Carole and Vanessa have been amazing from beginning to end with my vehicle. The consistency in updates have left me feeling assured that they have been doing their absolute best to get the pieces as needed to finish repairing my car. There were things out of their control, but they remained hopeful and advocating on my behalf the best they could to help this repair process move along smoothly. I want to give major props to Carole and Vanessa for being spectacular at what they do and would recommend them 100% for this location!

I love love love this place, my moms in a walker and they not only brought the car over to us but including fixing our car, they cleaned our seats for FREE!! they cleaned the engine and all of what was under the hood, I really appreciate this place and i will be coming back if i need anything fixed on my rosie again. I also want to shout out Patricia, Shayla, and Carol for all of their wonderful work in helping us get our car back! I am very happy with how it turned out.

Collision Care Express truly lives up to its name as "The Dream Team," with exceptional members like Eunice, Valeria, Mike, Joel, and Brandon. These individuals are like the Avengers, ready to save the day and make your car look BRAND NEW! When my car's brakes and rotors started making squeaking and squealing noises, I decided to conduct an honest, independent search for a certified service center that caters to car makers like Porsche. That's when I discovered Collision Care Express in Pompano, FL, a versatile collision center that caters to a wide range of major car makers. Despite the distance from Miami, they kindly offered to arrange an Uber, but I declined, not wanting to inconvenience them further. From the moment I made my online reservation to dropping off and picking up my car, the experience felt like being in my personal space. The team at Collision Care Express went above and beyond, providing detailed explanations tailored to my specific needs. They even allowed me to witness the inspection of my car from underneath as they lifted it up, giving me a firsthand view of the issues. I requested that they complete the work within a day if possible, and to my surprise, they finished it in just a couple of hours using genuine factory products. Their complimentary Uber service for drop-off and pickup was a prime example of their exceptional customer care. What truly stood out was our delightful conversations and the genuine kindness and humor displayed by the team throughout the process, an example of their commitment to providing outstanding customer service! They even returned my old brakes and rotors upon my request. As much as I enjoyed my time there, I wholeheartedly trust Collision Care Express and "The Dream Team" with my Porsche 911 (992), and I am immensely grateful for their outstanding care. First and foremost I want to say that I love to give the upmost authentic reviews being that it s hard to find honest one. But Shayla & Ryan really set the bar high for the collision business. From the time they received my vehicle to the time I picked it up the customer service has been top-tier. And don t get me started with the repair on my vehicle. I literally walked past my car and didn t even realize that was my car sitting in the garage. I ve had repairs done to multiple of my vehicles before from different companies but this is the best body shop I ve ever ran across and honestly I don t think anyone could top it . Overall 10/10 highly recommended!

I am so glad I brought my car here; they have made an incredibly difficult situation, as smooth rolling and painless as possible. they were patient and thorough , followed up with me very often , encouraged questions , and were very transparent about the whole process. They repaired my car to its original state and did so in a timely manner! Everyone was super kind and understanding!

Best experience I have ever had. Mike was so professional and demonstrated above and beyond customer service. Sheila was so communicative and gave me updates every step of the way. My Tesla had a minor rear bumper fix and they were able to get the job done within two days. Getting a rental through them was seamless. I will recommend them to everyone with a Tesla looking for a professional Tesla certified shop and would certainly go back.

Great place to bring your collision vehicle! I have a Tesla Model 3 it was hit in the back left panel really bad. Collision care was able to fix my car like brand new! Carol was amazing and kept me updated throughout the whole process. It did take 4 months to fix due to tesla back ordered parts. My Subaru got a dent in the door pillar; while driving on I-95 I got hit by some debris that dented that portion which is covered by a blackout tape. I went to multiple PDR shops for estimates and everyone turned me away with the excuse that it was a hard to reach place for PDR (paintless dent repair) I did not give up and found Collision Care Xpress. They took the time, dedication and care -even thou this was a small repair and probably they had more important stuff to deal with- I left my car on a Friday at 12 PM and got it back the same day 4 hours later. They did an exceptional work, their expertise and staff were able to easily tackle that awful dent without sacrificing or compromising the integrity of the body (by using filler as an alternative to remove the dent). Val, Patricia and Tasha were amazing! I ll definitely will be back when needed

Thank you very much for all the work that was done on the truck very easy to communicate with and let me know the entire project status and I am very happy with results of the repairs that was done to the truck because it looks like all the body repair and paint looks as factory as it was before.

I am beyond happy with the service I received from collision care xpress. Honestly my car looks brand new and better than I can remember it ever looking. Service was beyond my expectations. Car was fully detailed which an added bonus. This repair shop puts care and detail into their work and it shows. Pat, Carol and the entire team were awesome and saw me through the entire process. I will definitely recommend to any Tesla owner! 10/10

It s amazing. I took my car back after a 1/2 year to get some things fixed. Alignment was off and they confirmed. I also requested they seat the shield around the third brake light as I could see the light in my rear view mirror. I got it back and they simply removed the whole seal. Now I have this bright rectangle of light shining in my view every time I put on the brakes. Not a competent repair shop

I bought my car in for a quote and Patti Campos was the one assisting me. She was very thorough. My car was done in the time frame she gave me and everday she kept me updated on everything. This place was so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Extremely professional and the results on my car was amazing. I am so happy that i bought my vehicle to them

Absolutely phenomenal experience. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Additional thanks to Tara for making you feel right at home. The repairs were performed within a week of receiving the quote. Upon seeing the car for the first time in a few days, you could see they did a phenomenal job on the repair, complete with an exterior wash and interior wipe down. I highly recommend using their service in the future.

