The last of the trustworthy auto shops. They listen to the customer and provide honest assessments of the work to fix the problem. They don t try to upsell unnecessary work. Competitive prices. The work is done right.

Dave is Thee Best... he's been doing work for me going on 10 years now and he's worked on more than 70 of my vehicles! Both daily modern driver's and classics/antiques from 1941 to 1966.I actually feel bad sometimes because I feel like the poor guy's never going to be able to retire due to his prices and over the top honesty. There have been MANY times where I've AGREED IN ADVANCE to Pay a $400 repair only to be contacted by Dave just hours later telling me it was ready to be picked up and that he fixed my problem for $125! I'm sorry Dave.... Say that again?!?! I was unaware that people of this moral standard could even enter the Auto Repair business, but here he is! This is why I transport every one of my vehicles all the way from Riviera Beach down to Pompano Beach for service knowing that eating the additional transport expense is still in my best interest. My niece comes all the way down from Ocala and friends from Tampa. So if you're within 400 miles, this is your best bet by far! This is a resource you cherish and definitely want to remember at Christmas time!

Dave is an AMAZING mechanic and has been for over 40 years. More importantly he s an AMAZING man. If you re looking for HONESTY and INTEGRITY look no further. Dave is the most honest and helpful mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of bringing my car to. He always makes time to try and squeeze me in with my busy schedule and will let me know what needs to be done versus what can wait. They always charge fair prices and treat you like you re family. I willNot take my car to anyone else and Dave s has my business for life. Lori is awesome as well and always makes sure to get back to me in a timely fashion and do whatever she can to get my car needs taken care of. We live in Lake Worth and we travel to Pompano for repairs on our 2 cars because we know that Dave is the most honest, reliable, considerate and affordable mechanic we ve ever known. He will research and try his very best to find ways to save money not just in parts but labor. He is a true gentleman in every way. I've been taking my vehicles to Dave's for about 8 years now and I have never left disappointed. From minor to major repairs, he does it all with great turn around time. He's always got a great team in the shop and in the office, everyone aims to please. Just make sure to call in advance, good work stays busy!

I was recommended to Dave by a coworker and that is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Dave is the most honest mechanic (person) I have ever met. He is very passionate about what he does and you can tell when you talk to him. He will try every effort to save you money and will only make recommendations on what needs to get done asap, so your car doesn't break down on you. He will not lie to you and is very very affordable compared to dealerships, who just wants your money! He is extremely knowledgeable and will fix your car the right way!!! I have taken my kids cars to him and one has a G37 coupe that the Infiniti dealership wanted to charge 1290 to fix and Dave charged half that price and car is running perfectly !!! We recommend all of our family and friends to Dave. He is our mechanic FOR LIFE !!!!! Love you Dave.

This is an excellent shop. Dave is fair and professional. So they are just always busy. If you want your high end car repaired at a fair price this is the place to go. My uncle in the sheriff department recommended him several years ago and I have been sold ever since. He has fixed my Dodge Grand Caravan, my Toyota Tacoma, my Mercedes, and my BMW 530i. He is great!

Previously, I would be absolutely terrified of getting work done on my car because I knew I would be sexually harassed and taken advantage of at the shop since I know nothing about cars. I have such peace of mind now just knowing that I have Dave! He was extremely professional, respectful, and non-threatening. You know the minute you meet him that he's a good guy. When I came to pick up my car he charged me less than the original bill that I agreed to because he found me a better deal on the parts too! Thanks Dave!!!

I was referred by a friend to check out their mechanic. I drove by for an AC fix since my car air conditioner was not blowing cool air at all. It was unbearable in the summer humidity. Dave s fixed the problem in 20 minutes and I was good to go and his service was a reasonable price. I can actually use my car in the daytime now. I will visit again for my other car fixes!Service: Air conditioning

Horrible! I took my car in to do repairs on my brakes , as I pick my car up and drive home I couldn t break AT ALL ! I was terrified and called immediately for them to come back and fix my old problem and the new

Dave has been my mechanic for 30 years!!! He was just a kid when I met him and has been a great honest man and mechanic for those years.We are moving and I regret leaving my car mechanic behind. Thanks Dave for all that you have done for us!

There is no better, professional, qualified, and most of all honest repair shop. Dave's Automotive is known by many. The base of the shop are always filled with automobiles. They take care of my personal vehicles and my work vehicles, as well friends and family. And their prices are reasonable

Awesome experience. Very fast and efficient service. Considering how busy this shop is I was surprised work was done before noon. Dropped off at 8am. Highly recommend Dave's Auto.

Dave's Automotive has taken care of my vehicle for over 20 years. I have purchased over 65 vehicles and he has taken care of my vehicles, my sons vehicle's, and my friends vehicle's....I constantly refer him to my friends as an honest mechanic.
