Alright, so let me start off with saying, don't listen to the naysayers on here. Jonathan is an extremely awesome dude. I just purchased a car from him and had it shipped before ever seeing it, driving it in person. I was nervous to do this but man was it worth it. When it cost him more money to put a new battery and up the cost of shipping when a shipper fell through to get it to me when I needed it he lost extra money. I offered to pay him and he said no every time, that's not how I do business. I'm grinning from ear to ear and find myself just driving around with nowhere in mind. I think I am a BMW owner for life now. I freaking love this car and Jonathan was super patient with me because I had to sell a vehicle to get the cash for him. That I am grateful for and recommend if you want to find an awesome used BMW, Audi, Porche go to Exclusive Auto Imports and Jon will put you in the right car.

Great repair center! Definitely recommended for any repair or install work needed. Jon is a straight up guy. He got me going the same day without any delays. Even offered me a ride back to work while my vehicle was being worked on cause I was close by. Pricing is fair and honest. Will definitely go back when I need services again.

I had a great experience working with Jon. I called looking for a Lexus and Jon talked me through the bidding and purchasing processes. This was all new to me. I've never purchased a vehicle from an independent dealer before. Jon provided me with about a dozen vehicles that met my criteria and price. I then filtered through the list and decided on acceptable ones. Jon bid on multiple vehicles until he was able to purchase one within my price range that met my criteria.Thanks Jon for your help and professionalism!

Jon is a BMW enthusiast that really enjoys what he does. The entire process was seamless. Every question I had was quickly answered via text or phone call. The transaction was quick, and Jon even arranged shipping and communicated every step of the way. This was by far one of the easiest vehicle purchases I ve ever made. I will absolutely reach out to Jon when looking for my next high line vehicle.

I want to share how amazing Jon is because without him, I wouldn't have a car. you know when one thing goes bad on your car, seemingly everything happens to go bad? yup, this was me. sitting with a completely flat tire in my parking lot and it wouldn't start. Jon had it towed to his shop and fixed within 2 days. (Would've been A day if my parts were in stock locally). He kept me up to date on every single thing that was wrong. he pointed out the necessities and the things that could wait. he worked within my budget and he never got upset if I couldn't afford something. he really is a gem and I'm so happy to know him. thank you so much for everything you've done, you are so kind!!

I have bought a BMW M3 from Exclusive Auto Imports back in 2010 and the car was fantastic, just as described in the ad. Jon was very helpful getting everything done so the car was ready to go when I picked it up. Now 4 years later I had to sell my car and due to work obligations I couldn't be stateside to do it, so I contracted Jon at Exclusive Auto Imports to take care of the sell for me, and once again he was very professional and took care of business in no time. Communication was just plain excellent and did a great job on the sale. Thanks again for a fantastic job. I will buy again from him with no hesitations. Fantastic service.

I purchased a 1998 M3 Convertible from Jon at Exclusive Auto Imports on October 3, 2014. Jon answered my first text immediately, and even though I mentioned a very low offer at first, Jon kept the conversation going until we reached agreement on the price that I think was fair to both buyer and seller.As I spoke to Jon I could tell he was a car enthusiast with a passion to German cars, particularly BMWs. When I asked a few questions based on my basic, Google-sourced knowledge, Jon replied with a wealth of information that was beyond what I was finding online at that point. Since this is an older car, I intend to perform at least basic maintenance and repairs myself. Jon let me know he would be willing to answer questions after the sale; I will try not to treat him like a personal search engine When I came to see the car for the first time, it was exactly as described; Jon had pointed out items in the ad and on the phone that I would never have seen. When I came back to pick the car up a couple of days later, Jon spent almost 2 hours obsessively detailing the car, answering my 100+ questions, and volunteering more information he thought I could use. When I left with the car I told him that if I ever bring the car back for work, please don t be disappointed if it is never as clean as it was when I drove it away.I categorically endorse and recommend Jon and Exclusive Auto Imports. If Jon has a certain car you are looking for, at least contact Jon or better yet go see the car. I took a look at several other cars he had on sale, it is obvious that these cars are cherry picked and carefully prepped for sale by an enthusiast.

