Ben and the whole team was very professional and worked very hard to get are car back and did their best to help me and my wife with are insurance company company.Are insurance company was a huge disappointment to work with but the team they have worked wonders with them would highly recommend them for anything Thank you guys Dan&Lisa

STAY AWAY!!!!! These people act like they care about you, but they really don't. Specially once the money from your insurance company stops coming in, they will put a Lien on your car to get you to pay out of pocket for bogus supplements. They did not even try to negotiate nor even flinch to put that lien on my vehicle. These people are nasty, rude and do not care about you at all!!! If I could give them negative stars, I would!!!My vehicle was there from 8/24/2022 and did not get it back until 11/28/2022. My insurance company paid them over $9,500 for a front bumper and driver side fender repair. These crooks came out with another supplement of over $5,000 for work on the front end around the front passenger tire, which in reality they did not do anything. These people straight robbed me of over $5,000. Once you see the photos you too will see that $9,500 was way more than enough to cover the work they did. My car is a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon which is worth $16,000 now due to inflation, these thieves got over $15,000 from my insurance company and myself.I'm sure their crook of an owner will right some bogus response about my situation justifying their predatory actions. The proof is in the photos.RUN FROM THIS PLACE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!Your response does not change a thing, nor does it justify charging over $15,000 in "body work" for a $16,000 vehicle. The fact of the matter is, people should know about your business practices and your insanely inflated pricing.In reference to the lien, I had to call your office to find out that you had actually put a lien on my vehicle. Pleasant customer service experience from Ben with assistance from Dalida, and Charlie. They were very informative and thorough including extensive photography of the damaged vehicle. After we were done getting the forms dealt with it was very straightforward to gain access to the vehicle to remove all remaining personal items. Strongly recommend taking your car here if you've been in an auto accident.

Great place. Ben and Dalida were so sweet and assisted me with everything I needed help with. The tow truck guy dropped me off when they were closing and they stayed with me for an hour while I waited for my ride to come. I am a woman and couldn t be more thankful. Great service great place!

Extremely good customer service , Charlie remembered all the details about my car and everything gave me an estimated time.Ben called over and over to make sure I knew my car was ready after the process was quicker than anticipated. I came to empire auto for a car repair and I had a really great experience! The environment is very welcoming and the employees are very friendly! An employee by the name of Ben was very helpful he let me know every part of the process and let me know as soon as my vehicle was ready! I have been here twice and i have had such a welcoming experience. This is the best place to bring your car for all your auto body needs, they did such a great job with my car. I recommended them to my friends who also love them and still use them to this day. The staff are helpful and easy to work with, definitely my go to spot!

My experience with this company has been ridiculous. At first I thought they seemed respectful & very detailed. I was wrong. The office manager is so rude telling me she doesn't needs to answer me questions as if my vehicle isn't in her possession. I received a letter from the office saying my vehicle repairs where completed after reaching out to them I was disrespected & hung up. I don t know if this is correct behavior but you can t tell me the customer that this is what I get for not having updated insurance, & that her Benz is parked up outside and she is looking at it. Wow, a disgrace.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ben and Dalida were both a huge help in taking care of my car and making sure it went to all the right places. They were patient with me and allowed me to take care of the things I needed within my car before letting it go. I would definitely come back for maintenance and services they were sweet and funny and made the experience nice.

I dealt with Dalida and Ben! What wonderful people!!! My boyfriend had an accident in my vehicle and it was transported to the towing yard and then to Empire. Both Ben and Dalida did everything they could to help me and make me feel comfortable. They gave me good recommendations and took very good care of me and my concerns! I would definitely use them in the future for my car needs. Thank you, Empire Auto Body of Broward, for having wonderful employees that treat you like family!!! Nice!!!

Great customer service, amazing work. I've used several other shops in the past, I will never go anywhere else but here. Entire right side was damaged (almost 12k in damage) came back looking like it never happened, all panels lineup perfect, paint color match is spot on. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend

Very pleased with this company! They are honest and make you feel like family. Dalida was very professional and on top of her game when it came to taking care of me. I was hurt in my accident and Dalida made sure I was okay and really cared for me as a person and I was not just a customer. She communicated with me every step of the way and was quick with dealing with my insurance to make sure everything was done properly and promptly so the shop could fix my car and get it back to me as quickly as possible. Anthony also made sure I was taken care of. Thank you Empire Auto Body!

I got into an accident recently and brought my car into Empire Auto Body and I don t regret it. My car was at the body shop for 4 months due to Subaru lack of parts! They worked with me during this whole time helping with the insurance that never responded, with the rental and everything! Anthony was always very helpful and honest about the situation as well as the incredible front desk staff that work like crazy and do an amazing job. Special thanks to Ben, Dalida and Cristy! Empire Auto Body has great customer service and does excellent auto body work. My bestie DELIDA was extremely helpful and delighted to be of assistance. She responds to each inquiry and answered each question in order to help fully understand the process to obtain my vehicle back after repairs. Anthony was a great shop manager to work with and he does not hide from any client wanting to know information regarding repairs. Heard little to nothing from Geico or its adjusters after my accident.The girls at Empire kept me up to date while I waited nearly 4 months to have my car repaired due to lack of parts availability! The final results are amazing. The owner Anthony was also very caring easy to work with. I recommend Empire Auto Body highly. I give them a 10 and 5 .

I was in an accident and my car was fixed within two weeks. Customer service is amazing. Lisa kept me updated the whole time my car was there, made sure to let me know what was happening when it was happening. Not once did I need to call to see what was going on with my car, or how long it would be. They really strive to make sure their customers leave happy. All around AMAZING experience. I would recommend to anyone.
