I had issues with my PS4 fan for months. They cleaned my PS4 and changed the fan for the same price that others were charging JUST to clean it. The lady was so nice and they were fast. Less than 2 hours as she promised.

Avoid this location extremely horrible. They will break then blame you. I'm sure ownership will read and spin a customer friendly response but seriously they are not fit to run a business how unwilling they are to fixing an issue that stemmed from their repair .But will go into detail on my recent experience. Went to sunrise,fl Techy on Nov 3 2023 for a screen repair for a cracked screen. All functions of phone working besides cracked screen. Eleimar was at the counter and stated I can switch your screen with another screen that is being replaced by insurance due to a small speck that was blacked out on the upper right corner. She asked if I wanted that screen for a small discount. I agreed due to the small defect was not a huge issue with a small discount so I took her offer.� Came back after the phone was fixed and later discovered on same day my front facing camera stopped working after the screen was replaced. So I decided to go back the very next day to tell them my camera was no longer working after they fixed my phone. They sent me home due to the main person wasn't there on a Saturday, so I waited for Monday. Once Monday arrived I revisited the sunrise location advising of the issue caused by the screen replacement. She quickly blamed it on software and stated its not there problem. Basically brushing me off like she wasn't at fault. I use that phone daily for face time and pictures and I advised I have pictures up to this date before the screen was repaired and she stated it was Basically not her problem and didn't care about what I was saying, but advised to do many steps to fix the issue they caused. I was patient and followed her steps which failed and returned my device back to the sunrise location to be properly fixed. She kept my phone for 6 days. Called the location twice on the 5th day and no answer and left a voice mail. My call was returned by text 5 hours later stating it's a software issue and they refused to fix it. Very rude the way ownership is not taken after returning so shortly from a botched repair. If they break your stuff they will blame you!! They will have an excuse for what they break. If you have same issues with them don't waste your breath they will just make you upset. I just wish more honesty was placed. If you broke it you broke it just fix stop blaming and take ownership. Update with repair. Picked up phone today Nov 15th after giving it for the last chance repair and texting a night before I was coming to pick up phone the whole phone back was completely open. Very aggressive asking for my phone to fix which i denied since attitude was present. Tried to take pictures of my phone condition and threatened to call authorities for taking pictures of my botched repair. Pictures do not lie

The customer service is terrible here. I've left my phone there for two weeks now and still hasn't been repaired. They put a new screen on my phone and when I went to pick it up the screen wouldn't work. I stayed there thinking that guy would look into it then sent me home saying they need to talk to the tech that did it instead of trying to problem solve it himself. They sent for a new screen in which at this point it's been about 4 days I haven't had my phone and instead of rush ordering it they said it would take another week for the screen to come. It has now been two week my phone as been at Techy. Mind you If I paid a little bit extra for what I'm paid them I could of just bought a new phone. Save you headache make sure they can get it done in a timely fashion.Update: Give us a call...they have my phone.Can't complain, they're working with me and they want to make sure my phone is returned to its natural form. They're doing what they can. Just be prepared but they do work with you!Gonna have to go back to one star...after my phone was fixed 3 weeks later the dead pixels in my phone came back and it started to flicker around. I can show proof of no damage to my phone. Stay far away they don't look into the problem to fix the just replace parts.

This is a new place I'm going to go for all my electronic needs repair. I came in last minute to get my phone repaired and they were able to get me out in less than 15 minutes while I was there. I also noticed and they fix some kids scooter that wasn't working so they can fix a lot of different electronics and they're honest people.

Took my phone to get repaired because of cracked screen and damaged lcd. Picked up the phone a few days later and worked fine for about a week. I wake up one day and all of a sudden the screen stops working. The phone did not suffer any hits or drops or anything so I'm surprised. I take it back to this shop because in my head I'm thinking they'll do right and fix it since they didn't do a good job the first time. I literally had the phone not even two weeks. The lady who works there tells me it must have been dropped or something (no sign of damage or anything on the phone she's just assuming)she tells me she can only give me a discount to repair it again! I humour her and she tells me she'll discount $20 from the repair price. So I paid $250 the first time and now she wants me to pay $230 again, for what? So it'll break again and then say sorry. Stay away from this place. Nothing but thieves.

I took my printer to Techy because it wasn t printing. They did maintenance and a deep cleaning. When I pick it up it was like new. The staff is super nice and attentive and they didn't charge me because it was an easy fix for the something that was really aggravating me and I couldn t find a solution.Techy s staff is very capable, honest and professional. Highly recommended.

A very clean, knowledgeable and quick service! The young lady knew exactly what was the issue with my phone and quickly addressed it, great service! I have a laptop that needs repair and I m definitely taking it to them!

They did nothing wrong but I'm just not happy with my repair. They sent for the part and it shipped snail mail and the first one basically never made it, so they sent for another one and got it immediately. They did the repair quickly and professionally but my thumbprint sensor doesn't work anymore. That was caused by the initial drop, not anything they did, but they... Didn't fix it. They're fine, there's nothing wrong with them as service providers but I'm going back to my previous place for future problems.

Amazing custom service, the staff is very helpful. They were able to help transfer all the information from the old phone to the new phone. They do electronic repairs and they also have a lot of tech accessories.

Just Got my IPhone 15 Pro Max Fixed a Couple of Days Ago and I couldn t be more Happier the Lady at the Counter was Responsive and friendly with Everything Service was Amazing and best of all I didn t have to wait 4 -5 Business days like Most Tech Stores Not Even less than 24 Hours and I got my phone Back & Fixed !!!!!

We had great service with the business owner Elimar. Called her on Facebook app , had an appt very next day to fix my daughters iPhone 13promax screen, we were treated very humbling and kind, phone as ready in 20 min at a very, very good rate compared to other shops. Very kind and great service. Highly recommend!!

Very clean store. The person who assisted us was very helpful and friendly. She greeted us soon and we walked in, gave us a time of how long it would take and was done right on time. My son's iPhone looks like it never had a problem with it's camera.

It was a waste of $60. I gave them my android phone on a Monday evening, and the manager said it will be 4 to 5 days to fix it, then they took $60 from me for a diagnostic. I received no update from the store for 4 days, so I called back and the guys said not sure what the problem is yet. He called me back a few hours later and said " in order to fix the phone, we need you to pay another $50". I went there Friday and took my unrepaired phone, and lost $60. These people have no idea how to fix a simple 4yr old android phone.

Needed soldering done on my GPU because the very top capacitor broke off when I dropped it. Dropped in by opening time and tech was done by noon. Fast service and professional quality and responsive communication! Highly recommend for any type of SOLDERING needs

Jaime S. Took the time to diagnosis my issue with my computer and fix it. He was professional from beginning to end and always gave me updates on the process to fixing it. Please do not hesitate to try this place, this is a real serious review. Jaime S. went above and beyond with my laptop. My laptop is like new now! I would like to take this opportunity to express my high regard for Eleimar for her kind, courteous and quick service. She repaired my iPhone 5S (10 years old) with a new screen, battery and repaired my camera for such a low price I am stilled thrilled!