Purchased my car from Jon and found it to be a all around great experience. He really knows his business and understands the buyers needs. It's also very convenient to have any questions or concerns answered in a timely manner by someone with expert knowledge. I highly recommend Jon to anyone in the market for a good deal.

AWESOME SELLER!!! I have recommend Exclusive to many friends, and they have been equally as satisfied with the service and quality. We negotiated everything online/over the phone with no hassle. My questions were answered immediately. I got a detailed description of the car over the phone, and the sales associate even put the phone next to the engine so I could hear it! The condition of car was great. I got it shipped to me (out of state) and it was in pristine condition, delivered on time. I requested new tires be put on because the originals were low tread and it was done with no problem. Exclusive was very honest with the condition of the car prior to me purchasing it. In fact, they even sent me pictures of certain areas of the car that were not on the site. The car buying experience was (almost) as enjoyable as driving the car itself. I would recommend them to anyone buying a car. I am going back to Exclusive when purchasing my next car.

I had worked with the Jon on 3 different occasions for car repairs. He was very quick in diagnosing the issues and providing an estimate for the repairs. However, on all 3 occasions Jon went beyond a simple quote for labor/materials. He went into great detail on each issue and outlined the possible solutions and how they will effect the performance of my car. His customer service has been great, within a couple of hours I had an idea of how much is the labor and when the car will be ready. Mind you, in most of the repair shops I have been to, the car would sit in the parking lot for several hours before they would even look at it. Also, after completing the repairs he would show me the broken/damaged parts that they replaced and explain why they were damaged and what is the mechanical/electrical function of those parts.Thank you, Exclusive!

I've bought and sold 4 cars from Exclusive Auto Imports. Jon is always straightforward and honest and gives me a great deal on the inventory he has, which is always meticulously picked out. No clunkers or rust buckets, only hand picked cars. My latest purchase was a BMW M3, thanks again Exclusive! The car is great!

I purchased a 2003 Mustang Cobra online, drove down to Pompano Beach, they were very professional, the car was everything he said it was and more. We went out for a test drive, he was very professional and polite, they answered all my questions, they even bought me lunch and had a great time. All the paperwork was done correctly and I received the title within 5 days after the purchase. I own a large trucking company and I am very happy to do business with them and would recommend them to anyone. They have called me several times to make sure that I was still happy and that everything was ok. One of the best buying experiences that I have ever had and we buy hundreds of vehicles. Please do not hesitate to do business with them, I found them to be very honest and reputable.

Buyer BEWARE!!! Do not buy a car from these guys sight unseen. Period. I found a car on ebay motors that they did a great job giving a good appearance. Over the phone they seemed nice enough, reassuring me that there were zero issues and it was a "great car". I then wired them money (DO NOT DO THIS) and received the car that was falling apart and WOULD NOT EVEN NOT PASS emissions inspection. When I tried to contact Jon to tell him I was frustrated with the deal, he hung up on me for starting to argue my case and point. Yeah, I know. The rest of the day he would only text me, despite several attempts to call again. He denied being aware of any issues with the car and was very unwilling to help, claiming that he's not responsible for parts that "will fail soon". The check engine light came on 10 miles into receiving the car, and has come on again for now 3 failed parts. I believe that he just reset the check engine light and put it on the shipping truck knowing the paperwork I signed covered his tracks.If I had the time and money I would have probably tried to open a case with BBB or civil law, but unfortunately I don't, so the best I can do is warn everyone else.Bottom line - Do not by a car that they are selling "AS-IS" without seeing it and driving it and I would say even having a third party mechanic check out, because once they have your money, it's over. I will include some pictures of the interior that was listed a good condition, and headlining and liner listed in excellent condition that was in fact falling off. Also, the premium sound system advertised had 2 blown speakers, and the antenna was completely ripped off of the car and there were several very bad cosmetic imperfections that were not depicted. Despite Jon's attempt to "want [me] to be as satisfied as possible" he failed to come through.

