Complete auto care is my new mechanic going forward. Randy and his team are knowledgeable and kind. Brandi took care of my car when I had no mechanic and I was unsure of who to bring it to. Having a very good and honest, Mechanic is very important because there are a lot of them down here that will try to rob you!!! Anyone looking for a mechanic in this area or outside of this area? I would suggest bringing your car here. Thank you so much Randy and team!!!

Great shop run by some kind people with a lot of integrity. We had a rough day going shop to shop seeing if anyone could help us with a flat tire. After being turned down by 2 previous shops, the guys working here were kind enough to squeeze us into their incredibly busy schedules. They turned our entire day around and I cannot recommend this shop enough!

If you have car problems then this is the place to go! Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and communicate well. I dropped my car off 10 minutes before my appointment time and there was no wait. This mechanic shop is honest, caring, and doesn't charge any crazy fees. If I had to say something negative it's that the parking/car drop off can be a bit difficult due to the amount of cars between neighborhood auto body shops. Regardless, I would 100% recommend this shop. Thanks for fixing up my Sasha!

Randy and staff went above and beyond to repair my air conditioner. In and out in one day. Randy is one of a kind. He has a very trustworthy personality. It s that genuine smile. Great service. Randy is incredible honest and has strong integrity. I have been going to Compete Auto Care for over five years, after he identified a scam quote from another car center. Saved me hundreds of dollars.In September of '22 all my warning lights flashed in my 2019 RDX. Randy told me it would be a very big job and that i should check with my dealer about my warranty. I found there were three weeks left in my for year new car warranty (Sep/18) .Among the issues Randy found, the dealer turned up a tiny leak in the first cylinder. End result? A new engine! Incredible!A mechanic only looking for the money would have gladly done the first job, but Randy was looking out for me.I will continue taking my vehicles and recommending Randy as long as he is in business!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Randy and Barbara were so helpful. I got there at 7am this morning and I didn't have an appointment. My car was ready by 10am. They were so professional and were honest about what was wrong with my car. Randy even told me to comeback in two weeks just so he can see if what he did for my car fixed the problem. I can't wait to go back there. Plus my whole family is going to go there now.

We have been taking our cars to Randy for a few years now and he is fantastic. He s honest and nice, and stands behind his work. Finding a skilled and trustworthy mechanic is priceless and we re so glad we found him!The shop is always busy and I m sure it s because like me once someone has been there they don t want to go anywhere else. They can be booked solid but if you re stuck they will find a way to squeeze you in. Randy is a genuine person and too kind for his own good! We have teens that drive and no hesitation sending them in with their cars would Never do that at another shop! Took my old car in due to no air conditioning. Randy was very nice and worked on my car and stayed in touch with me about cost before doing anything. Long story short...I choose not to put the money into my old car and he never charged me for the time he spent on it.Very rare to find a shop owner like this. Trustworthy !!I will be back !

I had a Malfunction Light go on yesterday and brought my car in the next morning. Randy checked my car thoroughly and help me with my problem. I strongly recommend this location, I will be coming back when needed, I am extremely happy with there performance. I highly recommend this mechanic.

Randy has been our family mechanic for over a decade, longer than I ve been driving. This is a true family business and Randy is always honest and their prices are very fair. Randy is the only person we trust to diagnose or do any work on our cars.

Let me first start out by saying that I usually don t do reviews, because I don t like reviews. I think it s like giving somebody a gold star or trophy because it s the right thing to do, when in fact it s their JOB. Also, I know of too many businesses that have their own employee s or friends write them.That being said, this is a different situation, because when a business goes above and beyond, they deserve it. I know most people put mechanics in the same category as lawyers, car sales people, etc., and I won t lie, so do I for the most part. But the crew at Complete Auto Care are different, they genuinely care, they re fair and honest, and that s because Randy is old-school, being mediocre isn t good enough for him, and in a society where just trying is good enough, it s not good enough for the folks at Complete Auto Care.It was a breath of fresh air not feeling pressured to do unnecessary work and being able to trust somebody completely. This review is long overdue. I cannot possibly say enough good things about this business. I was in Pompano visiting a family member who was in trouble, and their car broke down while I was there.After towing the car to Complete Auto Care, we found out the car was a goner. I spent the rest of my time in Pompano helping my family member track down a used car within a small budget. Randy empathized with our situation, and offered to inspect and test drive multiple vehicles to make sure we didn't get screwed. Thanks to Randy, we dodged multiple lemons.This was an already stressful situation, and I don't even want to think about how much more stressful it could have been without Randy's selflessness and generosity. Thank you Randy, from the bottom of my heart. You really helped my family and I during a challenging time, and we'll never forget it.

Complete Auto Care truly lives up to there name, they truly care. I've been coming here for years and I've never had bad service, either mechanic related and or customer service. From Barb, Randy, Lami, they're truly amazing people with a desire to please and pro ide a service that's second to none!

My daughter was at a nearby store when her car starting making crazy, scary sounds. I am in NJ and searched for nearby car repair and found this location. With nothing but the reviews to go by (and how close it was to her) I told her to go there to see what they could do. She called me minutes later and said they would fix it shortly; it was a heat shield banging around. Within 20 minutes, she was ready to go and he wouldn't even take a tip that I told her to make sure to offer for such quick, quality, inexpensive care. Having a daughter living far away, especially in these times, it is so comforting to know that there are good, kind, caring business people near her. Complete Auto Care has a new customer!

I own a mechanic shop in Ocala and never thought I would rave about another shop. We were on our way home from Fort lauderdale when someone on the freeway started waving at us and pointing at our tires. We were so lucky to pull into Randy's complete auto care. He not only drove my 2007 ford edge multiple times he put it up on his lift. He asured us that we might need to consider some rear end work when we got back home but our car was safe for the trip back home. As a mechanic shop owner I was amazed, when I was trying to pay he said no charge. Randy has overhead cost to run his shop and it's a liability to put someone's car up in the air on a lift. I don't know any mechanic shop that would care that much and not charge for their work. Thank you complete auto repair. This world needs more caring people like you guys.

I have been going to Complete Auto Care for almost 15 years. Always have great and friendly service. My car is done quickly and never spending a huge buck! I love that I can support a family owned business that has been in business for over 36 years. You know something is good when you been in business this long. Plus free wi-fi and coffee while you wait.

I've had to take my car in to get repairs more than a few times in the last few months. Unlike other auto places, these guys don't give you the run around and try to sell you extra stuff. They're short and to the point when describing what issues your car has and they take good care of their customers.

Love this place! It is a family owned business and they are fast and reasonably priced. I hope I don't have to bring my car into the shop again, but when I do, I know I will return there. Always an excellent experience.

Honest, professional, reliable, responsible. I couldn t imagine going to another establishment to get my vehicle serviced. I have been going to this company for 5-6 years and can t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend.

The fat lady behind the counter had really bad customer service. Waited for so long and no one come out. Asked how long gonna wait to see some one, the fat lady ignored me for twice. Finally said " when some one finish his job will come out to you" I was referred to this place by a worker from Costco tire department. The guy from Costco is nice. But this place sucks! I found a better place on the street next to it.

Our 2004 Expedition started choking for fuel and died. Next day it started and we took it to Complete Auto Care based on the reviews. They charged me nearly $900 to replace a "bad fuel pump" and the filter. They gave me the car back with a very greasy steering wheel and apparently didn't do the work they charged us for. A few days later my wife drove down to the Keys with the kids and the car broke down on a bridge down in Islamorada with EXACTLY the same issue that I took it to them for. How irresponsible can an auto repair shop be to charge me for work not performed and send the car out for my family to use???
