Not satisfied with the turn around time for service especially when the customer has an confirmed appointment for an oil change TAT over 3 hours. Poor communication by the CSR just has you sit and wonder what's going on without any updates. A few customers walked out in frustration. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Plantation Ford for simple maintenance.

UPDATEAfter I post those reviews here they left a phone number for me to call them I did, and scheduled and appointment 11:30, the lady scheduled a oil change even tho I told her it is related to humming noise coming from tires. I really don t understand this but whatever They diagnosed the problem I changed the tires and problem solved, BUT the guys who work at the front desk should NOT speak another language loudly especially when there is a customer at the desk that they are helping, really UNACCEPTABLE, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONALLOOKS LIKE NO ONE CARES ABOUT MY PROBLEM SO I WILL POST IT HERE AS WELL. I was here, Quick Lane, for oil change, it took 70 minutes which is great especially when you don t have appointment, but when I get my car back, there is a noise, like a noise that can bother you, like a humming, I drove around more than 45-60 minutes to make sure it s not because of fresh oil, but no it wasn t, I took it back to the service area and I showed him the video I have , he said he didn t hear anything, he didn t even check the car and he added it might be tires, drive maybe 3000 miles and if it doesn t go away change tires, THE NOISE IS STILL THERE AND SO ANNOYING. This is not ok, I gave them something and it doesn t any problem but they gave it back with problem. I AM REALLY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED, I go to professional places and people to avoid this kinda problems but this is what I have now.
