I had been coming here for a while since it s close to my house. One time I didn t get my tire caps back and another time the front protective plastic was ripped coming off the lift. Neither prepared me for the mess that was coming. I took my car for an oil change and 2 days later it starts to buck a little bit for a second then it stopped. The next day it starts to buck violently so I took it back to Tires Plus and told them what happened. I left it with them and Ubered back to work. The tell me come get my car and I need to take it to the dealer because something is wrong with the engine. I drive it home slowly and it drives ok but now there s thick smoke coming from the exhaust. The mechanic at Lexus tells me the engine is cracked. How could this be? He explains this could only happen if I was driving with no oil in the engine. Tires Plus didn t put new oil after they drained the old oil. The smoke from the exhaust after I took it back to them was because they added the oil AFTER I took it back and then sent me on my way. A lawyer told me since I took it there when I had the problem it would be difficult to prove what happened. Luckily insurance paid for a new engine but my rates went up. Beware taking your vehicle here. They are either overworked or don t give a crap about you and your safety, either way, it s dangerous or at the very least expensive for what it might cost you after they are done with your vehicle.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation and the technician did not put my bolts back on my brake calipers. No reason for them to even touch my brake calibers. Then said I need suspension repairs and a change of brakes and denied me my tire rotation service. I have drove this car from Orlando with no sound or problems the day before bringing it to the shop and miraculously I have suspension and brake problems after I take it to this shop. They wanted me to pay 1000 dollars for a problem they created. This place is a scam. Do not come here. They just want your money.(The picture is proof of what they tried to charge me for a problem they have purposely created.)

I had a fantastic experience at Tires Plus! The operation ran smoothly, and the two gentlemen at the front were not only extremely friendly but also very knowledgeable. The technicians were prompt and adhered to the schedule. I brought in my car for tires and alignment at 9:30 am and had it back shortly after 1 pm. Thanks for the efficient service!

Awesome Service, Renel went the extra mile and gave customer service like family. I made an appointment for the evening thinking I didn t have time to do in morning before work. Renel gave me a call immediately after submitting appt online. Checked in and asked if possible to come earlier. Called him back, they ended up taking care of it quick and easy in morning. Mike the tech worked quick and got me back on the road.

I showed up right before closing with a screw in my cars tire and was told they were happy to help. This was after a tire competitor down the street turned me away because they were closing in 30 minutes. Juan is a life saver and helped me from having a major issue.

Friendly, courteous service. They changed my oil and filter, checked my car thoroughly, suggested a needed brake fluid replacement, and made sure my car was roadworthy. Always have great service with them!

After calling the Pep Boys on 12251 W Sunrise Blvd and being quoted $150 for removing old car tags and installing my new one, I called Tires Plus and was reassured by Renel that they would be happy to assist free of charge. When arriving to the location, Renel quickly helped me connect with Chadwick who was extremely friendly and helpful with helping me remove and installing my new tags. Their superb customer service has made me a new customer moving forward with all my car needs. Thank you guys for the help!!

4 times I went to this places to get a tire patched but they never have time even on Sunday they were doing nothing and told me they can t do it, I came back on Monday and one of the employees looked at me head to toes and told me to go to another place because they aren t going to do anything for me, racism ?? Really??? Never again I will ever come back or even recommend this place . Shame on you guys

I took my Jeep to Tires Plus to have 4 new tires (not purchased at Tires Plus) mounted and balanced. It took almost 4 hours for them to do this and damaged a plastic cap on one of the rims. I was offered a discount for the damage after I asked about compensation for the damage. I took the Jeep home and had to remove the front tires to replace the inner fenders. One lug nut was clearly out on cross threaded as I could not remove it after a few turns, either with a breaker bar or with an impact wrench. I returned to TP within an hour of leaving TP and asked them to remove the damaged lug nut and replace the damaged lug bolt. TP were unable to either tighten or remove the damaged lug nut. I was told to come back another day to speak with the person who was in charge as he had to leave early! So I am now driving around with a lug nut that is not torqued correctly and can neither be tightened or removed! I hope that the person who I need to speak to (I believe his name is Scotty) will satisfactorily resolve this issue.Update: after trying to see Scotty on 4 different occasions over the past few weeks, I finally managed to speak to him today. He initially offered to replace what is clearly a damaged lug but called me after an hour saying that he could not continue and that he would reimburse me for parts and labor for issue. I see now why he doesn t want to take responsibility - the lug is now completely damaged and the lug nut is spinning on the loose lug!! Tires Plus have well and truly $&@$ed up and I now have a bigger problem to deal with!!

I had taken my car because the engine light came on. They fix the problem but 2 days later, the light came back on. I took the car back and this time around they did something different and it seems to have worked. They have great customer service.

I simply went to change a valve and it turns out that when they moved my car they did it with a completely flat tire and obviously damaged it. Then they tell me that not only the valve is damaged but also the tire. I told him that the tire was good but they damaged it by moving it without air and his answer was that the tire was already 5 years old. I told him to put the spare one on and he told me that I had to lower it. In a few words, the service is lousy and so any business makes money. They are not careful, they damage my tire and then I am the one who has to pay.

I spoke to next to see if you could help me get on the road to Sarasota due to an important meeting. Humidity extra effort which allowed me to get on the road. He was kind enough to do a courtesy check let me know if some other items on my car that needs to be updated. I really appreciate his tires plus. They do a great job

Very kind and hospitable! I m from out of state and in a rental car with a warning signal for low tire pressure. Despite being very busy at the time, Tires Plus quickly checked my tire pressure, added air and sent me on my way. I am forever grateful and couldn t be more pleased with their service! Thank you!

I purchased a lifetime wheel alignment and rotation package which I have already used many times for my Jeep and that has been worth every penny. I decided to have them do my brakes and ended up paying much more than I was expecting because added things to the service without my prior authorization. I didn't realize until I later looked up those services on their website and there were options that were just made for me rather than giving me a choice and of course made the bill more expensive.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

The team was super quick, super efficient and so nice. They charged what they quoted and nothing more. Great location. The mall is right across the street if you are waiting along time and what to grab a bite or shop . They have a room with beverages and snack machines with a TV. Very practicle

I wanted my back tire to be repaired with a patch secondary to a small nail in the tire. They never did the repair. I went to American Tires on Sunrise Blvd. They immediately removed the nail and put a patch on.

They cannot give a price for an oil change over the phone. I asked why because they were too busy So you are telling me that I have to come in for a price? No thank you. I was not born yesterday young man. Won t be coming here again.
