This place went up and above service. The insurance company paying for my truck told me to get the estimate here. I had no idea of this place but they earned my business from here on out. First day of estimate, I was in a rush to pick up my kids. The ladies up front ( Sarah and Crystal?) made it a point to get me out within 10 minutes. Andre called me updating me about my car promptly and the truck was ready much sooner than anticipated. I had one issue with the car and that was my battery died the next day. I was worried that they would simply say that this wasn't their responsibility but NO... Miguel the manager, understood the issue and kept his word to simply buy a battery and he would reimburse me. The level of service here was so fantastic that I now hand out their business card in my place of business. I special shout out to Sarah at the front desk. Her level of service and concern was simply unbelievable. You would be a fool to look anywhere else to get your car serviced.

The initial experience makes you feel as though they will do anything and everything to ensure you leave a happy customer. Unfortunately, when it comes down to workmanship, this place does not pay attention to detail. After fixing the damage on my vehicle they left a handful of screws in my door cup holder, the roof liner was scratched, the fender liner and rear bumper were missing screws, and I have a new scratch on the body that wasn t there when I dropped it off. If you don t take pride in what you do when it comes to this type of job then time to move on and do something else!

Crash Champions had my car for almost 6 weeks for moderate damage. The communication was VERY poor and then I learned my advisor left on medical leave. I had to physically go to the location and find that my car was not being repaired. I engaged with manager, Felipe, and only then was my vehicle given any attention. I left with my vehicle after 6 weeks but not completely repaired. I still have no safety headrests and or the back up sensors. My car constantly beeps. The worst part is - my transmission went out as soon as I left the lot. In fact, i turned around immediately only for the manager to deny that the issue was due to the car accident or their negligence. This repair cost me an additional $5,500 to repair. Based on their records, they also "repaired" my A/C unit. It is not in operational and I have another repair bill from Jeep for $3,200. I worked with my insurance company to reach Crash Champions leadership to reevaluate my vehicle. I've been told since 11/1/23 that someone would contact me to schedule the appointment. I attempted to reach them MANY times. I've still heard nothing. I did receive a bribe in mail and text asking for a "good review" in exchange for a $100 gift card from Crash Champions. They owe me much more money that $100. Save yourself a world of stress and choose another service provider.

Had to go and get a USAA Insurance inspection done on my car this morning Auto Tech and Body was open on Saturday witch was great! I work Monday through Friday 5 to 5, so I have no time during the week to get my insurance inspection done so having somebody open on Saturday is a big deal! The girls in the front were extremely helpful walk me through the process got the inspection done fast and efficient. So if you're looking for somebody to do your insurance inspection this is the place to go.

I had quite the experience at this Collision Repair place. Not a great experience either. I got into my first car accident in October 2023, I picked this place because it was close to my house and seemed like they had decent reviews. I should have picked a different place.I dropped my car off and was introduced to Kathy, she was fine the first 3 weeks, kept in touch with me, and updated me on the status of my car.The day I was in my crash my check engine light came on AFTER(key word) my car was impacted. The front of my car got crumbled from a head-on collision.3 weeks had gone by and my car was ready for pickup, Kathy showed me my car and it looked awesome. I went inside to pay my deductible and Kathy informed me there would be a survey sent to me to review her and the collision center.This next conversation had me feeling a bit uneasy as she informed me one of the questions on the review at the end was a question of whether I had to bring my car back to the collision center. Kathy informed me to say no and if I did have a problem I could reach out to her personally. So she pretty much told me to lie on the review. Knowing what I do now, I see why.When I pulled out of the parking lot my car seemed to be fine. Later that night I went to get on the highway and noticed my carwash driving weirdly. I decided to test it and floored my car. It should have been going at least 80-90 mph, and my speedometer read 50 mph. My car would not accelerate past 50.I reached out to Kathy informing her there was something wrong with my acceleration. And I told her my check engine light was on. They had the audacity to tell me that my car acceleration problem had to do with a recall on my car. I even got in touch with the General Manager Felipe.Felipe has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I did not even want to talk to this man, he kept yanking my chain. Telling me I had to take my car to KIA and get it fixed with them because it was a recall and pretty much made me feel it wasn't their problem anymore.I paid this collision place $2,500, and for Felipe to tell me to go to KIA was honestly a slap in my face. They didn't say come to the shop we will look at it. All of a sudden it was a KIA problem.I got in touch with KIA because I know the salesperson who sold me my car. I told him what was happening and that I needed KIA to inspect my car.I dropped it off and within 2 hours I got a call from KIA informing me they found the problem with my car. The problem was a wire was broken right in the front of my car right where my car got impacted. HMmMM crazy!Even though Felipe and Kathy told me from the collision place that my car acceleration problem was not incident related and tried to tell me I came to their shop and my check engine light was on before the crash.I'm sorry I do not remember you being in the crash with me. I told them when I dropped my car off that my check engine light came on after the crash.So after KIA told me this IS accident related I reached out to Felipe who happened to be in the area of the KIA I was at. He told me that he would stop there and needed to check it out himself. Like he needed to talk to the guy who looked at my car as if I was lying. I just wanted my car fixed so I said ok....Finally, after a few days, the collision place fixed my acceleration everything seemed fine until I found more broken parts on my car :). There is a padding that goes underneath your car to shield your parts of the engine and mine was dragging on the highway and it connected to the plastic part on my tire. It was so screwed up with it was about to rip off, I had to jerry-rig it. I had to tie tank tops through the padding and tie it to my bumper to keep it from ripping off.When I went to the collision place to tell them one of their car mechanics asked me "What did you hit"....Like I did not hit anything my car would show more damage from the fact it is a low car. This part was not fixed during the 3 weeks they had it. This place was awful, to say the least. NEVER AGAIN!

