Jon is the absolute man. If you ve got a car and have had bad experiences with mechanics in south Florida (as I had) you NEED to reach out to Exclusive. I had been ripped off by shop after shop until I found Jon. Super fair prices and honest work, no shortcuts. I ve got a BMW (a diesel, at that, which is hard to find people to work on) and Jon was great - knows everything about everything. He diagnosed and fixed up my vehicle (I needed a new EGR cooler) and did it at a fair rate. More importantly, he went through my car thoroughly and tuned it up so it would run better (which it certainly is). He was super helpful in his explanations of what was going on with my car and I d strongly recommend him for any work you need done.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

An honest shop that saved me over 5 thousand dollars. A local dealership tried to swindle me (see my other reviews if you are curious). Dealer says options are $7200, $7800 or buy a new car from us! A hard no from me. So about a week later, I'm taking about the experience at a party. A mechanic from Exclusive auto overheard me taking about it, and said he knew what the issue was, as it was very common on my vehicle. So I bring it to the shop the following week, and sure as heck, it was the issue he said it was and cost me about $1300 to fix. Car is running great now, and I found an awesome and honest mechanic. Unfortunately my car buying experience here was the worst I ever encountered. From physical threats to deals off to buying pressure the entire time, I wired 90k over to a personal account!! flying across the country and get a text mid flight saying deals off. What? Drove the car home with no AC, pretty much worst experience I ever had getting around to this review 2 years later. Still chaps me but hey you learn.

Incredibly fair on price and stands by their work. It is incredibly common for shops to take advantage of customers, I ve had more than my share of those negative experiences.However, this was not the case with Exclusive Auto. The labor took significantly more time than I was originally quoted, but they stood by it and finished the job.I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

I came from Atlanta. Yesterday, the car suddenly stopped refueling. I had to keep pressing the accelerator for about 30 seconds before moving slowly. Jon said that the computer system failed because the circumferences of the front two tires were different, so I replaced the two tires. Enough. The service is very good, explain to me some problems with the car. The point is that he fixed my radio again by the way. Special thanks to.

I have lived in South Florida for a little over 12 years now and I hadn t found a shop I was ever comfortable with. Jon goes above and beyond with communicating on what needs to be done and getting the best for your buck! Reasonable prices and 110% on the customer service . The mechanic Kyle knows what s he s doing and will walk you though what was done step by step if you would like. A wonderful team there. I won t go anywhere else after this . Once again - Jon saved the day. My work vehicle (2010 Subaru Legacy sedan) was entirely rusted out underneath and the steering wheel was vibrating emphatically when the car was going over 50mph. Jon took it, explained what was going on, spent double-time on it given how rusted it was to replace all parts it needed and gave me updates every step of the way. Jon is running a first-class operation - he prices the work extremely fairly and cares about the happiness of his clients. Jon also didn't just treat the obvious issues, but diagnosed and resolved some of the other issues that created the problems I was having. John was absolutely amazing. He took care of our car and family so well. He went out of his to follow up on a recalled car part for our Kia, and was relentless! Who does that? He was very communicative throughout the process and kept us well informed. We ended up going John s service for replacing the part and he was speedy and efficient! What I appreciated most was his honesty about our car s situation. John and his entire staff are great. If you are considering him, go! If you are looking for a fair and honest place to service your car - look no further! After 3 unsuccessful trips to TWO different BMW service centers, I was referred to Jon by a friend, and I am so glad I found him! He fixed my car issues in less than one day and kept me updated throughout the process. I needed a part for my car and it was ordered and installed by the next morning. I live in Miami but I will drive the 30 miles to service my car here now that I have found them- it is so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic (especially in Miami). I am not much of one for writing reviews, but if any individual deserves it, it would without a doubt be John.�I have a 5 series which the warranty just ran out, ironically (or so it seems) the dominio effect kicked in, within a week the car I loved turned into a metal box on four wheels. I was ready to cut a hole in the floorboard and foot push it like the Flinstones....The dealership diagnosed (and of course charged me) when under warranty I go along with whatever they say, but this time I was not feeling comfortable with their solutions especially the prices,�so I opted not to have the repairs. Two mechanics later and no resolve, I spoke to John and he was more than eager to tackle�the issue. I will not go into all the details of what transpired to get to the solution because�it's a lot but I will say this, John is amazing whether he is working on your car as your mechanic or not. John dispelled what others said the issue is and also what the car's diag claim the issue to be; John asked very�specific�questions and did not give up until he WON, CHECKMATE!!! In the end, it was a relatively simple issue disguised under multiple symptoms.Anyway, regardless of the outcome with my car whether he found the true cause or not, this review is first about John he is reliable, honest, caring, and sincere (sounds like I'm writing a dating profile...lol)� He is passionate and takes pride in his work, all traits hard to find. I would highly recommend John with Exclusive Auto Imports for all of your auto repair needs. He has time and time again proven to be reliable trustworthy, and knowledgeable mechanic. John has repaired my vehicle on a three separate occasions and has always been timely, affordable, and working in the best interest of his customers. It would be truly difficult to find a more knowledgeable and honest mechanic. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs.Services: Engine repair, Air conditioning

