I got a tire this morning at 8:04 I left and drove home @ 8:35 didn't go anywhere else after that until I had to pick up my mom at @4. As I'm leaving from my mom Job the tire completely went flat. I call and explain the situation, he said oh yeah I remember you, he told me to come back I explain to him I can't come back because the tire is completely flat I have to find a face near where I'm at, he going back forth telling me ohh how he suppose to see the tire I even say I would send a picture for him to see, since I can't come back I want my money back, he still saying the same thing I'm explain politely and calmly that I just want a refund he hung up the phone on my face whole I was speaking, I wanted to make sure maybe the call drop or something so I call back and he did not pick up. The fact is I wasn't cursing or yelling and you were being disrespectful for no reason very back customer service. It look like he didn't even put the tires on Correctly, he gave me a bad used tired. I'm asking for a refund because I have to go spend more money, if I could of came back obviously I would have

This guy was awesome, he actually picked up the phone in the first call. His shop is insanely organized for used tires, As soon as I showed up his other work went aside and he worked on my tire. I was out in 10 minutes.

I came in for an oil change and a new tire which he did replace but two days after my car started acting like it didn t want to crank I found another mechanic he told me there was too much oil in the car that it was leaking every where and because of that I had to get a new starter!!! a simple oil change made me spend hundreds of more dollars and he didnt have any sympathy about the whole situation very bad customer service
