If you have never used Denrods Auto in pompano you are missing out. This auto center came highly recommended to me since I am new in the area and an ex mechanic myself. I had some work done by Denrods and was please with the price, efficiency, cleanliness, professionalism and the Customer service.One morning I went out to my car and had an issue so I called Dennis at Denrods. He said ok I ll be there in a bit. This man closed down his shop to come help me as I was stranded. He told me he needed to take the car back to the shop to make the repair, this was on a Friday. By Saturday morning he made the repair and brought my car back to me in Delray Beach.This shop and Dennis are a breath of fresh air in and industry that can other be challengingfinding a good, honest, professional auto shop. Dennis and team are simply the best and the customer service is the best I have seen in decades. If you are in the market for a Professional, honest, excellent, friendly mechanic then Dennis and team are for you. Thank you for your help.

DenRod's is Great! Anytime I go to have work done, I can count on it being done right. Its not always as convenient as I would like it to be, but I trust Dennis with my truck and would recommend his shop to anyone in need of vehicle service. Most recently I had a slow ac leak repaired. My drive to the Midwest was comfortable. Unfortunately there is still a small leak somewhere else cause it's blowing warm again. But this was a possibility since I had this repair done days before I left town. Thanks for being reliable and accommodating for me! See you agian...

One of the few honest mechanics I've encountered in my lifetime. Not only is he knowledgeable but he also takes his time to explain to you what is wrong with the car. Very respectful has awesome energy and HONEST. Which always goes a long way with everything in life.

My alternator died at 5 pm near Copans and Andrews. Dennis could have just gone home for the day, and instead offered to personally come jump my car so I could drive it around the corner to his shop. His kindness saved me a small fortune on a towing company.He was also very informative, and had my car ready next day. Not once did he try to upsell me on a bunch of extras or suggestions. Just a quick diagnosis of the issue, a new alternator and I was back on the road. He will definitely be our go to mechanic for anything we may need in the future.

As a woman it s hard to find great mechanics without them trying to take advantage!! He is very honest and does a great job! I called in thinking I needed an alignment (as told by other mechanics) and I really just needed a balance and rotation! He has very fair prices as well. Very nice gentlemen and would recommend his services to everyone!

I have been going to DenRod's for years and every experience is great! Dennis, the owner, is a genuine and good hearted person. His honesty and knowledge deserves more than 5 stars. My father was having constant issues with his truck and he was taking it to the dealership to get repairs and the problems still persisted. He lives in Tampa and I told him about DenRod's Auto Service and I bet Dennis can fix it. He was desperate to get the problem resolved and made the drive down to Pompano Beach and Dennis was able to diagnose and solve the problem right away. I recommend DenRod's to everybody!! Finding a good mechanic that is trustworthy is tough but luckily I found DenRod's and the peace of mind that comes with knowing my automobiles are in great hands. Thanks Dennis!!

Really awesome to work with. Brought my Ecoboost Explorer that I have made some performance upgrades to and needed to have new spark plugs installed with a specific gap done and he handled it extremely well.Very professional and personable. I will be bringing my vehicle there for future upgrades.Thank you for everything!

I had a small issue with my passenger-side headlight, and Dennis (the owner) treated me as if I had a real issue with my car. He fixed the problem promptly and told me exactly what caused the problem. This was my first time going to Dennis, but I can tell he is an honest, trustworthy auto mechanic. He also had another girl there who got false information from another mechanic, and Dennis correctly identified her issue as well. I will definitely be going back to Dennis. He's the real deal.

WoW!! Customer Service at it's Finest!!! Dennis really knows how to treat customers and truly is the definition of Customer Service... Other repair shops should take note of this guy and what he does to make customers feel comfortable, I will absolutely be using him again and most definitely be referring anyone in need of getting their car or truck repaired. His ratings are good for a reason. I only go to him. Honest mechanic and good at what he does. A rare find. You can't go wrong with him. I rarely rate places foe him he truly deserves it. Denrods for sure.

Very Prompt & Honest - My friend Michelle takes her troublesome VW Jetta there and they are quick and prices fair. You never get the feeling they are trying to gouge you like other automotive shops. Fortunately my car never needs a mechanic (knock wood), but if it did I would go here.

I am honestly amazed with the customer service, Dennis really help me out. He thoroughly explained everything and tried getting me the best prices I m currently 19 and six months pregnant and he helped me like no one else could I am so grateful I was able to find someone so good 100% recommend this is a man of integrity and compassion !!!!
