Amazing customer service, extremely trustworthy and fast. From the moment we spoke with Rich on the phone to find out if they could service our minibus and transit vans, he was so helpful. We assumed the tires on one of our vehicles needed to be rotated, and instead of charging us to make the extra money he advised that they did not need to be rotated. We had 2 of our vehicles serviced here and refuse to go anywhere else moving forward. Rich and Angela were so helpful and so efficient. Highly recommended!!!!

Disorganized is being polite.Cannot locate service invoices performed for a job that took 3 days.Took over a week looking for service orders. Never returned calls.Dismissive.Will not be returning to this place.Led on for over a week saying they would provide service records but they cannot locate the records.The repairs are visible on Carfax however, shop has no record of service.if the work in the shop is anything like the front of the house... I'll stay clear

The owner Rich Lieberman and his service Manager Chris Stev are crooks. Avoid this place! Read ALL of the reviews because they seemingly have paid people to stack on the 5 star reviews to help offset the truth.I took my vehicle into them for A/C service. Chris insisted that I stay in the waiting room while they inspected my vehicle . While he had my vehicle out of sight, he and his staff sprayed UV Dye all over in my vehicle s engine compartment and he then invited me out to review supposed Freon leaks from every part of the system! The irony of it all is that he indicated leaks from areas that aren t even near the A/C refrigerant system!I perform all of my own vehicle service unless I m out of town, as was the case here. I know my vehicles. Rich Lieberman, you should be ashamed of yourself for what you and your staff tried to steal from me! You need to be put out of business!

Great customer service, even though they are overwhelmed with work, they still will take the time to explain to you their current situations as pleasantly as possible...they will or may not turn you away or down, it's your decision of course with patience...grade A+ SERVICE !!!

Thanks Rich for getting me back on the road ,excellent service with your technician for last minute repair done right .they had to change Power steering booster,Power steering pump reservoir and pulley,on my Duramax 6.6l

Terrible place to take your car to get anything fixed They are a bunch of crooks I took my car to get fix for one simple thing in they added all these other things to get fix in then after working on my car they gave me back my car with a abs light on when my car didn't go in with that problem in they overcharged mi with the price PLEASE AVOID TAKING YOUR CAR HERE SERIOUSLY THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!

I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, integrity and being honest and decent business-people. If you have any auto issues I HIGHLY recommend seeing them for a fair priced and honest assessment of what you need fixed.It was great to deal with a great team of people and an owner I would personally recommend to my family, friends and everybody I know.

Great guys very professional and honest. As a otr Truck driver they service the truck. Fair pricing best mechanic around. The know what there talking about. And honest I'm happy I came here. Rich is a nice person to all who come to his shop. His mechanic are hard working and honest!! He got me back otr . Listen to there advice and they been in the business for year's. Highly recommend!!!

Called for a quote and the owner, Rich, yelled at me about me "giving him a hard time" despite this being my first call to him. Then he aggressively hung up on me. Not professional at all! Take your money elsewhere!

Took half a day to figure out what was "wrong" with my car. Finally determined that the engine was shot from a slipped bearing. Didn't even bother to issue a refund because what they charged me for didn't FIX my car in the first place. So I left with less money in my pocket and a soon to be scrapped car.

The worst mechanical experience of my life. They said they needed 3 days to fix my truck. They kept lying to me (the owner lied to me twice) and kept my truck for TWO WEEKS!. When I finally went to pick the truck up they tried to overcharge me, they sold me parts I didn t need, and they did not fix one of the main issues I brought it in for. The place is poorly managed - they over promise and under deliver but most importantly, the OWNER IS A LIAR. DO NOT take your vehicle there.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Never bringing my car here again. My car sat in the lot for a little over a month every time I called they would not pick up so I would just have to walk into the shop. Owner kept saying he would get to it but kept saying that and after a month of my car being there word for word the owner said if you re going to keep calling me about your car you might as well should take it somewhere else after having my car sit in the lot for a month without being touched or worked on.