Took my car in couple of days ago to get an estimate on replacing a hanging front engine splash guard. Let me just say that Joel was AWESOME. He took a look and he and his mechanic took 20 minutes to make some minor adjustments and the best part was for NO CHARGE. No more hanging splash guard. He was up front , honest, and transparent. Soooo refreshing. Looking forward to bringing in my new headlight assembly that I ordered for my Lexus IS 250 and letting them install the pair. Thank you again Joel for everything and looking forward to bringing in my cars in the future.***UPDATE***Took my car back for the headlight assembly install mentioned in my first raving review and once again they didn't disappoint. Joel was tremendous again, with sending the quote via email the day before, to seeing me off after the install. Paperwork and install for both headlight assemblies took less than an hour and the labor cost was beyond reasonable. Once again, the reason why Collision Care Express will continue to get my business in the future.

I always had a great experience working with Collision Care Xpress. The employees they re always pleasant and helpful. I had the pleasure to work with Carole, she took great care of me, she communicate well. Vanessa is great at her job, she make sure everything went smooth as possible with my car. When I picked up my car Tasha did such I great job cleaning my car, I was amazed, the car look new. I had an amazing experience working with your company. Thanks for doing a great job with my car.

I don t usually write reviews but Collision Care Xpress deserves one.I was referred by a coworker to this body shop. From the minute I pulled into the parking lot until I picked up my repaired Tesla Model 3, the customer service was bar-none excellent. Extremely transparent, quick communication, and I felt like my repairs were top priority despite how many cars they had to service. They bent over backwards to get me into a very nice rental and worked hand-in-hand with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered in full. They kept me informed the entire time, and when I had questions, they were ultra responsive. When I picked up the car, I noticed a small gap between the repaired doors (I m very picky). They had no issue taking it back immediately and fixing the gap without hesitation,Absolutely excellent experience. Hope I don t have to go back, but if I do I will absolutely make sure I go to this place. They made a stressful event into a pleasant experience.

From the beginning to the end, everything went smoothly. Joel (first contact) made me feel comfortable right from the beginning, which I think is important, especially in these circumstances.Han (estimator) was fantastic; he updated me every step of the way (more than I anticipated) in terms of the progress of my repairs. Carole and Sheila (customer service) were friendly and kept all of my paperwork organized.

My car came back looking like it just left the factory! It drives better than it did before the accident. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service, they keep you informed throughout the whole process and they are very professional who goes out the way to keep the customer happy! Everyone was extremely nice and professional, from when I first dropped my car off for repairs to the time I picked it up. All the reviews are true. If you need your car repaired this is the place to go. The whole staff is superb. Carole is a Goddess, Vanessa is an Angel. Ali and Brendan were so sweet! Being in an accident is an awful experience. I m so grateful for Collision Care and how easy they made everything. I can t thank them enough. Please visit them if you re in need!

Just picked up my Tesla model Y and couldn't be happier after repairing a smashed glass roof and tailgate. The extensive job was done to perfection and on time. The whole experience was pleasurable. Patricia was particularly helpful on check-in and check-out. I could have kissed her! From the start the owner, Robert, weighed in to assured me good service. His team delivered big time. This was my second visit with my Tesla requiring extensive repairs and once again I received flawless execution all with a smile and a prevailing attitude of excellence in customer service. I couldn't have expected more. Shout out to all the other team members who played a part: Carlos, Eunice, Romancio, and Vanessa.

I would love to thank Collision Care Xpress for their hard work and quality results! Car looks fantastic and appears to have never been in an accident because of how well the technicians blended in the paint and also of how new it looks, as if I just ordered the vehicle and it arrived that same day! I also would like to personally thank Joel, Eunice, Valeria, and Tessa for their dedication and hard work to push to have my vehicle done sooner and to keep on pressuring my insurance to send the approved estimate amount to start and complete repairs! All of you are amazing and I would definitely recommend you and the amazing workers I mentioned to have any work done, whether it be an EV or combustion engine vehicle.

Stop! Don t look for another body shop! This shop is absolutely fantastic. My initial phone call with Valeria was so great. She was so kind and nice given the situation and made sure to tell me not worry and that I was in good hands. She put me in touch with Patricia who explained how they would be handling my case and receiving my vehicle. I was also assigned my own personal representative Eunice, who updated me every step of the way! She was so happy to help me set up a tow to get my vehicle into their shop. When I had my vehicle brought in, they encouraged me to stop by their shop so they could provide me a tour of what makes their shop different. When I showed up, I was greeted by Valeria. As I told her which vehicle was mine, she paged Pat and Eunice who came out promptly to greet me. All three ladies were so kind, bubbly and very attentive. They had such warm smiles and were all on the same page as to what next steps were. Patricia gave me a tour of the facility and it was clean, organized and impressive. When they were taking apart my vehicle, they explained step by step what they were doing and made sure that each part was placed gently to prevent further damage. In the end the insurance company decided not to repair the vehicle. However, I will tell you from my experience in the automotive and service industry, any future body work that I may require will only be done at this facility. They are honest and never cut corners. I want to personally thank Valeria, Eunice and Patricia for your patience, kindness and eagerness to provide me with the best service. Your amazing service and extensive knowledge are why I will be a returning customer as well as referring everybody I can to your shop. Thank you for everything!

I would have given 5 but had some issues with getting regular updates call backs when they said they would call back. But I would definitely recommend them. Tara is one of the reps, if it was not for her I would have spent a lot more money than needed so I appreciate her honesty. The job they did was excellent. Would recommend for sure.

Michelle and Theo are AMAZINGGG PEOPLE! I've been coming to this place for all my collisions and recommending it to my family.
