Pro's- Honesty and Genuineness 100% from not only the owner Steve but as well from the men who work with him in his shop. These are the skilled, competent and dependable mechanics every good human being hopes to find in one truck/auto/trailer/etc. shop.Con's- I only found this shop recently, and I'm moving up north in a month. Just very difficult these days to find a great real people mechanic shop.Conclusion- Wherever you take your car or truck now, this place is better. Consistent honesty, quality prices and labor, skilled above and beyond mechanics, and just genuine good people servicing their local community.

Found this place based on positive reviews and they did not fall short in the slightest. They installed my hitch super fast and most importantly did a very clean job. Steve and Steve are class acts who get the job done with efficiency. I highly recommend!

I ve been using this place for years through several different vehicles. Tires, brakes, engine and transmission- steve has been able to fix them all on our American, Japanese and German cars. They do a high quality job for a fair price.

With an older car it is so, so reassuring to know that I can take my car to Complete Auto Service and I will get a fair price, honest answers, amazing communication and mechanics I trust. I will always rely on Steve & Steve to go the extra mile to take care of me and my car. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!

- i just felt confident in Steve s professionalism the moment I reached out to him to install a hitch on my Mustsng. He s personable, is on it in a heartbeat, his was the one hitch place that I called that did not ask me to come by and first buy the hitch and when asking the others what hitch they suggest did not know off the bat. Steve knew , immediately what options available and within minutes am set up to get the right hitch installed / Steve does not waste time yours or his own its a win win all around. He installed the hitch with zero delay - perfectly -In my opinion,Complete Auto Services and Trailer Hitch is a gem of a business that delivers in an old school m, one-customer-at-time- handshake -is-my -word way! Great experience !

Excellent service, professional, polite, priced very well, very knowledgable.I can go on, but the 5 stars say it all.I drive an hour to have Steve service my vechile and add accessories.I'd rather drive the distance, then any other place put there greasey paw on my car.I Highly recommend !

I have known steve for many years. He has always run an honest mechanic shop. I'd say there reviews speak for themselves. Great guy with great experience. He does many hitch installations for our customers. Steve has been my mechanic for years. He earned my business repeatedly with his honesty and prices. One specific time I came in with a 04 Tahoe. I was told both my front and rear main seal was bad and given a $1600 Estimate. Steve looked at my car and figured out they were not the problem. My water pump was the root cause. He saved me over $1,000 and had my SUV fixed the next day. I cannot say this enough. Even if you have a mechanic you trust bring your vehicle to Steve for a second opinion. He's honest to a fault and will win your business.

Steve's the man. My '18 ford escape had a weird noise and slight vibration at 80+mph that I couldn't figure out no matter how many fix-it youtube videos I watched and he drove it for 5 minutes and recognized it as the front passenger wheel bearing, which is unusual for car car with low miles but a common problem with ford escapes, and 1 day and $391 later it was fixed perfectly, no more noise or shaking. They explained everything about the part they were replacing and the price.These guys know their stuff and are very reasonable with pricing - no price gouging or extra frills like all the big chain shops or high turnover with new inexperienced guys working on your car. These guys are real deal career mechanics and they run their shop the honest american way.

Steve was recommended to my husband by a co-worker. He was very honest and fair. He did not try to oversell us on anything the car didn't need. He kept it straight and to the point and did a great job. We'll be using Steve and his shop going forward for both of our vehicles.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job on my 2000 Toyota Corolla. They even did extra stuff at no charge. It's difficult now a days to find a good repair garage. I had a boat hitch installed on a 2021 Dodge Durango. The wiring for the hitch had to be custom and what a great job. I read the reviews about this shop giving that small town feel mechanic shop it couldn't be more correct. Very rare to find a shop like this especially here end South Florida. Honest and and the customer service was phenomenal. If you're deciding to use do not hesitate you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend

Towed my truck over this afternoon after speaking with the staff. They diagnosed my truck in no time. Turns out what I thought was surely a starter replacement ended up being a connection issue. They were extremely honest and patched me right up and sent me on my way saving me a bunch of cash. It's nice to know that there are good trust worthy mechanics running a solid business. I highly recommend this shop and will be a custom for life. Thank you!

Best mechanic experience ever. I rarely post reviews. It s other my thing unless some place was spectacularly good or spectacularly bad. In this case it's Steve, he is amazing!. Not only is he an HONEST mechanic but he's also a great resource. If he can't do the work himself he will refer you to other good guys in the area who can. He installed a hitch on my genesis and the car had an electrical problem, not the hitch but the car, But Steve took it personally and follow up with Hyundai customer service until he found the origin of the problem, finally Hyundai replaced the module that was under recall, any other mechanic would say "It s not my problem" and it will be the end of it and a big problem for me.Days later in a Sunday, my trailer had an electrical problem, just hours before my trip to the southern states with my wife and the new Indian bike, I was desperate and running around looking for a mechanic, "Fat Chance in a Sunday afternoon" it happened that I went by Steve's store and he was just in the shop picking up something, in his day off, I ask him if he can help me, Steve without a blink left aside what he was looking for and devoted all the attention to fix my problem, and He did! .Excellent!!!!.Paul Aleksinko

I called several different places to get a baseplate installed.....when we talked for a few minutes on the phone as to the installation, I knew that Steve was very knowledgeable about the installation. We made an appointment and I had the work done.......extremely satisfied and his rates were excellent. The old clich� "how can I earn your business".....well Steve and his crew earned my business.Clean and organized work shop.....and honest as the day is long.

I came out to Florda for work. My car started giving me issues. I was warned by a friend to be careful about where I go to avoid overcharge! Called in spoke to Steve he asked me about what was going on and had a idea of exactly what I was dealing with! Came in had me in an out as soon as possible and kept me posted while I waited! Of course every job is different but took great care of me on labor! If you re living in Florda or visiting I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic
