B&R auto body made a horrible situation seamlessly easy and did an amazing job. Dawn at the front desk along with the owner, Patrick, are the most genuine and caring people. They are trustworthy and they take care of their customers and do amazing work highly recommend this body shop. My car was a brand new 2024 Honda Accord.

Excellent choice. B&R was recommended to me by a friend and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with their service, outcome, speed, and pricing.They fixed an issue in one day (!!) that it took Mercedes 7 weeks to diagnose and fixed it with OEM parts for half what the dealership wanted. Did I mention it took only a couple days to order and get the parts (I was able to keep my car during that time) and only seven hours to fix? Unbelievable!Before and after photos included. Just like new.And they even helped me with the rental car arrangements.Go see Pat, Dawn, Stephen, and Diane! Great team and great business. Thank you all!

Great Business! They are trustworthy and honest and they do excellent work! They fixed my car and it literally looks like brand new. My back bumper was smashed ( my fault) and my mirror was stoke. ( NOT my fault) and they fixed it super fast and are so easy and pleasant to work with. What a great way to conduct business!

With all the body shops in south Florida, it can be tough to find one that's trustworthy, but B & R did a wonderful job with my repair. Finished the car quicker than I was initially told and didn't cut any corners. Highly recommended.

Pat and everyone at B&R are amazing! The quality of their work is outstanding, my car looked like new, and the price was fair. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and kept me updated as the work progressed. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

I had my car repaired there after damage from a storm. They were not only very nice, but professional and did a fantastic job repairing the car. It looks good as new. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

My car looks brand new!!! Recommended by a friend after a few places quoted me prices that were outrageous. They worked with me on the numbers slightly, and I couldn't be more happy. Thank you for a job well done. I definitely will recommend and will tell others about your shop. Sooooo thankful!!!

This business is FANTASTIC! Their knowledge is second to none. The repair was flawless. Customer service was great. Pat and his crew are top-notch! I strongly endorse them for any car bodywork. I had to maneuver to prevent hitting a dog that darted into the street and ended up on a newly placed median in the turn lane on A1A. After replacing all four tires and wheels, and part of my front grill, my S3 is back to new!

Did fantastic job on our brand new truck that I u unfortunately had an issue w!!! Great customer service- the owner came out to make sure we were happy w the repairs and service! Sent here based on a coworker's referral. I have a classic Mercedes that I was just looking to have cleaned up a bit. It's already spotless but it just needed that little bit more for perfection, in this case a rear bumper respray. Pat and Dawn were friendly, punctual, transparent, and fair throughout the whole process, and the car now looks better than new! Glad I finally found a reputable and trustworthy body shop in Broward, they are few and far between!Service: Painting

Well I can not speak on their work but whomever that was that picked up the phone has the worse customer service skills ever. Kept interrupting sounded very uninterested. I will be looking for some place else to do the work that I needed.

Couldn t be happier with the work they performed. They handled my entire claim from start to finish and their workmanship is the best. I recently used another body shop before being referred to B&R, there is no comparison. It s a family owned shop which I love and they are very customer service oriented/honest. I was on vacation, had my back window smashed at hotel. It was the day after Christmas, raining and everywhere was closed. Pat the owner answered the phone while doing paperwork and was courteous and helpful, said bring over and we will get out of rain and look at. He even helped me with rental car!! I only had 3 more days in Florida so Pat and Dawn had the parts express shipped and the repair was finished so I could leave on time.Thank you Pat and Dawn for your help and understanding!!!!Service: Body & Trim

B&R is amazing! I have been meaning to write an amazing review for B&R for a few months now! So kind, they take care of you! I got the referral to go to them from my aunt, she only had positive things to say, and sure enough, I only have positive things to say about them too! And that's saying a lot, because I'm often skeptical or mechanics and autobody shops, but this place is one of a kind! Amazing management and ownership!

Had to bring my 2015 leased Acura in for body work (somebody backed into me.) I couldn't believe how perfect the vehicle looked after B&R returned the car to me. How did they do that? It is flawless. The paint matches perfectly. The part of the light that got scraped but not broken? you could not see it had been scraped at all. All dents dings etc gone. Everything matches everything spotless. Thank you Patrick, Diane, and Dawn. And every talented professional who worked on this car. Thanks so much.

From a repeat customer:B & R exceeded my expectations when they repaired my Mercedes-Benz and restored it so I got that shiny and new car feeling back after being hit. They even were able to fix a small problem that was not in the estimate from the adjuster that would have tipped it over to "the SUV has to be totaled." Thank you Dawn for all your hard work.

I've been using B&R for the past 15 years on 7 BMWs and have only trusted my cars to B&R. Their work is precise, timely, and fairly priced. Pat and Dawn know their craft hands down. You could go to your dealership because you feel better about the choice, or you can get superior work for a lower price at B&R.

If you're looking for an auto body shop, stop because you just found it. My SUV had fairly extensive fire damage and they did such a great job you would have no idea what happened. Excellent workmanship, superior customer service. 5 STARS all the way!!!

If you drive in Florida, you need an excellent body shop. This one is mine. The work they do is flawless and if you are not familiar with procedures involving rental car, insurance, estimates, etc. they are helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Dawn and Pat for restoring my Subaru outback to showroom condition and for all your help during the process.
