Terrible service they did nothing to my car that they were supposed to do they only put Band-Aids on all the problems that they were supposed to repair and replace I just found out from another mechanic $2600 of work not done now Im paying for a real shop to fix what they did... oh yeah and they left my car outside 4th of July weekend without most of the body not on

This company made an impression on me. I do NOT take time to write reviews unless I am grossly disappointed or extraordinarily WOWED. By far, they are one of THE BEST repair centers and for that matter a business I have EVER had the pleasure to do business with. I walked in there to get an estimate and was attended to expeditiously and courteously. There were no games with quotes or pricing. I received a total of 3 estimates and they were the most accurate and precise. There is a family feel in their location. Sara and Dave are down to earth, hard working business people, no nonsense, and honestly kind-hearted and caring. They even gave me a ride home from the center after drop off. Repair was 2 days and I just cannot say enough. My car looks brand new and these guys are just REAL. Definitely going here for any high end car I own. I am literally so happy with the results of my BMW 428i...my BABY.

I have been a customer of Accurate Collision for years and couldn't be more pleased. The work is always top notch and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. You can truly relax once your vehicle is in their hands as the owner Dave takes care of everything for you, from an insurance issue, towing, assistance getting a rental, etc... Dave has your back. He always goes the extra mile and it is a true pleasure to have an auto repair shop you can really trust!

The workmanship and quality is very poor. I brought in a high end car and they caused $18,000 more in damage. The color was different, overspray all over car, assembly of parts were put in incorrectly, instead of replacing new they tried to cut costs and fix old parts. I gave them the car to re-fix numerous times and they failed. The owner is arrogant and horrible to deal with on any level. Very unprofessional. They just cut corners and don t care once they have your money.I am currently in a lawsuit with this company. Avoid at all times if you care about the quality of you vehicle. The owner Dave is a disgrace to this industry.

Accurate was recommended by Dent Dave (who s great) because the work needed on my 15 S550 was beyond what Dave does. I had scrapes and bruises in 4 different locations that needed minor body work and paint. I met Dave Farber, owner of Accurate a couple of weeks ago, liked him and received what I considered a fair quote. I left the car there last week and went off to my daughters graduation. I picked the car up this afternoon. It looks brand new, paint (black) matches perfectly and the guys washed and waxed it to boot. Couldn t be happier with the results and will absolutely recommend Accurate as well as use them in the future.

Unreliable, unprofessional I don t recommend this companyI called to get my windshield replacement, they scheduled me between 2pm-6pm and I took a day off of work. It was almost 5pm and they didn t call me. I followed up with them and they told me the technician didn t have my windshield. She talked to me on the phone like it was no big deal, after I told her I took a day off for this.Service: Body & Trim

Got my truck repaired there after an accident they did a horrible job and it looks like a black eye, now everything is cracking and falling Apart I wouldn't recommend them or ever use them again.I did bring it back a few times and nothing was ever corrected, it's been a few year already but if you want I'd be more than happy to let you try to fix it againServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The manager of this location verbally attacked me and threatened to call the police when I asked for a proper invoice.I left my vehicle at Accurate Collision on a Monday, to be serviced the following date. I left a note inside my vehicle indicating the mileage and amount of gas as of the time I dropped off my car that morning, and explained what the note was to the Accurate Collision employee who took my car keys.That Wednesday, I received a phone call from a person who I believe was the Accurate Collision manager. The caller informed me that my car was ready for pick-up. He first offered, and then INSISTED, to have my vehicle dropped off at my home, saying he was doing me a favor. As he was insisting, I accepted the offer. Accurate Collision is approximately 7 miles from my home. After nearly an hour, I called Accurate Collision back to see if the driver had gotten lost. The manager stated that the drivers know their way around and were not lost, and told me to wait. Approximately 15 minutes later, the driver arrived at my home with my car. I asked him to wait a moment while I checked on my car. I noticed that the mileage had gone up by 12 miles and that my gas was almost gone. I also noticed that the invoice stated repair rather than replacement . I pointed all this out to the driver and decided to go back to Accurate Collision. When I arrived, I asked employee Sarah to give me a detailed invoice. The manager, told Sarah not to give me anything. He then started to verbally attack me for complaining to the driver about the use of mileage and gas in my car and threw $20 in my face. He told me to leave the property or he would call the police. His whole demeanor was extremely aggressive and bullying. I left the money on the desk and left.I parked across the street from Accurate Collision and called the police. When the police officer arrived I explained the situation. I stated to the police officer that I needed a proper written invoice. The police officer went into Accurate Collision and was able to obtain a correct invoice for me.The level of hostility, aggression, and disrespect from the manager over a simple request for a detailed invoice was unacceptable. I will not return to this body shop for any future repairs

Fantastic service. David is great and I am definitely coming back if I am in another accident. Everything was taken care of and my car was done within a couple of weeks. I couldn't have asked for better service.
