I normally don t leave reviews however Action Watersports recently went above and beyond to get our boat back to us for our upcoming 25th anniversary trip.Everyone from the owner, sales and service (we deal with JP & Ben typically however everyone has been great!) are very personable and will do whatever they can to make you feel at home.I will not hesitate to bring my boat there for service and look forward to working with their sales staff for our next purchase.I highly recommend visiting the Polk City location next time you require service or looking to purchase.

This is a great team. I had excellent experiences with both the sales team and the service team. I brought my boat in from out-of-state and the service team welcomed me professionally and were able to slot my boat into the schedule when I needed it. They turned it around quickly and met promises. They also have a nice showroom with some well-selected equipment from boards to weights to life jackets to other toys. Most importantly, as we were considering an upgrade to a new boat, we enjoyed working with Cameron who was EXCEPTIONAL. He is knowledgeable, passionate about boats and surfing, and I even learned some new surf moves from him. He was super easy to reach every time we had a question, he was above board in all dealings, reasonable / not pushy, and definitely someone we want to stay connected with long-term regardless of what we decide on purchase. I'm happy to be able to share this experience in a review - people are what make the difference between a good company and a bad one, and AWS definitely has some great people.

Phil worked with us and helped build our custom 2022 XT23 and it came out beautiful and worked with us on pricing. I couldn t be happier with the surf boat he recommended and is this boat a beast! The finance manager, Paige was a pleasure to work with, she made this process smooth and easy. If you re in the market for a MasterCraft, I highly recommend Action of Central Florida. I will be an Action customer for life.

We purchased our boat from action in July 2022. Aaron (our salesman) was beyond patient and helpful and continues to be helpful if we have any needs! Paige was our finance manager and was also super helpful, getting us a great rate on our purchase!! Josh (parts and service manager) and Ben (warranty and parts manager) have all been super helpful with everything we have needed during and after our purchase. Phil, the owner, has been fantastic and super accommodating with everything we have done with them! We have actually made some friends because of the dealership and how they take care of their customers, even after the purchase. We are beyond happy with our boat and the wave it produces and highly recommend Mastercraft and Action Water Florida to everyone!

Time and time again the dealership and the employees exceed my expectations. Their service department works quickly to ensure we are never missing making memories on the water with family and friends. They always are there to help us in anyway and couldn t be more thrilled to be apart of the action Watersports family. We are currently on our second mastercraft from the dealership and can t imagine doing business elsewhere. Phil and his team are true professionals.

Do yourself a favor and check these guys(and gals) out. The staff is all knowledgeable about the boats (and watersports), friendly, and helpful.We are new to boating and visited a few other showrooms with very different experiences.Matt asked about us and how we would use a boat and helped us find a great boat at a great price. Mastercraft makes a great boat and backs them with a solid 5 year warranty.Matt and Teresa made the purchasing process quick and easy. Matt took me out on the boat in the water to teach me the basics, and we have just started enjoying the boat out on the water. Matt made sure I had his number to contact if I have any questions or concerns with the boat. Couldn't be happier with the experience, and really enjoying our boat!Thanks Matt! Keep up the good work Action Watersports!!

The level of service and professionalism from Action Water Sports is incredible. We had an incident with our Xstar, resulting in us taking on a lot of water, resulting in damage to the engine, alternator, pumps, and many parts of the boat. Josh and his team sent out a driver to pick up our boat the very next morning.He was very up-front with the timeframe, and pricing for all the repairs. Communication was excellent. They were very responsive to emails. We ended up making an insurance claim. Josh and his crew worked with our insurer throughout the process.The boat is now running better than ever. I can't thank them enough for the help they gave us through this whole ordeal. I plan to use Action Water Sports exclusively from now on for our Mastercraft's service. Thanks again!