Purchased a 2004 BMW 330ci zhp having only seen photos, and let me say, Jon held nothing back. The car was very well represented, and I couldn't be happier. The car has zero rattles, odd noises, mechanical defects of any kind. It steers perfectly straight, brakes straight, and is simply an outstanding vehicle despite having over 100k miles.Jon will go far and above what most dealers will to satisfy your needs, and is extremely knowledgable about the cars he sells. Not to sound like I'm building him up, but seriously, he's a rare breed regarding car salesman. If you're an out of state buyer such as myself, he'll arrange shipping at a very reasonable price, and he is very prompt in every aspect of making sure your experience is a memorable one.He gets my approval, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.Best regards, Mark

Have bought three cars so far from Jon, he always goes out of his way to make sure the car is exactly what I'm looking for. His effort is simply above and beyond compared to any other dealer to make the customer happy. Couldn't ask for a better guy to deal with when looking for a new (used) car.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! I purchased a 2006 Mercedes SL500 from Exclusive Auto Imports and Jon was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my first pre-owned vehicle purchase, so I was VERY nervous about purchasing a car sight unseen. Jon understood my concerns and sent me over 30 or 40 photos showing me the condition of the entire vehicle. He held nothing back, and my car was delivered exactly as he described!Excellent customer service; honest, very friendly, and was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. I wanted to share my experience with Exclusive Auto Imports. I finally made the decision to buy my favorite car since i seen one on Need For Speed "M3". I started looking for cars at the beginning of my Deployment back in November 2014. Almost buying 08-09 model M3 because buddy was helping me, i had to scale back since im getting out of the military next year. So i got E46Long story short,I found several E46 M3 on Ebay, all looked good but the interior wasnt nice as i wanted. It was either the exterior was super nice or the interior was super nice. I found 2 that were very similar, both grey, one with cinnamon interior and other red interior. Both really really nice looking, and they were in my budget.I called Jon, Exclusive Auto Imports, and spoke with him for about 15minutes about the price of the cars. He gave the details about the cars and the difference about them. He gave me a price and i told him i wanted the car and ill call him back after the bank. After speaking with the bank i asked Jon if he could ship the car to Idaho, which is where im stationed. Jon was very fast in getting me the information and explaining to me where to sign and other questions i had about the transaction. My main concern was buying the car online and not being scammed. He assured me that he was a licensed dealer and could be confirmed with Florida DMV. This was my first purchased online for a car and was so scared of this car not being true.After sending the money, i had to ask again on when and how soon the car would be booked to be shipped. Money cleared on Thursday and i believe i emailed him Friday, Monday early wed morning about the car. He assured me that he was working on getting the booking done ASAP. At this point my wife is asking me questions and then my mom calls me about how her friend got scammed buying a car on Ebay, not knowing i just bought a car the same way. Literally after emailing Jon Wed morning, i got my email saying the car was booked and would take 7-10 days. Car arrived on day 6. Awesome, no problems with the car and wife said the car looked great.I wrote this is ease the mind of people who are working with Jon, Exclusive Auto Imports. Defiantly kept his cool and professionalism. Responded to all my emails because i was super scared during this whole transaction.Thanks

I bought a heavily modified supercharged 95 M3 coupe from Jon and the service was outstanding. He went above and beyond in providing outstanding communication, shipping, product, etc. Bought the car sight unseen and it was just as described. Couldn't of been happier. Thanks Jon!!