Honest. Responsive. Professional.Jay and everyone at Auto Tech & Body amazed me with how they handled my car repair after a devastating accident which led to major body work needing to be done on my passenger door, fender, and tires. I was able to drive the car to AT&B and as soon as I walked in I felt like Hope, at the front desk, was completely understanding about the aftershock of the accident. The entire staff quickly helped me deal with the entire insurance claims process and had me on my way in a rental car in no time.The staff took their time with my car and treated it like it was their own personal car. Where I thought it would have been totaled, Jay found a way to fix it that allowed for me to get it back within weeks. AT&B was timely and even took the initiative to give my car a deep cleaning before I got it back.I can't see myself going anywhere else for car repair ever again.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Auto Tech and Body has been a great place to get my car and my parent s cars repaired. They are honest, courteous, and have top mechanics and car Painters in town. I dealt with them for over 10 years and 3 cars later. I know them, trust them and I receive detailed explanation of the services needed on my car. They have the cleanest, most sanitized lobby and are set up to keep all of us safe and healthy. I highly recommend Auto Tech and Body.

Amazing service and excellent price! Highly recommend this professional business. This shop was the third place I had to bring my car as no one was willing to work on it and able to complete the work to its entirety they said. When I found auto tech and body, Jay quickly agreed to help and he never disappointed! They found a way to work around the issues and come up with a solution that would get my car back on the road safety and efficiently. All the staff was kind and friendly and explained updates as we were waiting. The price was reasonable and they worked with us as we didn't have a lot to spend. I could not be happier with the final outcome and work they completed! I recommend auto tech and body to everyone!!

My Overall Experience With This Company Was Excellent!!! The Wait Time Was Quick. The Customer Service Is Crazy Good There!!! When My Wife And I Got Our Back I Was Very Impressed With The Work They'd Done!!! The ONLY Issue I Had Was That My Red Cloth That I Had My Brother's Obituary In On My Dashboard Was Missing!!! That Cloth Has Sentimental Value To It And When I Asked About It NOBODY Could Answer Where It Is!!!

I was in a car accident & I took my car her for the front end to be repaired on May 14th. Let me first say I was advised by a friend who had also took his car there for a repair as well & he said DO NOT go there. Against my better judgement I took my car there anyway because they were the only shop who could start the work by Saturday. Well by Monday they still had not started the repairs, but by Tuesday they called & gave me the estimate & advised that they had ordered the parts that were needed. I was advised that my car would be ready by May 28th, on that day they had an excuse about the paint job, the following Wednesday it was something else, my car is still there almost a month later while I am racking up rental fees. Reviews are written for a reason please listen when I say DO NOT take your car here for repairs. Service: Body & Trim

Theses guys are up to no good. I ve literally called them daily for the last 2 weeks and they kept telling me it will be ready the next day. They finally called me at the end of the day on a Tuesday, 25 min before closing. I agreed on being there first thing in the morning Wednesday .If you ve worked in the automotive industry you ll see a red flag when they deliver a car to you all wet on the outside, under shade. In my case, behind another vehicle where I couldn t get in front of the car. Why would the car be wet first thing in the morning when it was ready to be picked up yesterday?They were supposed to do a bumper, fender repair and headlight replacement, along with everything else for repairs around that area. There was tire guard that looked like it was coming apart, for which they sent me to the dealership, assuring me they should be able to do that for free, because they don t carry those, and those are the same as bumper stickers, you don t get them back when you get your car repaired. There s also glue residue that wont come off all over the fender.I pay their deductible, start the cad and move it to the sun, only to see the headlight is not properly attached and shaking just from the engine being on, there s a gap of at least one inch between the headlight and the bumper, just like when I delivered the car for repair. Yes I am stating that crash champions in pompano beach was trying to deliver a poorly repaired car to me, which they billed my insurance for. Their excuse is they were trying to get me the car asap as I m now out of my rental benefit.They sworn I should get my car completely repaired by the next day. I have not heard from them nor their corporate office yet.Service: Body & Trim

My car was in a collision in early February. We dropped the car at Crash Champions on Feb 13. It is now April 10. We have yet to receive a single communication from Crash Champions besides text messages asking for surveys. When we call, we're always given the standard "call back after 2 pm", then "call back tomorrow," "call back on Monday, and "x process is happening, it should be ready next Thursday." They act nice and friendly when we go in person, but there is zero communication otherwise. Please don't take your car here for insurance repair. You will be frustrated to no end. Luckily we have another car to use, or we'd be royally screwed.

