UPDATEThe entire experience, from drop-off to pick-up, far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Ian was great; keeping me updated every bit along the way. Not only did I get my vehicle back looking as if nothing has ever happened but I got it back a week earlier than the original promise date. That is unheard of in this industry. You stand out in a class above the rest.Thank you for the experience!ORIGINAL POSTChose this location because it had higher ratings than the two closer to home. I can see why. I've only dropped the car off for service, but if the drop-off experience is any indication of the rest of the experience, and it usually is, they will have easily earned the 5 stars. Pleasant welcome and check-in by staff. Clean facility. Professional inspection with Ian. Stress free!These are "before" pics. Looking forward to the "after" pics.

Ian updated us frequently and they actually had the car finished 2 days earlier than originally stated. Car looks perfect

After having the Oakland Park location attempt to fix my vehicle for the fourth time, I requested to take to the Pompano Location instead. Carlo, and his team did a phenomenal job, everything looked show room ready. Very friendly service, and I loved that they keep you informed each step of the way. Would recommend anyone.

A good experience from the moment I dropped off my car to just a few days later when I picked it up. The staff was very professional. The repairs where done timely, and the car looked great when I picked it up, shiny and very clean inside.

I had a great experience with Caliber. They were communicative and kept me informed for the duration of my car being in their care. They got my car fixed sooner than expected and even delivered it! I would highly recommend them for any work that needs to be done professionally and in a time efficient manner.

Went very well. Front right of my car was pretty banged up with a twisted wheel and everything (didn't drive straight), but after Caliber's repairs it looks and drives good as new. They got the work done within the promised timeframe (after a week and a half they finished, they had promised about two weeks and a half). I did find it a little odd that I didn't get a confirmation email after dropping my car off but had to call to get a little more info on the timeframe, but it wasn't a bid deal and everything proceeded smoothly.

Great place! I had an unFortunate collision. The insurance company directed me towards caliber collision for an estimate. Nikki graciously assisted me with Tom performing the estimate.... pleasant professional and efficient. Nikki contacted the enterprise rental car I didn t have to do a thing, just sat there until my rental car arrived . They will be contacting me with updates on my car until it ready. I can t wait to give you a review in the finished repair!The facility was super clean and convenient to get to .

One of the most stressful things has got to be coming home from vacation and seeing someone damaged your car. Carlo made things a lot less stressful the damage was taken care of at fraction of the cost compared to the other guys*. He stayed in constant contact with me updating me multiple times during the repair.

My car was sideswiped and I brought it to Caliber for repairs since it's near my house. My service advisor Ian was great and he called me with updates throughout the entire process. They provided excellent customer service and I got my car back sooner than expected. Also, I was provided with a rental by the insurance company and I was able to leave the rental at Caliber once my car was ready for pickup which was super convenient. Best car repair experience I ever had.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I went to several body shops before I came to Caliber Collision. Caliber is a far superior shop! The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the the front desk and waiting area looked and I was greeted right away. They used Toyota factory parts to repair my Highlander. The paint was matched perfectly. I was kept informed on the timeline for when my car would be ready which was sooner than expected. Taylor my service rep was amazing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Anthony, our service advisor, and the Caliber Collision Team were great. They gave us a competitive quote and did a high-end job repainting the faded and sun-spotted roof on our Honda Civic. It took a few days longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. The work was top-notch and they even cleaned and detailed the outside and inside of the car. That was an unexpected surprise. This was our second positive experience with CC. We'll be going back. Thanks to Anthony and CC for their great "old-school" take-care-of-the-customerr style of doing business. Very attentive and good customer service. Taylor was awesome with keeping me updated with car updates and estimated days for repair. Overall very impressed when picking up my car it was immaculate. Caliber Collision did a great job on my auto body repair following my accident. All the staff were very professional, friendly, and thorough. I was very impressed with my whole experience from their level of professionalism to the quality of their work and attention to detail.From the minute I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly, smiling receptionist to meeting Taylor, who oversaw the work on my vehicle, and kept me informed with the process of the repair work as it was being done, and letting me know what stage they were at. She was such a pleasure and set my mind at ease, and always available to take a call from me if I had a question.I was involved in an accident and had body damage to my vehicle but after the repair work they performed you would never know it. My car looked as good as new.
