Will and the young man with him were very friendly, polite, pleasant, attentive, professional, and punctual. Customer service was above and beyond, even when making my appointment with Jen in the office I knew my vehicle was in GREAT hands. Jen was so sweet, she kept reassuring me she had the right window for my truck lol. Every call/question I made/asked was answered professionally, with confidence! After I was given a run around from another auto glass company, and with a damaged window for the last 2 weeks, I am glad to now have Lloyd s Of Shelton Auto Glass in my contacts! LOVE THEM! I would recommend 100%. I called so many different places and no one offered sunroof replacement. Everyone was nice and efficient. Christine was great she kept in communication with me and gave me all the updates. I loved my technicians. Highly recommend, they gave me a time of of 8am to noon for install & I got a phone call at 8:10am that they were already in my driveway. The installers, Will & his helper, were both very friendly & pleasant & had the new windshield in by 8:30am. When making the appointment, Kristen was very helpful & pleasant.It is a pleasure to have a company do a good job & on time in this day and age of labor & material shortages.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Two technicians came out to my house to replace my windshield. My vehicle needed a front camera calibration also. Will and Daniel were prompt and professional. They gave me a courtesy call ahead 1 HR before arrival. They were informative throughout the installation. I would recommend this shop due to its customer service and its knowledgeable technicians. Wow, this company is fantastic. Scheduling was quick & easy with a friendly customer service professional. The technician, Will, called to let me know he was on the way & he arrived on time. He explained everything to me before starting and he did an excellent job. They are very thorough and meticulous. I highly recommend them. Will called to let me know they were on their way. They arrived within 25 minutes and were friendly and informative about the procedure to fix the chip in my windshield. Within 15 minutes, they were done. I truly appreciated their promptness and attention to detail...and their willingness to explain what they were doing and what to expect as the outcome. I no longer need to be concerned that the chip would grow legs and run across the windshield. I highly recommend Lloyd's of Shelton Auto Glass. Great service. Came to the house in the morning and we re done with my windshield replacement in about 30 minutes. Friendly guys. All I had to do was give them the keys and they handled the rest. I signed and they were on their way. Ram windshield through insurance. I see why they have a 5 star rating. I ll definitely be using them again.This is the third auto glass replacement company I ve used in 31 years of driving with plenty of windshields replaced. First one was a small local company and I moved (never an issue), second was the largest company whom I used and recommended for years, until I had a windshield installed and it broke overnight while the car was parked (day of installation) and they refused to make it right. Removal of that glass showed nothing enough urethane used to secure the glass and it resting on a metal seam.As of now (provided I have no leaks, which I don t expect), I will solely use Lloyd s of Shelton for my auto glass replacement.Thanks for the quick and seamless windshield replacement on the Jeep.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I contacted Lloyd's of Shelton spoke to Jen who was 100% professional and courteous through the entire process from scheduling, follow up. Will the technician and another fellow arrived at my home with warmest, funniest personality which is so refreshing he assessed my daughters windshield needs and explain the process completed the job very clean, neat, professional! I highly recommend Lloyd's of Shelton Auto Glass company to anybody who needs an auto�windshield�replacement. It's tough to find a company that has world-class customer�service like this one now a day. I love my 2006 Cadillac�Escalade and I asked the customer service for the original�windshield to replace the broken one. She had no hesitation to find one close enough to the original. Also, she was willing�to go out of�her�way to have the car�done the�next day so�that�I�will be on my�vacation the�day after. Moreover, their technicians are the best. Especially for Will and Daniel. They're not only knowledgeable�about what they do but also very kind and patient. They called before they came over and I forgot to pick up�the phone. They showed up and gently knocked on the�door, and I didn't open the door until the 2nd and 3rd knock. When I opened the door they just smiled and said we are here to replace the windshield. I needed my windshield replaced and used Lloyd s based on all the positive reviews I found. Quality is more important to me than price or fancy advertising. The girl who booked my service seemed confused and inattentive - perhaps she was new - but we got everything set up. Rich was the tech and he called ahead to let me know when he would be here and then arrived right on time. He was a super nice guy. I could tell me was a pro at this and he took his time and did it right. He was knowledgeable and great to talk to, didn t mind explaining the process to me as I had never seen it before. He did a good job and cleaned everything up. The piece of glass is quality and clear. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

I had to replace the front windshield on my 2020 Telluride. Lloyd s of Shelton did an excellent job. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them. They ordered my new windshield on Tuesday and by Thursday afternoon the job was completed. They were so accommodating to my schedule. Will and the other staff member (sorry, I don t know his name) were so pleasant and professional. Even though I had to change my location at the last minute, they were so gracious to immediately come to my new location! They did the work perfectly and in a timely manner. This company is great. They located a unique handicap van windshield and came to the house and installed it. Very professional. Worked it all out with insurance company. Highly recommend them. These guys are pros. You wont find a more efficient, professional, helpful person than Kristen when you call Lloyd's of Shelton. She takes care of EVERYTHING!!