I recently used the services of Auto Tech and Body after someone hit my car and drove off in a parking lot. Jay gave me a fair price, his team was very professional and nice to work with but most of all they followed through and did everything they said they were going to do in a timely manner. This is probably the second or third time I have used their services and their quality of work is always EXCELLENT unlike what you usually encounter in South Florida. If you're looking to get body work done on your vehicle this is the best place, I'm always happy with my experience. I highly recommend Auto Tech & Body.

I was referred to Auto Tech & Body just over 2 yrs ago for an insurance inspection. I recall at that time I was pleased with the prompt and good service.Recently my son s car needed mechanical and body work so he could use it to work for Uber. I arrived at the facility ( without an appointment) where two young ladies attentively listened to my needs.Before I knew it the President of the company, Jay greeted me, passionately went through step by step of what the car needed to restore it to good condition. Jay has a fantastic customer service car side manner, was able to render an on the spot estimate, and start work on the car that night ( a Saturday.). He called me the next day with the exact price of everything and said I would be contacted in 4-5 days. The 2007 Chrysler looked and ran like it just came out of the showroom!! He took the time to show my son how to maintain the shine of the hubcaps. Needless to say, I have not experienced this kind of integrity, customer service, quality, and value of a job done extremely well. I am grateful that I remembered this class act facility. All my car needs will be taken care of in a place where I am confident I am getting high quality care at a good value. Next up, Jay and his crew will work their magic and make my 2004 Lexus SC as good as new. I cannot wait!!

I honestly don't know how I feel about this place.First. The one pleasant part was the front desk staff who nicely took me to the car. That's where the positives end.They had my car for a month after an accident involving an illegal driver. I was told the car went through a COMPLETE TEARDOWN to determine the cost of repairs and told it is repairable and will be done in 27 days due to parts. A month later its classified as totalled. When I go to get my stuff from the car it is almost EXACTLY like it was before being towed there with the exception of the one severely damaged front quarter panel being removed and put in the trunk. Hell the car still started and moved under its own power. So I don't know if I would ever trust them with my car ever again.I'm also 98% sure that the spare tire does not need to be unbolted and removed from the storage compartment for a breakdown review of the front of a car. Just saying.PS I don't bother posting pictures of places I don't like. That being said the place did "look" professional

Auto Tech has an overall, solid reputation. So I went to get Bodywork done and it was a positive experience. Jay has trained his technicians and office staff well. He is a professional as are the employees. Their aim is to be detail oriented and they certainly are. Expectations being met is Jays minimum.He actually strives to go beyond your expectations.I recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jay and his team really go the extra mile, when others will compromise. Auto Tech did some highly detailed and precise work that saved me a lot of money. Other shops were simply going to order entire replacements because it was easier for them to replace whole assemblies. Those replacements were going to cost me at least one thousand dollars more than the total cost of the work of Auto Tech. Apart from the great work, professional and friendly people, the car was completely cleaned inside out upon return, and they even followed up with a call to ask if we were satisfied. The answer was an enthusiastic yes.

I visited this place in April 2021. Upon entering I was greeted immediately with great customer service. Upon have my truck looked at I was educated on what would take place. My car was serviced and fixed with no issues and my truck was cleaned. I have to come back in August 2021 due to the same issue occurring with my truck. Jay remembered me and greeted me right away. He apologized for the inconvenient I may have been caused and reassured me he would do his very best as which he did in April. Once again specular customer service all around. I will continue to use the services going forward. Thanks Jay for remembering me. It definitely warmed my heart and made me feel like family. Professional, Detailed Work, Organized & Great Customer Service! BY FAR one of the best auto shops I've taken my vehicle to. The staff at Auto Tech & Body are some of the mostly friendly and accommodating people in this industry. The body work they did on my car came out beautiful & I am very pleased. This company is great when it comes to quality and customer satisfaction. They take their time to establish genuine relationships and create a trust before work even begins on your car. They use top notch equipment and maintain professional standards to ensure your car looks as good as new. If you ever have a question they are there to answer and if the friendly staff is unsure, they send out the man, Jay Ghanem who is also the owner! Even without looking at my car, Jay was able to tell me what the problem was based on my description alone. I highly recommend using them!

The owner of this facility is extremely rude and does not care about clients time! I took my car in on a Friday and the owner came out and looked at my car for the work that I wanted done and he quoted me a price and said that it would be no problem and scheduled me an appointment for that coming Monday to do the work. I took my car in for my appointment on Monday morning and the owner came out and told me that he changed his mind and was going to cancel my appointment and refused to work on my car! He was very rude about it and has no interest in good customer service or treating people nicely! I do not recommend this shop at all! If they can't even be professional with customers then there is no way they are professional about their work! I would avoid this business at all costs!
