Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They sent wrong part, then stated they have no idea when correct part would be available. Sent part back for a refund, and weeks later still no refund. When I call they immediately put you on hold. On hold and they never come back on the phone!

Place is awesome, I stubbled across them through an eBay purchase and it was a great friendship since then.. Rafael is my guy, super cool and always follows through with returning calls and trying to get me my parts ASAP.. if you re local or not don t do business anywhere else. They ship and are open to having you come pick up the items.

tried ordering parts in advance to do a claim on a car & parts never showed up, no phone calls no nothing. When I called I was on hold for 15minutes, hung up called back was on hold another 10 minutes before I gave up. Tried to request a refund for parts I was billed for but never received & I was told not possible due to pandemic??? what does that have to do with my parts order???

Great parts at great prices. Motor mounts and coils are the best and cheapest in town. I get 4 coils for the price of 1 in advanced auto parts.Amazing customer service always calling back ans getting parts ASAP

I ordered Engine Mounts for a Ford truck I am working on. The Mounts I ordered showed up on time but were the wrong mounts. I own a business and understand some times things go wrong. The way problems are handled when they happen is what makes a business worth doing business with. This company is horrible at customer service. I called when the wrong mount showed up and spoke with Jessica. I sent pictures of the incorrect mount and was told that the new mount would be shipped out the next day. Five days later when nothing had shown up I called again and spoke again with Jessica. I was told it fell through the cracks and never happened. I asked that t the mounts be overnight-ed seeing as this was their mistake and was put on hold until they closed and was told the manager had left to take my package to the post office. I left my number and requested a call back from the manager this did not happen. The next morning I called and demanded to speak to a manager. I was transferred to a Natalia. Now six days later and only after getting very direct with employees I think I may have actually made some progress and the correct (hopefully) Engine Mount is on the way. I would not do business with this company if you do not like aggravation and wasted time.

Have been to the warehouse and believe that the owner, an automotive parts inventor, epitomizes good, old, 'Yankee ingenuity." This business is like McGyver on steroids. Everywhere you look, there are boxes stacked high full of innovative car parts, which either replace the original broken parts or even do the job better than the originals.

First And Foremost, my mechanic looked at my car and notice my coils are going bad. Due to the price my eyes and legs and arms hurt. But he recommended me to Auto Tech USA and I m glad to say I came out with all of my body parts and fixed my Blueberry. Thank You. !

Amazing pricing and readily available parts! These guys don t disappoint. I couldn t find a fuel pump for less than 200$ and these guys had it in stock for 50$ amazing!

Called 3 times on 2/21/2020 @ around 10 amput on hold more then10 minutes each time then it hung up Then i called again the guy laughed in the phone to someone in the background saying "he called 4 times and hangs up again. Real unprofessional mind you i referred a few business owners but will let then know my experience

My experience was horrible,2 - o2 sensors both wrong and was supposed to send another and they didn't so I called back a month later and they said they would send another but didn't ..7 months and supposed to have 4 sensors altogether and needed one...horrible business and don't buy from these people they will rob you..trashy place