Great work here. They have been able to grow the staff to meet the demands of the business. BeBe in the front office is a doll and makes sure youre taken care of. Rich is always around helping out which is great to see from ownership. I would recommend them to anyone around looking for good reliable service. they want to fix you and not see you again unless needed! 5/5

Don't let this place fix your vehicle, you will spend thousands of dollars and won't get the problem solve.Forget about the warranty they talk about, it doesn't exist; something else will be wrong with your vehicle therefore you are not covered under the warranty.Our truck have been there three times to fix the transmission. We took it back to the shop on May 18, pick it up May 20, 2016. We drove the car 20 miles and guess what? we are back to were we started, the truck will not run more than 20 milesNow the million dollar question, are they fixing the problem or they are guessing by replacing parts?I should have listened to what people are saying about this place. Don't let this people service your vehicle.

Took my car in for transmission repair. Christopher and Richard were very good at keeping me updated on the status as well as getting in contact with the previous repair shop that had worked on my car to deal with my warranty. They're quick, informative and my car runs great! Thanks so much for all of your help!

Not many places you can find people who are upfront about how they do business. No smoke or mirrors over here, if you need a minor repair, then that's what your gonna get. No upsell and their diagnostics of my engine was in debt and goes well beyond those vehicle scanner junkies at the dealership.

They kept my F450 diesel truck for about a month and didn't repaired it, I went every week to ask for it and always had the same answer "we'll do it tomorrow" I had to call a tow company and take my car to another place. They don't give a s***t

The owner of the company has a bad attitude if you have a regular car or SUV truck do not use that company you get pushed to the side because it's a fleet on company truck at and my truck for 6 days days repair 3.5 hours to have my truck fixed and it took forever to get my truck fixed I would never use this man company again neverService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

They tried to scam me. They did fix the pulley system like they said, and put a new belt on. However, when I had asked if the mechanic could put freon that I had bought in, he said yes. Later on, i found out he tried but I guess he just couldn't figure out how to do it. Strike 1. Next they called me up and said there must be an electrical problem and wanted to hold it to diagnose it for $50 or so an hour. I declined and took it home with me. I then realized, it wasn't an electrical problem, the mechanic had the A/C Button not pressed ON! At home, I installed the freon myself without hassle. So, that's probably the last time i'll go. Take your cars to me, i'd probably do a better job. BTW, after an hour of my work, it blew freezing again, yay!!

Ripoff artist. He bragged about being poor and working his way to the top. I guess making it to the top is stealing legally. Also commented that if he couldn't fix it no one can. I guess ripping you off is fixing it.

I GOT A USED TRANSMISSION PURCHASED AND INSTALLED FOR 1500 THE FIRST TIME. THE TRANSMISSION THEY INSTALLED WENT OUT THE FIRST MONTH, I GAVE THEM THE CAR TO FIX AGAIN. THEY SUPPOSEDLY CHANGED THE TRANSMISSION THE SECOND TIME AND CHARGED MY EXTENDED WARRANTY $4700 FOR THE SECOND TRANSMISSION WHICH ONLY COST $1500 THE FIRST TIME. THEY ROBBED ME FROM MY ENTIRE EXTENDED WARRANTY WHEN THEY FOUND OUT HOW MUCH I HAD LEFT. MIND YOU THE SECOND TRANSMISSION THEY "INSTALLED" WENT IN 3 MONTHS. THIS PLACE STEALS FROM PEOPLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THEY ALSO USE WOLF OIL WHICH IS GARBAGE OIL THAT DAMAGES YOUR VALVES. I'M NOT A NEGATIVE PERSON BUT I DO RIGHT BESIDES PEOPLE AND I WOULD NEVER WANT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE.

I like Cruise n Cool because I appreciate having my car fixed right the first time. This is the only place I bring my cars for service for the last ten years, and will continue to do so.
