Just happened to me I got a flat notification on my truck 28 psi a minute later had 27 so I quickly drove across the street to there shop. Had 22 psi in tire and going down. I asked them to fix my tire waited 40 minutes. By then the tire was on the ground the guy behind the desk got in my truck with the tire on the ground and drove it to the bay comes inside and tells me I need a new tire. The reason is because I drove I'd on the side wall according to him. The only person that drove my truck with the tire on the ground was him. The guy is a crook if it would had been a older person they would had paid for it. When next door to another tire place 10 minutes 20 dollars later my tire was fix. Once again they are NOT honest they will take you for a ride

DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP FOR ANY SERVICE!! I got 4 new tires put on my car and within 2 days I had a flat. Had to pay to replace that, then 4 days later I got ANOTHER FLAT. I took my car to a corporate owned shop to find that they did not replace the air valves when putting on new tires- something that is STANDARD PROTOCOL. If you don t replace the valves, the old will corrode. I went back to complain and give the manager the bill for the 5th and 6th tires I had to buy, & he ignored his negligence. He said they only replace valves if they re leaking . If the valve is leaking, the tire would be flat. I ended up paying for 2 replacement tires because this place did not replace an $5 valve. Absolutely incompetent people and bad business.Service: Tires

Reasonable prices and they started working on my car right away, unlike the place across the street who wanted $200 just to run the diagnostics.I would come here again with any car issues. Thank you

I have been two different shop in the area both place said transmission need to be replaced and quoted me crazy money to replace transmission on my 2011 Chevy Suburban as my car was making knocking sound when driving. I went to US auto repair last month as they offer free digs. Mechanic said flex plate need to replaced as I did the work with them since then no more noise or issue my car is running great without any noise. I would recommend this place if you looking for reliable and honest shop. Would recommend to all who are looking for a reliable shop. They also have great price for new tires.Service: Transmission

My transmission started to over heat on the highway so started to shop around. I had a corporate company tell me that the transmission would need to be replaced. I had Ricardo take a look; all I had was blockage in my cooling system. It has been driving perfect since the repair 6 months ago.Im highly satisfied US Auto Repair they saved me thousands. I constantly go back even for a basic oil change. They made a life long customer!

I dropped off my car to have both lower control arms replaced. Service was quick and i got my car back same day.However when i picked up my car, i noticed a creaking noise that wasn t there before. Ultimately took it back for the noise, and was told my shocks were bad now. i got a second opinion from a retired mechanic friend.My retired mechanic showed me that not only are my shocks perfectly fine, but US Auto completely messed up installing the lower control arms!I immediately took the car back and showed US Auto that their mechanic messed up big time and ruined my brand new control armsno biggie, they replaced them again. free of charge.i get the car back and have my retired mechanic check the work again. THEY MESSED IT UP AGAIN the mechanics here must be a complete joke, this is a simple suspension job, and i ve taken my car back 4 times and they still have yet to fix the car.This place might be okay for tires, but go to a professional if you need anything more done

Replaced my transmission 4 months ago and its leaking already, they refuse to work with me regarding the "warrenty" this place is a joke. Places like this give the honest mechanics a bad rep.

I've come here 3 times without an appointment, and they've always been very gracious and kind. Their prices are very reasonable, and they always do an amazing and timely job. I've always gotten an explanation of why they have to do, what they're going to work on. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else, because I do reccomend them highly.

I came in 10:30 on a busy Sunday with no appointment and a tire that was literally falling apart. I live in another county and needed to get back . Recently my car broke down, went to many repair shops around the city, but all are busy. Fortunately, I found out US auto repair shops; they are kind and professional people, realized my urgency and fixed it in 3 hours. They saved a lot of my time, money and even their service charge is cheaper compared to all other repair shops around the corner. Thanks to Arafat "the owner" Great man. I would highly recommend, if anyone is looking for a quick fix; tyre change, brake pad, suspension repair, any minor/major issues with your car, just check out US auto repair shop. Hard to find a nice, caring, quality mechanic these days!!! Florida is a scammer state. They offer free brake check and quoted me $110 to replace my pads (compared to $180 and $214 quotes from other places). I came in to have them checked and they said I had a month left on my brakes. They took a nail out of one of my tires. They told me two of my tires (from 2017) were cracking and showed me where they were coming apart. Charged me $240 for two brand new tires with warranty and to rotate them, putting new tires on the front. They re in it for the return business, not a one time financial robbery. Highly recommend

These guys are not mechanics. They're being trained on your car. They do not know what they are doing at all. After 6 hours to fix a leak, they mess up my truck power steering pump then handed me a bill for $400 for a job they didn't complete. Stay away from this shop if you have a serious problem. All they can do is change your oil..

I m from Miami and the Hialeah area. I know a good shop when I see one. I had an issue with one of my tires, the manager picked up when I called and went to make sure we had the tires. I rolled in there and these guys were done in 20 minutes with a new set of tires on my car. The prices don t get better than these here and they don t charge any balancing fees. Honestly if your looking for discount tires on the go, stop by this shop. You ll be glad you did for sure.

I came Friday morning around 8:00 and I had to go to work and I had a nail in my tire and I stopped by US Auto and Ricardo was very helpful. He pointed out to me that my tires were bald and I needed to buy new tires and alignment. I was out in less than an hour and the car runs perfect thanks to those guys at US Auto

All of their advertising says they close at 630pm. Called and let them know I was on the way. Drove there after speaking to the employee who said no problem. Got there at 6:10pm and they closed. The employee working at the time was very rude. Owner doesn't answer and they don't care about their customers. Place is terrible! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR EFRORT WITH THESE PEOPLE!
