A hidden treasure in central Florida!Rates are the lowest in the area, the owners and staff are incredibly kind and friendly, the park residents are quiet and friendly, some have called this home for years. It's that good.This park isn't bland parking spaces set row by row, all paved over like others. It feels like an actual Florida campground, beneath towering ancient oak trees. But with well built concrete pads and connections for water, sewer, and electric.The grounds are very well maintained and kept - with an eye on keeping the existing flora as natural as possible. It's quite beautiful, and very central Florida. Wild but not unchecked.The park has a clubhouse, 30's (maybe '20s) era small wood frame house lovingly renovated by the Warrens. Another piece of Florida history. Come for the pool table and pinball machine. And check out that architecture and woodwork! Maybe sit on the porch for a spell.

Great little gem in Polk City, between Tampa and Orlando. Most residents are seasonal or at least monthly. Rates are the best in the area. Owners, husband and wife, are extremely nice people as are the staff. The trees here are amazing and there s a 29 mile biking trail, Van Fleet state trail about 1/2 mile away. The RV Park residents are quiet. There is good Verizon cell coverage. Polk city has a few restaurants and a grocery store, Walmart is about 15-20 minutes away. The gas station backs up to one side of the park, can be a bit noisy at times, but it is also convenient to have. If you have a 15000 BTU AC running on 30 amp like us, a autoformer is recommended. Propane sold onsite.

My husband and I love this place. The owners as well as the staff are always friendly and courteous. The owners take great care of their residents as well as the grounds and laundry area is clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place. The residents are friendly. We really enjoyed our time there.

A very happy and relaxed atmosphere throughout the Park. The owners really care about their tenants and the condition of the park itself. They are constantly updating the area and work hard at making sure everything is as it should be for everyone to enjoy. Near enough to all the attractions but far enough away to live in the 'true' Florida. We recommend it 100%.

Finally found a RV park where it's management shows daily how they care for it's residents and ready to help at a moment's notice or answer any questions. They are both very friendly and welcoming. They also care for the condition of the RV park keeping it appropriately staffed for the care of the grounds. The RV spots are spaced appropriately and most sites are shaded. It also has clean amenities of a laundromat and a recreation room for fun. The added plus is the park is close to town businesses of grocer, fuel and dining. Very happy to have found Warrens RV.

Used the laundry mat this morning. Had an issue with one of the washers not working and called the office. Nice lady answered and said she would get someone over there. While I walked over to the store for a cold drink my wife had to endure a rude maintenance man who told her not to come back. Perhaps he was having a bad morning. Maybe he didn't sleep well and did not like being woke up. Maybe he hates his job and should consider going to work sonewhere else. But being rude to people is no way to treat people. People pay for a service and when something goes wrong it is normal for you to be called. Deal with it.I hope the owners show him this review, and I hope they make it clear that him treating their customers like this will result in more reviews like this. We have already located the next closest laundry mat (which is on Berkley Rd. Just across from Harvest meat market) and will use it going forward.

Its quiet clean and a wonderful place to kick back and relax. Right in the middle of everything but just far enough to enjoy the serenity of the wonderful lifestyle florida.and the wonderful family that runs the property does a great job in making you like you are one big family

Only called to see if a vacancy, unfortunately not at this time. But they are nice people, we use to do our laundry there and they're always working and making the place better!

I've been here for about 8 years and since the Warrens took over the spark about 4 years ago it's been a great place to live and I'm only way I'm leaving here is in a body bag
