Purchased a battery 2 years ago, sticker on battery said 2/22. On March 1st battery died and needed to be jumped. Took it in to AZ and Ben looked it up said we were still under warranty so he replaced it no charge. The staff there are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

Woke up this morning to a completely dead battery, had a friend jump my truck and I headed for AutoZone. As I walked in I was greeted by a friendly team of employees however one stood out. Eravin K. Went above and beyond what I asked him. I planned on installing the battery on my own but he was kind enough to come out and do it for me. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend this business to anyone in need.@Eravin thanks for making a crumby situation better.

Came in to AutoZone this morning because my battery gave me problems in the morning. Ken took real good care of me, he came out and checked my battery after a battery check he verified that it was a bad battery and helped me to get a new one. It s always a great service here, thanks to Ken.

ED was extremely helpful. Visited you're location on 1/23/24 around 4:50pm and by 5:08pm I was on my way with a new battery. Very convenient, helpful and he answered all the questions I had. Was greeted as I entered and the interior of the store was clean and organized.

Ordered online wipe blades. Pick up was very fast and easy. Diego was very helpful, offered to help replace them. Took him only less then two minutes and I was set. Had great experience.

The gentleman that found a good battery for my car was courteous and helpful.The technician Carwade put a battery in for meDid clean my battery terminals and all areas that connect to my battery . He went way out of his way to take care of the change out of my battery. I am very pleased with the customer service I received. Will be back.

This is my go to car parts store. The staff is always helpful, no lines, great product inventory and easy to find system. This time Gerald took extra time to even replace my air filter. What a great service. Highly recommend!!! Don t go nowhere else!

Jarred Is a very talented engineer,I went to get one thing checked out and he ended up helping me with at least 6 problems I had with the car. Things that I wouldn t even know of today without his help, I greatly appreciate his work ethic with the fact that went above and beyond I recommend him to anyone that comes to this auto zone and I would rate him 100 stars if I could.

Ken, did a great service for me. I had no mem saver for the car s computer. The battery was tested (bad) then replaced.Your people here at Auto Zone are a credit to your Company.
