the take to responsibility to pay the bill, so it look like we are going to see them in court soon.

I went in for a part, Mike was able to locate it for me using the part locator nation wide, only 2 dealers had this part and he was able to get it for me overnight air in order to keep my truck and business running, what an amazing guy, we need more people like Mike. Van left for warranty work was returned undriveable. An independent mechanic found Freightliner installed NOX sensor incorrectly, causing its wires melted on a hot exhaust pipe.Update: Freightliner claimed in their response that they never heard back from me. This is false, they never called back.

Great service experience all around. The techs here found issues multiple other Freightliners couldn't find, and our service advisor Bill is incredibly knowledgeable and will keep us coming back to this location for routine maintenance!

So this is the whole story. Tried to call ahead to get an air filter paid for by my company so I could expedite the process. Waited on hold for a while then finally someone answered but said they couldn't ring anything up wothout a PO number which is false. You create the bill then get a PO number. Anyway after calling my company, I tried to call back but was unable to get anyone on the phone. I ecen got a text saying they woukd call me back but never did. When I arrived I found out why. They have about 12 people in the service/parts area but while I was there they were all ignoring the multiple rings from their phones despite having no one in feont of them. Tyrone was way too busy watching NFL on his phone to be bothered helping. Apparently this store is an inperson only place. Management needs to educate their staff on customer service and remind them why they are there. It's not hang out with your friends and shoot the breeze time.

This place is a very trustworthy place took my Mercedes Benz Sprinter here for a gas filter change and light code check. They advise me on what to do which cost nothing since it was a manufacture recall campaign. Service advisor was very informative and helpful.

Took my truck to this dealer for a PM service and to check my breaks that were locking up.They kept my truck there for a full week, you would think they fixed it it was just PM service and break check but...let say the only thing they fixed was their pocket. The PM service wasn t done well but that wasn t the main issue to me. The breaks were never touched. when I asked what happened they said they haven t found out what the problem was and would have to remove the wheels to check. They didn t remove the wheels , didn t find what the problem was but I was charged $240 to check breaks which is a rip off but I would be ok with it if they at lease told me what the problem was. I walked out of there with a bill over $1300 for PM service and to change a cabin air filter.It also would have been more when they tried charging me $174 for a dome light that they did absolutely nothing to because I asked about replacing the switch that was missing. And that didn t include the price nor labor to replace the switch.They took it off after I complained.They did make a Survey call a couple days after to see how things went. When I express my dissatisfaction they had the service manager call me. When I explained to him he said he would look into it and call me back. I m still waiting for that call, at this time three weeks have already passed since he said he would call.I read the many bad reviews before I went there and should not have gone but they are pretty close to where I park so it was convenient for me to go there, wish I didn t.

This was the most frustrating and time consuming experience I have ever gone through. You'd have better luck getting through to the IRS. Then, if you do get through, they will likely hang up. After numerous attempts, I got William in parts. After communicating which part I needed, he sent me a cc authorization form in which I responded almost immediately. At that time, he still did not provide me with a shipping cost or tell me how much my card would be charged for. That was the last correspondence I had with him. I could not get a hold of him or anyone in the parts department from thereon out. I tried going through the service department, and they screened my call before forwarding me to William. Instead, I was actually routed to a Mike's voicemail. I was not aware of the status of the part or how much the total was (they didn't run the card for a couple days) until the package arrived at my door. And, it was completely beat up with poor packaging. If my local dealer held this part, I would go through them. I highly recommend finding your part elsewhere, even if it's out of state.

Very unsatisfied with the service. Brought them my truck on Friday morning 04/22 and since that they have not touched my unit but as they promised they should have started in on Monday 04/25 which they did not touch it even after 3 days. Thumbs down to all of its service shops across US. FTL Miami is the same wont give better service. Just in case we all we needed is the coolant sensor replacement and check 5th wheel slider.