I have had the pleasure of working with Jon (the owner) for about 10 years...I don't understand much about cars or repairs so what matters to me the most is honesty and responsiveness. Big dealerships tend to come up with extra "work" your car needs according to them: Oil change every 5k miles-a must have, otherwise you ruin the car; brake replacement every 10k mile-mandatory, or you will not be able to stop at the next light....the list can go on and on. With Jon, it's always straight forward: he acknowledges the issue when it exists and doesn't make it up out of nowhere. My favorite part: if something needs to be replaced , he calls you to make sure you are ok with the repair, and explains why it is needed and how it can affect your car. Honesty and professionalism in the automotive business are hard to find. If you want knowledgeable, professional opinion, great service and quality for a reasonable price-look no further!

The service (personal and automotive) you receive, from the owner especially, is absolute top notch. Professional yet personable and friendly, with the fastest turnaround times for any service I have had performed here. I was very ocd with maintenance and keeping record of such, and using the dealership to perform it on my C7 Corvette. Until I met John at Exclusive Auto. This is now the only shop I use and have recommended to any friend who needed any service done to their vehicle, and every friend who has brought their vehicle here, also are now loyal customers. I have had everything from oil changes amd general maintenance to carbon fiber body upgrades done here. We are currently planning a supercharger/ exhaust/ intake/ tune and cam upgrade that John himself is helping me put together the package and will be installed by the experts here. Jon and his crew are top notch in terms of knowledge, quality and efficiency. John the owner and Kyle one of his technicians installed a trailer hitch including wiring harness on our 2018 Audi Q5 suv. It was not a simple bolt on and your off. They had to remove the bumper , lower the exhaust, and several other things to get it done right. THE FIRST TIME . These guys are awesome and are very fair with pricing. They also changed the oil and rotated the tires. In addition they went through the whole vehicle and let us know of a few other items that need attention but nothing that couldn t wait. But what needed attention they took care of them. They didn t try to up sell us and took care of everything we asked and more. I recommend them to anyone. If you need anything done to your car, truck, suv. Whatever is it you ve got to at least go see these guys first. They were recommended by a first class welder friend of mine Cody, and as I said they are awesome. Above and beyond. And BTW it was a last minute thing because where we were gonna go couldn t make it happen as we are leaving town today for AZ. And they made it happen. John is very accommodating He also has some nice used cars in his showroom for sale. Thanks again John and Kyle. John is an absolute to pleasure to work with. From the moment I dropped off the car until I picked it up, he was in constant communication with me over the status of my E36 M3. From the engine upkeep, including new pulleys and tensioners for myAA supercharger, to the myriad of exterior and interior pieces that needed replaced, he kept me in the loop the whole time so I felt like a part of the process. John is a true BMW (and cars in general) enthusiast. He will treat your car like his own

What a great experience. I live in Miami and don't hesitate to bring my bmw M car here. Very knowledgeable, honest, and fair. These are hard traits to find in shop, so when you find one you don't go anywhere else.