Unfortunately I had to change my 5 star review to a one star review as I personally feel there is a great disconnect in regards to my issue as a customer. I dropped my boat off early March for service. Upon dropping it off there was never any mention or recommendation of providing a boat cover. [Which I do have and use]. I picked my boat up about 8 weeks later. Upon picking my boat up I noticed an over spray of either paint or another type of metallic spray on the top of my seats. I mentioned this to them and was told they would try to get the stains off. Well weeks later I am still here at square 1 with no better quality of customer care or help in regards to this matter. The seats are still ruined with spray and no one seems to care enough to actually put an effort in to fixing the problem they act as if it's their own personal money they'd be spending to fix an issue that happend on THEIR LOT.I dropped my boat off expecting to pick it up in better quality than it was left and this is far from the case. I had these seats redone last summer and they look like there 50yrs old now. This is highly unacceptable and as an Ops Manager in Hospitality I can say there is no care nor concern from your end. Nothing, I mean you would think a million dollar company wouldn't have an issue rectifying the problem as I'm sure it wouldn't be a huge cost to just fix the 5 seats. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS FOR PROOF.I get my boat may not be as new or valued as 2020s or 2021s, but it is new to me and the money and care I put into it matters. Especially to have spent money on refurbishing my seats to only have them ruined at your location.

We bought our MasterCraft from Dan Olsen at the Florida location. Dan made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. He started by educating us on the different models, color combinations and options. We decided to order one and he kept us up to date on the order. Once it arrived Dan gave a great demonstration that my young sons will remember by wakesurfing with them.I want to thank the entire staff at Action Water Sports for helping my family make memories for years to come.

Our 1992 Mastercraft Prostar wasn't running well, so we brought it in to the PROs at Action Water Sports. We were worried that they wouldn't be interested in working on an old boat like ours. However, they took great interest in our boat, diagnosed the problem (a malfunctioning mechanical fuel pump) and replaced. it They also found a couple of other small problems that they fixed before they became big problems. Josh was wonderful to work with. .We didn't get to meet the mechanics, but they certainly know what they are doing. We also looked at some new and nearly-new boats with no sales pressure whatsoever. We are Action Water Sports fans for life. Highly recommended. We are skiing again, with great big smiles on our faces. THANK YOU !!!

If there was a zero Action Water Sports would get it. I have read everyone s experience here and ours was no where near ok. My wife and I were looking for a used pontoon. We found one on the lot. This was supposedly the last one they had. We began wheeling and deal with Matt our sales associate. Right away you knew he had no basic knowledge of the boat nor did he know how to deal with customers. He gave us his bottom line price. As my wife and I were discussing it he came out and stated his other sales associate called him and someone else put a deposit on the boat. Apparently they think we were born yesterday! Discouraged we left. After we left low and behold Matt attempted to call us back. I ignored the calls because quite frankly I don t appreciate being treated like my wife and I were. Matt began calling again today. I finally called him back and explained to him that his sales techniques did not work on us. I also explained that we will NEVER buy anything from Action Water Sports period. Buyers beware!! I m not really sure who is putting the testimonials on their website but OUR experience left a nasty taste in our mouths and we will not ever go back here.

Can't say enough good things about Action Water Sports and Phil, Matt and Josh. I came from Canada to see a boat at another dealer that turned out to be a scam. I relayed the story to Phil, and he showed me a boat that would fit my needs. He said he would have Matt call the next day, and I left for my hotel, thinking it probably won't happen. Sure enough, Matt called the next day, offered me a deal I couldn't refuse, and I just took delivery of my 2013 Mastercraft X25 yesterday, here in Calgary, Canada. I couldn't be happier with the team, including Josh, who made sure all the prep work for the delivery was done on time. Matt teed up the shipper (and went out of his way to ensure my Bimini top, carpet and accessories were included before transport), and everything went off without a hitch. A huge "Thank You" to Phil, Matt and Josh for all your help, and for being true to your word. I highly recommend Action for anyone who is in the market for a new or used boat...they cater to your every need, whether you are local or from outside the country. Way to go, guys!! Wish you were closer, as I would service it here as well!!

I live in Pennsylvania and was having trouble getting parts in December for my 17 year old Mastercraft. That s when I found AWS. Their response was quick. Within an hour Jason located the parts I needed and shipped them quickly. The pricing was competitive with on line pricing. They try their best to get what you need and their open all year. Their service is excellent. This is the place to go.

It was a bit odd. It was around 3pm. Nobody welcomed me as I entered. Nobody offered to help me pick the right product for me. Nobody was at the front door for me to check out. This was not how it usually goes when I've shopped Action in the past. I did find the gloves I wanted, but the handle selection was a little lacking for a product that has so many size options.