I walked the store Saturday morning walked to the young Spanish guy with long hair I said good morning and said (HEY IM CURIOUS TO KNOW IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC AIR FILTER) The young Spanish guy start laughing non stop as if he was at improv comedy show I asked him what's so funny he says my choice of words (CURIOUS) I'm still lost and don't see what's funny maybe he need to open his mind and vocabulary instead of sitting behind a front desk making joke towards paying customers I started to tell him I talk like this because we are clearly in a different Tax bracket freightliner of broward you guys need to get the unprofessional out and train your crew with high standards and respect he clearly needs to be flipping burger somewhere else

This dealer practices very deceptive and shady business practices. We ordered three trucks one year ago and put down a deposit with a copy of signed agreement at a locked in price. Not only did the serial numbers changed a few times on our order but also when the trucks were close to arriving the dealer decided to tack on additional $60k per truck without any justification. We even called corporate and they were appalled and stated this was completely no reason for such increase. Don t use them, the owner and sales rep Andy will use your preorders to get trucks to resell to others at higher price. As a new business this really hurt us and I hope no one else falls prey to these crooks.

Worst experience of my life, I don't recommend buying a sprinter freighliner. I waited three months for the van's nox sensor to be fixed and after going to the dealership more than five times it didn't work, they gave me another appointment. While the car is under warranty, they don't give you another vehicle while they fix mine, they have taken up to seven days with the car and they don't fix it.This new 06/18/2022First off I dont recommend the freightliners. Supposedly after waiting so long they fixed a sensor that was broke months ago. I just went to go change the tires of my van and I discovered they had taken off the censor to my wheels. Dont buy those cars. Even at the dealers they like to scam you. Its a total disrespect. The guarantee that they give isn t even an actual guarantee. I highly DONT recommend them at all what so ever!

Certified criminals in operating a business ripping off honest truckers, worker cost damage to my radiotor, CIAIRRA ANGEL GENERAL MANAGER refused to repair my truck after a week of sitting, repair done out of pocket reimbursement along with repairs was also refused. If you do go to this place ensure you have your lawyer on hand and also take pictures of your truck /area needing work before you leave.

be careful with this people. they just want to steal your money.I took my truck to fix the park smart air conditioner no cooling, I went to this place guessing that they can fixed because they are Freightliner. after waiting 3 days, they took my truck at 10:05 am to check the damage. they had the diagnostic at 10:51am and charged me $465 for 3 hours of labor saying that the damage is the compressor and they don't change only one part and I have to change the whole system by $12000. when I told them that it wasn't even an hour, they say that they charge what the computer say, and is not his fault that the technician is very efficient. one week later, an electrician fix a damage cable and charge me $120, and I have air conditioner again.

Had what I would call a repair that needed to be fixed immediately. 2021 Freightliner is giving a low parking break warning on the dash. Guages show proper air. Along with this warning comes a audible alarm which cannot be shut off. Listening to that while driving is a safety issue in itself. Needless to say I had already called two weeks ago prior to this happening for a few issues I needed taken care of. Cannot set up a appointment which would have been ideal seeing I was taking home time in Pompano Beach. Well I show up today and all I wanted at this point was to repair what was causing this audible alarm. Told me it would be after the first of the year until they could get to me! Not faulting the gentleman at the service counter because he was nothing but pleasant.....but why cannot you make an appointment for a specific day and time?

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!! My worst experience ever, had my 2015 cascadia since 25 January until today 25 February, when I dropped it Bill said will be ready in a week not a big deal two icu air fittings small air leak, one month waiting, and it s still not done. Yesterday they said it s ready I paid the $4,988 (oil change,Nox sensors, air leak, alignment) just left the place hoping it s all in past and air pressure in the tanks dropped to 60 came back and now they say it s other lines that leaks so another $800 complete rip off after coming to this location be ready for other problems showing up after you get service here.Apparently they had mechanic working on it at the parking lot as the Bill said. Never even tested truck for air leaks after fixing it right at the parking lot, had me pay for something they never checked after fixing it.I should have read all previous comments.Also truck was pulling to the right had alignment done after getting on the highway and it s pulling even more now. They answer it must have been your tires great, they can t fix anything only answer you will hear is tomorrow Was almost charged another $613 (3hr labor) for trying make my fifth wheel tilt, only thing is they couldn t because pin is stuck my guess is mechanic we re using air gun for 3hr trying remove 2 bolts and still couldn t do it. Shame on you scammers you are way far from calling your self service.Even Jeff Manager can t hold his words. Be ready for TOMORROW if you go there.
