A friend who said, I trust him , referred me to Tony. I was able to get a same-day appointment to address what I suspected was a car battery issue, and was given an estimate. Although Tony was very busy, I never felt rushed. He is professional, works efficiently and only sold me what was needed at a fair price. And now, I trust him, too. It is a comfort to do business with a gentleman who has good character, especially in this industry.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. Totally recommend everyone them. I have been to several mechanics and Anthony has been the most reliable, helpful and honest person I ve ever met. He really cares about his customers and makes sure you are satisfied.The work they do is phenomenal. Thank you guys!

An honest, first class, family owned and operated repair shop. Tony, thanks for your help resolving the A/C issues with my Sprinter van. My experience at Brother s Auto Care re-instilled confidence in the Florida auto repair industry after the previous shop attempted to scam me out of thousands of dollars for something that you and your team got resolved for $160.

Why have I not done a review for my boys before today?!I thought I had.Let me tell y all something about Tony and Carlos, EXCELLENCY!these men are honest, trustworthy, caring, detail oriented and truly some of the best people I have ever met.Been going to them and rendering them for years now and I m not going to stop.You got a car that needs service, don t waste your time or money. I ve been taking my car here for about 2 years now. I m also astonished at the customer service. They are an extremely friendly and reliable place. I fully trust them and know they aren t trying to make money from me but have my best interest in mind.

Back again 2 years later to reiterate how honest and genuine Carlos and Tony are. Going to Brothers auto care is like having an old friend check out your car, trustworthy and kind through and through.Thank you to Carlos for taking my car in last minute! Called at 11:50, Carlos said come right in, dropped my car off at 12:30 and it was done and ready for pick up within like 2 hours. Affordable, reliable, efficient, friendly, family owned... doesn t get better. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Brother's Auto Care for about 4 years now. They are excellent mechanics and most importantly they are honest. They stand by their work. Give them a chance and you'll find out that from then on you will not go to anyone else.

This mechanic shop treats you like family. Ever been to one of those shops you feel like they are taking advantage of you?. Tony takes the time to explain what is wrong and works with you to get you on the road as soon as possible. Highly recommend A+ service.

I m so glad that I took my Durango to Brothers Auto Care ! Not only is Tony along time family friend but he is also our family mechanic . Shoutout to Telmo for doing the tech work excellently! The attention to detail , knowledge , and diligent work done on my car was out of this world . My personal car is on the older side so it required a lot of attention and this is the shop that gave it the attention it needed . Incomparable too all other shops ! I ll recommend this shop to all others that need some real TLC on their vehicles ! Thank you again Brothers Auto Care !

Amazing experience & exceeded my expectations! Tony was so personable from the initial phone call conversation, to the rest of the interactions and the repair of my car. Even provided the service of picking up my car and dropping it back off at my office. Plus he did not try to upsell me to have other work done that wasn t necessary at this time. I went to Tony for almost 7 years while living in South Florida and always left satisfied and happy with the service and the value. Tony and his staff are EXTREMELY professional, polite and efficient. They accommodated my schedule every time I needed service and were honest. It is hard to find an honest mechanic anywhere. Tony was always up front with what I needed and more importantly, what I did not need. I never felt like I wasted money on something. He would always try to fix something before deciding a whole new piece would be needed. His customer service and upbeat attitude round out what is the best car shop I have ever been to.My wife and I moved to Chicago recently and Brother s Auto is one of the top places we talked about missing by moving away. It will be close to impossible to replace Tony as our mechanic!Services: A/C system maintenance, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, HVAC duct & vent cleaning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I have a 2006 Mercedes Benz CL55 AMG not an easy car to fix. Tony is a very caring professional. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Do not go anywhere else come to Tony. He will listen to you very attentively and if he can fix your problem he will and if not he will let you know. I wish all the mechanics were so trustworthy. Thank you Tony!Service: Electrical

Update Oct-2022: after 6 weeks and no additional issues with car stalling, I called Tony and he said i can do the 70K maintenance. I was quoted 600+ by another place for 60k maintenance includes flushes but no repair cost were apart of that pricing. That place also told me I will need new brakes, etc.Tony realize people need to work and I only have one car so he is very accommodating. He even told me which day would be better to schedule maintenance work. Tony had a desk ready for me to work on while they serviced my car! About 1 hour in, he even drove another customer and me home when the place was calm. He picked me up after they completed the work on my car. He could not have timed it better since I just finished my work for the day.Tony charged me for 4 spark plugs, labor and an oil change since I was due. He said my tires and brakes look good and said come back again in 5 months for my next oil change! This place is not looking to make money by suggesting unnecessary flushes and changing out brakes or tires prematurely! I am so glad I found them and being female with little knowledge about cars, I would not consider even keeping an older car if I didn t have a trusted mechanic.Aug-2022: My car stalled and was not responsive when I press on the gas then my engine, battery and oil light came on. It only happened once 1 month prior but happened again Sunday 6 times in one day when I was away for the weekend. After I came back, I went to 2 places to get a code and even had it inspected when there was no code but only thing I was told is I needed wheel alignment and maybe a new battery. That doesn t resolve my issue since it not even relevant to any lights coming on or no response to a gas.I then look for a mechanic near me and saw Brother s and all the great reviews on Google. I am so glad for these reviews! when I contacted Tony and told him the issue, he was upfront with me and said if he can t reproduce the problem, it will be costly for me to have my car taken apart to figure out what it could be. Tony promptly came to my condo and took my car to do a diagnostic early the next morning. He contacted me a few hours later and told me he couldn t cause the same issue and advised me to be very careful when making turn or slowing to a stop that might make my car stall again. Since he didn t charge me for any of his work or time, I ask to book an appointment for my 60K checkup and car maintenance so he can be paid for his service. He told me to hold off since the stalling is a safety concern and he want to make sure that was taken care of since the other stuff can wait. Brother s great reviews are NOT exaggerated and Tony take the time to talk to you and explain things well. He doesn t dismiss any of my concern like other mechanics because I am a female. If the only thing that came from this is I found a trusted mechanic then I consider it a positive out of a not so great situation.

