I went in to grab a headlight bulb for my husband and was greeted with such a welcoming smile! Devica was the associate who helped me and she was just wonderful! Kind, courteous, and super helpful! welcomed change from what I usually get when I walk in. The manager (a tall Jamaican man) who is usually there is cold and rude. He never smiles and makes me want to run out of there. Device however was the exact opposite! This young lady deserves a promotion for sure! Thank you for making my visit a great one! keep up the good work young lady!

I went to the auto zone store on West Atlantic Blvd in pompano Beach FL this morning, and was greeted by the same friendly employees as yesterday. Not only are they helpful but they know their job, where the parts are I need which is rare these days as I've been to other Auto stores and they for some reason didn't know much. Miss Ruby at the Atlantic Blvd store is a real people person and knowledgeable. If I'm close enough to need anything this is my store from now on. I've been turning wrenches for over 45 years so I say these things from experience. Thanks Auto zone excellent choice you've made in hiring top notch people.

Came in for a new battery. Richard greeted me as soon as I walked in. He had great customer service and offered to install the battery for me.You don t see this kind of customer service anymore.Whole experience took less than 15 minutes. Will be back here whenever I need help.

I came in today and was greeted immediately by a sweet lady. I came to get my car battery replaced that was still under warranty. I was assisted right away. Jayvon helped me put the new car battery in and was very kind and helpful. I was only there for about 10 mins and could see the staff in this location worked as a team. I came during my lunch break to get a finder report scan and Ruby helped me out. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Great service and professionalism. Thank you Ruby!!

Great service from this place. Stacey helped me out today, she was super nice and helpful, tested and replaced my battery. Also gave me some options for warranties, she knew what she was doing, I was out of there within 10 minutes. :)

Richard and the wonderful autozone team were very kind and helpful! He finished servicing my car before I could even finish this review!My vehicle was having a push button start malfunction and was referred to AutoZone. Initially, I was going to go to my dealership and they were going to charge me about $200 for a diagnostic, not including any parts or service. It only cost me about $200 total for the battery. Definitely come here for any issues initially and also for their efficient & friendly service at autozone!

Good customer service , jayvon has been very helpful, stayed after hours to help me with my car, I needed tools which I did not have , and completely helped me out with anything I needed, then proceeded to help me out more which he insisted , and got me TRIPLE AAA ! What a nice guy! He should be employee of the month! . He even came back with more tools after work ! He didn t need to do that but he did it anyways which my car got stuck at the auto zone lot , needed to fix my brake caliper . Thank you auto zone for having this young man working for you.

Stacey was amazing today. My brother was having issues starting his car, we were able to get it to this location where she diagnosed that his battery needed to be replaced, got him a new one and installed it within 25-30 minutes. And she had great energy/personality as well, which was exactly what was needed during a stressful morning. Keep up the great work.

My battery started acting funky with me, so I went to my local AutoZone. Stacey was the associate who helped me and she was so amazing! Super sweet, helpful and kind and wonderful! Made my whole experience super easy and I am so thankful she was there to help!

My battery decided to die on New Year's Eve. I called up this location to see about replacing it. They said they had a replacement battery and that mine was still under warranty. I drove over there and got my new battery. A young lady named Dominique got me all set up, and even installed the new battery. It was nice to deal with friendly, cooperative people.

Devica displayed top notch customer service. When i called in for a part i gave the best description i could for the bolt I needed for my Rav 4 and we know there are many bolts. Devica knew exactly what i was talking about . She had the part pulled and ready to go when I got there. Great Job !!! I wasnt expecting receiving such a great customer service I had a problem with my wipers.Richard the manager overheard our frustration and came to assist. Great service recovery . Kind and professional.Chris helped us to install the wiper with kindness and great attitude.
