I m going to save you time, there is nowhere else you should take your vehicle. It s a simple as that. From my very first experience pulling up to Scott, and the Tesla expert, it made me feel very confident, and that I was in great hands.. It was smooth sailing from there. Liz and Peyton, who run the front desk, not only took my check-in phone calls, but they made me feel as if they enjoyed our conversation. Perhaps I m schmoozer, but these girls were epic and they were very patient with me. They explained the process extremely well, and I picked up my vehicle today after three weeks, and it s absolutely beautiful. Like brand new. I highly recommend this team of experts. Scot, Long Island guy , and I connected very well. He was the last person I saw on my way out, and they gave me a lifetime guarantee. I can t say enough great things about European Paint And Body Tesla Body Repair. The best!

Scott and his team at European Paint & Body Pompano Beach are truly awesome. They made the process so easy and always left me feeling very confident that they would get the job done. They did not disappoint! they finished the job on time and gave me progress reports via email along the way. The car looked brand new when I picked it up from them. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Great Staff! Ivan was great honored the quote that was given, which was appreciated because I decided to pay out of pocket instead of filing a claim with my insurance policy after a drunk driver hit my car and took off! Peyton and Liz were also nice and helpful. The repairs came out good. I dropped my car off on Wednesday and it was ready for pick up Friday. BOOM!

A high quality company. My son's VW Jetta had extensive front-end damage and when we inspected it at pick it was clear why they're certified by VW. The car looked absolutely brand new and the quality of the detail, paint, finish, and clear coat was amazing.

I had an excellent experience at their body shop .. .. TRULY an excellent experience !A mobile collision repair company screwed up my paint badly .. after checking around at several body shops to get it repaired I landed on European paint and body .. Scott, the owner is a true pro and explained the entire process to me to fix my car and get it back to how it was .. I have a Tesla and they are Tesla certified so I felt comfortable having them do the work .. also the two girls at the front - Liz & Peyton - who deal with the customers, payments, and everything were super nice and easy to deal with .. when I came back to get my car I was blown away at the work they did .. it looks amazing .. Scott the owner said he s been in business here for 30 years and it shows .. they are true professionals in every sense .. the next time I need body work done I m taking it to European paint and body !

I recently had my Tesla worked on at European Paint & Body and I couldn t be happier with the result. Not only did they do an impeccable job fixing up my car, but their communication was top-notch throughout the process. Every interaction was marked by friendliness and professionalism. Ended up calling me at home. Trying to argue with me about my review. That s a big no-no.The service of this place was a problem from the beginning. Ridiculous quoting even though I have a Tesla. Got a quote from them. The insurance company sent me what they were willing to pay and this company was supposed to supply a supplemental. No calls back. No paperwork sent no calls back to me days and days go by. It s a complete racket if you have a Tesla. I do not recommend this shop at all. Below is what they say costs $3000 to repair. Plus they said it would take at least a week to do it with no timeframe on parts at all..I ended up dropping the claim because the damage is so minimal. Unless you want nobody to pay attention to you and take your money and have people not call you back I do not recommend this company.

One word; AMAZING! Great work and customer service. Liz communication was phenomenal. I called everyday for two weeks and she didn t get aggravated not once & helped me calm my nerves. After work is complete they wash and detail your car.

Everyone was so kind to me. Patience is needed for quality work. They left my car like new. It took a little over two months but I m very happy with what they ve done. A gentle reminder : when you call the receptionists (two young ladies) please be kind, it s not their fault if things get delayed for if parts are still missing. All in all excellent work, 10/10 would recommend.

They repaired the wheels on my Aston Martin, and it came out great! They gave me a better price than anyone else around. Liz is awesome and Scott was very helpful and timely with the repair. I highly recommend

THE. WORST. EXPERIENCE. When I dropped my car off they said about a week and a half to two weeks. Everytime I called I was told it would be another week. It took them FIVE WHOLE WEEKS to give me my car back. None of the employees there ever seemed to be on the same page. I did not receive good, fast nor cheap service here. They replaced the hood, headlights and the fender. The hood is crooked, the headlights aren't aligned properly and the "new" fender is all dented but that's ok I guess because they just painted over it.That's pretty much the same right??

Never go there..., they are so unprofessionnal. They kept my car several mouths doing nothing on it... but charging 100$ a day to my insurance company for storage. Unacceptable.Did that on purpuse.

I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life. I didn't hear anything from them at all for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired (initial time frame was 3-5 days). When they finally called to tell me that it was ready, they had added an extra $1000 to the total. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that they had to do some extra work "to make it look nice". I understand that things come up, and an estimate is just an estimate, but when a business misses their estimate by 25%, you would expect them to give a call to let your know.That did not happen here, and because of that, I can certainly not recommend anyone to use this business in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After my accident, I dropped off my Hyundai at European for body and paint repairs. I wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU!!! to the team. Met with Ivan, who provided an excellent professional inspection and quote. He gave me all the details, as well as made sure all parts were ordered ahead of the set repair date so I wouldn't incur a big expense on the rental vehicle.Peyton the rep at the reception desk is extremely courteous and answered all my questions. Also, a great family environment.I highly recommend European Paint & Body shop.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Worst experience dealing with a company in my life. Never have I been told so many lies, stay away from this company & Scott. Wasted 2 months of my time with excuse after excuse, was constantly told they would get back to me on an eta for my car and never did once. Not to mention terrible customer service. You re better off going to any other shop. A nightmare to say the least.
