10/5 stars. Richard is amazing. Very personable, helpful and honest. I ve been working with them for a few months now, restoring a 1989 Bronco, and I ve felt very comfortable and cared for - especially with my lack of knowledge in the automotive sphere. The best shop and team I could ve hoped to find.

I ve been coming to Rich for years. Great service, great prices, he s done repairs on our Acura, BMW, and now even recently installed caliper covers on my Tesla. He can do it all!

I wish I knew of Fountain Auto sooner, Richard & his crew are amazing. First time I left a mechanics after a visit & feel great about the whole experience. I have been to several mechanics & dealerships in the area and been taken advantage of at each one. I was afraid to turn my back on the dealership with my current vehicle and so happy I did, I would refer every family member to Fountain Auto if I could.

I ve been going to this shop for 4 different vehicles (Jeep, Acura, Dodge and my Wife s 1972 Mercury Montego) for almost 10 years now. They are the best mechanics I ve been too. Honest, good prices, good products, good customer service, and Richard is just the man. I don t let anyone work on my charger except Fountain Auto. I recommend everyone and their mother here.Do you see any other repair shop with 100+ 5 star reviews??

My sister recommended Richie to me in 2016. I moved to FL then, and needed to find someone to stick with for the long haul. She had already been his customer for a few years.Rich and his staff were the only ones to touch my 2003 Honda Accord. I didn't even want to take it to a dealership, since she was already so old. When she hit 220k miles, it was time to let her go.Now that I have a 2019 Mazda, Rich and his staff continue to be the only ones I let work on it. I happily drive from Delray to Margate to get Mazzy serviced, because Rich is a straight forward, no-nonsense businessman.He's busy, so call a week or 2 ahead of time. Although he will work with you to the best of his ability. Great customer service, with a touch of that NY Italian we all know and love .

This place is Top Notch. Very knowledgeable and will not fix things if not needed. Very honest and there are extremely informative on what is needed. I have called for advice and they are friendly enough to answer my questions. They have fixed other auto shops problems on my car. We have two cars we refuse to let anyone else touch our vehicles. They also have great Groupon deals.

I have to thank did you Groupon first of all that s how I found Fountain auto. I have used many mechanics in my day. Rich happens to be one of the most honest guys I ve ever had the pleasure of working on my car. Today I had my oil changed I was in and out in half an hour and he was really busy. Took the time as a good customer to put me first. If you need any mechanical work done on your car, I definitely recommend fountain auto.!

I have been going to Fountain Auto Repair for over a decade. These are the guys that you go to thinking you have a $500 issue and they are honest enough to tell you it was a $50 easy fix. This is not a secret, which is why Richard and his guys are a go-to for many in Broward County. My only issue is that I wish they weren't so busy, but they are busy because they are the best... and honest. My family and I have been going to Rich for over 20 years and he is Simply the best Mechanic in South Florida . Rich can give car dealers training on how to fix and maintain a car properly . He worked on every one of my cars .. Audi ..BMW ..Toyota .. Chrysler .. It s hard to find a reputable Mechanic in South Florida and Rich is that plus more . The BEST and most honest mechanic shop Ive ever dealt with. Rich , the Owner, exceeded all of my expectations regarding not only the level of service but also the workmanship. I saved thousands of dollars utilizing Fountain Auto Repair over the Mercedes Dealership for the service of my Maybach. I hate sharing this because when I find a good thing I keep it to myself. I ve been a car guy all my life - mostly did my own work but now I m a bit older it s a bit difficult. I ve seen and hear B/S around auto shops all my life but these guys are one of the most honest mechanics I ve dealt with in a long time. I never lead on about my knowledge and experience and all my issues that I needed fixed were on point and done right. Only once did I have to return for the same issue and they got me right in and took care of it with absolutely no hassle. This garage is a true gem.Services: Tires, Brakes, Air conditioning

It can be hard to find an auto shop that is genuine about work that your car does and does not need.. My car has been repaired at fountain auto a few times now, and they have been consistently genuine and reasonably priced! Rich knows his cars. Good honest mechanic! He s the only place I m going from now on. Just had throttle body service, serpentine belt replacement, and they fixed a nail in my tire too! Fast and honest! I cannot say enough great things about this place. As a female racer I know how men treat women in the auto business. It was refreshing to have someone so open and honest to work with! If you need service go to Fountain Auto Repair. They re incredible.

I was recommended to Fountain Auto Repair about 10 years ago. I have had several vehicles in that time frame and I have always been treated honest and fairly. Rich has always been very upfront with me about what I need or don t need on my vehicle. I brought my 1999 Toyota to Fountain when I initially bought it. The car was already 8 years old, but only had 30,000 miles on it. I was searching for a good price for breaks. Richard saved me about $100 compared to estimates from three other local shops so I decided to give him a try. He was very informative, answered all my questions and treated me like I had the right to know about my car. I told him that I needed my car to go at least 400,000 miles and asked if he could do that for me. In the past 6 years, I have driven it over 120,000 miles, and Richard keeps it running great. I have come to believe I will be getting 500,000 or more miles from it as long as I have Richard as a mechanic. Being a mom, it is important that I feel confident my car is checked over well so that I can avoid having problems on the road. He always fixes things when they need to be fixed, and does not make me spend unnecessary money beforehand. I have brought other cars to Richard. He repaired one, sold it for me, gave me the money minus the repairs, and warrantied his work for the person who bought it. That is a great mechanic that goes the extra mile to help a customer. I have referred others to Richard at Fountain and all of those people are very pleased and go back. I am thankful every day for Richard at Fountain Auto for his great work and his honesty.

I have a family of 4. So, car safety is of utmost importance to me. My wife's Equinox had a number of issues and Richard was able to properly diagnose it and also inform me of the exact amount of time it would take to fix all the problems. A week later, as he mentioned, the car was ready to go. Richard was straight forward and he even shopped around for parts in order to save us a few extra bucks. The car now runs smoothly! So, if you are looking for a shop that is honest and diligent with repairs, I highly recommend Fountain Auto Repair.

Rich Massa and his guy's are fantastic! I have a sports car that they've been taking care of for the last 6yrs. They pay attention to detail!! They always warranty their work and if there's any problem, bring it right back in!! You WILL NOT find a better mechanic shop than this one!!! They are fair, honest and hard working. If you're looking for the best...this is your place. Rich and his guy's keep my car purring like a kitten!!!!Best shop in town!!

The owner Richard is great, honest and always ready to help with issues. We have three cars and he has taken care of them all wonderfully for years. Honest, reliable and hard working. Thats what I want from my mechanic and that's what you get at Fountain Auto. He has been operating there for many many years with many happy customers. You won't be sorry.

I would never go anywhere else in south Florida for auto repairs. Rich is honest, thorough and extremely knowledgable and professional. I have been taking my autos to Fountain Auto for over a decade. Any time repair work is needed the reason for the repair and the explanation is always very fair. Best mechanics I have ever met.

Rich @ Fountain Auto is the Most reliable , trustworthy mechanic you can find. Worked on my Mercury Marquis, two of them, like a genius. Both windows would not work. He refurbished both motors, where as he could have told me I needed two NEW ones. Always gives back replaced parts, if you ask him so you know he diagnosed your problem correctly.