I was buying a new Used car in that area. Needed someone local to do diagnostics before I purchase it.Usually a 5 stars reviews are too good to be true, but in this case this AUTO Care deserves 10 star REVIEWS. ABSOLUTELY the most hospitable professional named TONY answered the phone and from that moment everything was settled in the best professional manner. I ve never met another shop that treats his each customer like Kings and Queens. I didn t purchase that car that day because Tony find out problem with the Valves, but I KNOW THAT I WILL DRIVE 50 mi whenever I need mechanic to Brothers Auto Care.TONY YOU GOT CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE, i will recommend you to anyone that need work.Thank you

I've used Brother's plenty of time over the past few years and they truly treat you like a brother. Prices are great, they do immaculate work and the customer service is second to none. Tony is a man of his word.Very cool and down to earth guy. He makes sure your car is in better condition than when you originally bought it. Highly recommended. So far my multiple experiences with Tony and this shop have been excellent! The shop is always clean and tidy. There is a fast turn around time. Tony remembers his clients by name and you can definitely tell he has a passion for our cars! The first time I ever brought my vehicle here, Tony originally quoted me a repair around $300... After completing the repair it came out to almost 3 TIMES LESS. Honest good work here at this shop. A place I would recommended to my Family and friends.

I took my car by there on a recommendation for my former mechanic. There he took time to check out the situation and give me my options. Tony is a man of integrity and I took the car by this morning and we talked more and he assured me that I was okay for a while just monitor the situation. Tony is awesome and to me honest. He was highly recommended by a friend and I have yet to be disappointed. He does not recommend any service that is NOT needed. When a dealership says I need xyz I go to him to confirm. He does brakes, oil change, AC, etc types of repair. If you were in a collision, that would be somewhere else

I had my 2008 VW at another shop where the mechanic told me I needed new wiring, computer board and fuel pump. Sat at his place for months nothing done to it. I called Tony and he had it towed to his shop the next day and the car was fixed and running excellent in 3 days and to find out it only needed a fuel pump relay. Tony came to my place of residence to pick me up and get my car, best customer service I have ever experienced with any mechanic shop in my life. I recommend this place to anyone that needs car repaired or maintenance done.

Wow. What a great family owned business. Tony was nothing but nice and professional. He installer and balanced 4 new rims and tires on my hellcat. Got the job done fast and without a single scratch or blemish on my wheels! Will definitely bring my car back to him !Service: TiresService: Tires

Tony is the real deal! I had my very old ford focus towed to him for repairs. Not only did he fix the issue at hand, but was very honest and reassuring when another repair needed to happen at the same time. Fair price, great customer service skills (which almost never happens w/ car guys) and in good time.He went above and beyond and even washed and detailed my car while it was there. Not gunna lie, it reinstalled a sense of pride in my old beater. Never left a mechanic feeling so good, it really made a difference. Thanks Tony!

I love this place. Tony is honest and does an amazing job on my 2 vehicles. I had been looking for a great and trust worthy mechanic for a long time and found him when my car was in real bad shape . Ever since then I will only go to him. And his prices are very affordable.

I had an issue with my high pressure fuel pump so I took it to Firestone where I had previously gotten oil changes, tires, etc. They said they replaced it, but I kept having issues so I kept taking it back. Finally, after the fourth time, I was recommended to see Tony. He ran a diagnostic and let me know the fuel pump had never actually been replaced. He made recommendations on how to solve the issue at firestone even though it wasn t his problem. I ended up getting refunded my money from Firestone as their actions were completely fraudulent. Tony fixed my car and made completely sure there were no other issues. He took the time to show me the part that was replaced so I could see that it was new. He drove the car himself to verify that it was all good. Unfortunately, as a female, it is common to be a target of misinformation when it comes to car repair. Tony took extra measures to ensure I was knowledgeable, the car was 100% safe, and helped me navigate my issues with Firestone. I will only take my car to Tony from now on! Exceptional customer service and skill. Thank you!!
