I've been coming here for years, but today was an even better experience with Carlos helping me! I checked advanced auto parts first, and their prices were CRAZY, so I tried auto-zone, where Carlos helped me find the price I wanted to pay! He also installed it for me in less than 2 minutes! What a great experience!

They let me get water to fill my original car, which was very nice ... considering they are a car place and for them to question that would be absolutely Ludicrous. Cause water is free and this nation is free. Autozone has not forgotten this like so many other patrons have.

Let me tell you I have been to countless Auto Zone and none have left an impact on me like Ms. Deborah did. She listened, helped and was very pleasant. She is one of those amazing team member that you simply cannot do without in your store. Bravo Ms.Deborah, I reside in Miami but honestly would drive again to Deerfield to have a pleasant experience again!

Neftal� was very attentive. He helped me in all my needs and even put on my new wipers. We love to have such great customer service in our area. It makes it very convenient and assuring to go shop on your own as a woman in an auto store thanks for your help. Keep up the great customer service.

Cherry was extremely professional and polite. She went above and beyond to help me diagnosing the problem with my car. It wouldn t start. She was very knowledgeable about the industry and taught me some tips to maintain my vehicle. Iyona was also very helpful and quick installing a new battery for me. Both had very good attitudes. Best Experience I ve had with Autozone. Good service is rare these days. Glad to see these 2 keeping it alive.

Deborah was the absolute BEST and helped us with all the parts we needed to fix our Jeep! She was so knowledge, friendly AND had a sense of humor! Highly recommend. Five stars!

Ms Cherri was sensational. Not only did she find the part i needed but went above and beyond what was expected. Place was super clean and her coworker was super funny and attentive. Go Auto Zone!!!

My car broke down on the road next to the store, and staff came out to help me get it in the parking lot and have the issues resolved. Excellent customer service. Melvin clearly loves what he does and is superb at it.

Terrible service. Cousin went in to check for my battery replacement STILL under warranty and said there wasn't any, so he got conned into buying a new one. After he informed me of this, I told him to go back and get the old one and a refund for the new one since they robbed him on his face. The manager told him he needed to pay to get the old battery back, and return the new one. Blatant thieves! They said since the car "was sold" the battery warranty was voided, it was never sold! I still own it, battery warranty is under my name, and have the registration to prove it. He was just doing me a favor as I am sick, do you want me to come in and infect everyone there including the employees?? Horrible manager

The manager there Andrew assisted me tremendously. I had a generator on my van and didn't have the correct tools to remove the battery. He helped me with removing the old battery which gave me $10 and he helped install the new one. All within 15 min! Such great help! A thousand thank yous!

I have been a customer of this store for years, I always buy my pieces and materials here!! Today I came to the store Lando helped me and I politely asked him to use the scanner in my car, as I wanted to know a code and turn off a light on my tire that was on. Before I even connected the cable he rudely told me we don't delete codes in this store. I replied, I didn't come here to delete codes, I came to buy a part and see what the problem is. He kept arguing with me and saying he didn't want to listen and that I was talking too much. He made it clear that my money and I are not welcome in this store. I'm Latino like him and I felt disrespected and xenophobic towards me. It's a shame, I don't come to this store anymore, the staff is usually very good, today not even close. To manager do psychological tests before hiring unqualified and rude people.

Mr. Carlos German was incredibly professional and was able to guide me through all my questions. He made the process of getting the right parts for my corvette very easy and quick. I wouldn t buy my auto parts/accessories anywhere else given the patient and diligent support from Carlos. Great work auto zone.

Carlos is a amazing manager for Auto Parts. What an amazing employee with great customer service and name recognition. Carlos is very knowledgeable about his products and services. The store is very clean and the staff is well trained. The best Autoparts I have been in. Wow what an amazing experience. Carlos was able to help me get the correct light bulbs for my special car. Thank you again. I toke pictures in HD and also videos.

This auto-zone is the best you can go to in Florida they have very friendly service. I recently broken one of my tail lights and all i came to get was a wrench so i can start my process of replacing my tail light my self but Lenny helped me replaced my tail light free of charge out in the rain i also had other pleasant experiences at this autozone one of the friendly managers helped me put freon in my car free of charge 10/10 will go again everyone is so nice and helpful

Carlos and Claudio helped me and did a perfect job. Very nice and friendly, very professional as well, fair prices.They change batteries for Mercedes as well by the way. Recommended, instead of going to some german car shop and get over priced.

The stuff at this location are the best. Jimson, Jonathan, and the manager Carlos were super help after several trips to there store and dealing with my car issues. This location will be the my top store for all of my car repair needs. Thanks guys, you're the best.

IT RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY.POLITE & PATIENT ARE ATTRIBUTES OF THE PAST. SERVICE WAS SECOND TO NONE. They tried to sell me wiper blades for around $30.00 EACH..making it seem like there was no other options. After questioning...ONLY THEN did he admit that there were other options...from $7.00 each AND UP !! They seem to be trained to con ...I even asked if they were on commission ...he said no..this place is like coach is to purses prices...no extra quality justifying...just STRAIGHT THEIVING TERRORIST PRICES ! Human Haters !!!

They still sell vacuum hose by the Foot. The hose I needed was $3 per foot. A lot of companies have switched over to prepackaged items. They sell 15 ft for $15. But when you only need one foot $3 is better than $15.

Went in for a specific part, at 904 E Sample Rd. And Mrs. Deborah was very kind, generous, and very helpful. Showed a lot of patience as well, because she had to go searching in the store for the part. Great customer service.