I found just the car I wanted in another state via Ebay and put up an offer. Once the offer was accepted I went through the process of acquisition from the owner, Jonathan. He was very helpful and explained everything I had questions about. It took some time on my financing end to get everything ready, but he was patient throughout. The car was delivered from FL to VA in a couple days, and it is exactly as described on the dealer website. I was a little nervous about buying a car online that I'd never seen before, but THIS SELLER IS VERY RELIABLE. I would definitely buy again if I need a car again in the distant future :)

I was weary about purchasing a car sight unseen, but after a number of conversations with Jon I felt more at ease. The car arrived as described. There was one small problem with the door lock, but Jon is sending me the part to fix it. Exclusive Auto Imports is a great place to buy a car.

I made a $250 deposit as a down payment on a car. we had agreed to have the car inspected by a 3rd party that had no relation to either one of us. After the inspection was done "By one of sellers vendors, not necessarily a 3rd party", and I paid for the entire inspection, I received a very incomplete and unprofessional inspection report favoring the seller. My insurance company did not accept that inspection since it was a salvage title. I reached out to the seller and asked if we can have another more acceptable inspection done at my cost, he decided to cut communication and pocket the said down payment. I feel he had something to hide and he pocketed my down payment and sold the car to someone else. I DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Jon not only sells and repairs cars he is an enthusiast. He knows what he is selling and repairing. It is so much easier letting someone work on your car when you are confident in their work. I will go back to Jon if I ever need work done to my BMW again.

Dude answered the phone without having any customed service skills and And says if it says sale pending its sold . Well ok ? All your cars say sale pending... so why the fudge are they still online? Update your website clown and stop being so rude jon. You need a jon in your rear. If u dont like your job, find another one.

-BUYER BEWARE. Owner sells vehicles which are not as stated/expressed. Website explains that vehicles are inspected and maintenanced/fixed prior to sale. Vehicles are bought from auction and SOLD AS IS. Most of these vehicles will not pass inspections in states outside of Florida (place of business). DO NOT BUY vehicles form Exclusive Auto Imports as you will have no legal recourse. Some vehicles are in better condition than others. This salesman is a cheat/scammer and will do/say anything to make a sale. Again DO NOT BUY vehicles from Exclusive auto Imports, They are not in the condition expressed/shown to be. This is also why there are not many reviews about this dealer.Edit: After seeing the reply I decided to update. The car was bought with a ticking which his mechanic who inspected it (I did not have my own) as well as himself stated this was normal. Being new to car buying I was naive. A few months later after having the car inspected (this time by a personal friend) it turned out to be a bad bearing. The salesman stated the car was fully serviced but when checking the timing belt this was not the case as it was still original. He tried to make good and had his mechanic try and fix the issue only making it worse... Beware of lies and deceit. Additionally the engine air filter was from years prior as well as many other things never being touched. I meticulously maintained and fixed this vehicle and resold it having put very few miles on it as it was falling apart and was since purchase. So yes, needed maintance because the seller didn't do any even though he stated he did..also look up his yelp account. Any negative reviews on google he has removed to boost his sales. You have been warned

Unprofessional with nasty attitudeI was turn down by some unprofessional guy his name is John. I sent an info request 2 times plus calling to see if they got my request and the answer was we don't have what you're asking for . And then telling me that any car that says " sale pending " on the website means " sold " huh!I don't recommend this dealer to anybody who is looking to buy a car .Big mistake!Sold means " sold " not sale pending !Update: this man has since took it upon himself to look up photos of me and my wife, someone not even involved, thereby STALKING AND HARASSING US, because I posted that I didn t appreciate his interaction with me. He has also posted my private information. Who does this? He sent photos and teased that I have herpes??? And then asked if I was sure I wanted to leave my review up!!!

Exclusive Auto imports knows cars. Communication was solid, I was greeted nicely, and the work on my car, was started almost immediately. Very happy with work performed, (performance tune on my Q50S), and I will use Exclusive for all my car needs moving forward - a true boutique auto shop.
