I fist brought in my vehicle to repair a Freon leak in my air conditioner, they quickly found where the leak was coming from and gave me a fair estimate for repairs. Unfortunately it wasn t until the air conditioner was fixed did my 1998 Cadillac decide it wanted to have an electrical problem with the theft alarm system. Although it took an extra week to get my car back, they did not charge me for the extra unexpected labor. Even going as far as topping off all my fluids and cleaning up under the hood. I could not have been happier with the service I was given and would recommend this mechanic to all my friends.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Went to expert transmission/plantation radiator AUTO ac to get my transmission rebuilt for the first time, It took the mechanics awhile the first time, but I let it go, mind you, it took them 3 weeks max to rebuild my entire transmission, not a week go by and the same problem occur on my way home, the entire drive shaft came out which broke my transmission, I was upset at the fact it happened to me on my way driving there and they promised me the first time they d give me good quality work and honesty. Turns out I towed my vehicle to the same shop at approximately 4am because it happened to me around 2-3am and the tow truck took awhile. These are pictures I took the day it happened which as you can see the drive shaft came out along with a couple bolts and lock nuts. I waited in my car for 2 hours just got a tow truck to come pick up my car at place it here so they can fix the transmission again, I told them what happened the next day and his excuse was, something else caused it to come out. Or you guys didn t promise me the good quality work you said you d give me. Luckily I had warranty on it so they were going to fix it for free, it funny because it took them another 3 weeks to fix my entire transmission not prioritizing my car after what just happened, so I let it go again. My message to anyone who decides to get their transmission rebuilt or replaced here, please be wary and cautious please, I pray no one has to go through what I went through. Plz be wary and cautious and I d highly suggest going to another transmission shop or anyone you know personally to verify your transmission was properly handled by these guys because it seems like they re hasty when fixing major problems like these, and I m going to personally address Scott Desane and Ken Anson for being dishonest and unprofessional.Service: Transmission

Great service and very transparent with what was repaired. Marc was extremely nice and detailed to work with. Saved me several hundred dollars vs local Chevy dealer. At first this place seemed really cool. Friendly staff and good prices. What more can you ask for right? Until the day comes that the same problem you paid to have fixed comes back. Or the day when your car comes back home with dings from their lift and grease all over your car. I had this place do my ac compressor. It goes out a few months later so I bring it back. I never got a call from them so I had to continually call for an update until I just passed by. My truck was not being worked on and then they told me the reason my ac wasn't working was because my transmission was bad. The transmission worked perfectly fine when I drove it in. Now the transmission is shot and the ac doesn't work. Also, when I got my truck back there was a hotel room key and fast food wrappers everywhere. This isn't over Kenny Anson. I will see you in court!

Worst experience. Went here to check my AC. Not blowing cool. Had a tech came out. There was only one other car with other mechanics attending it but took him almost 30 min to begin looking at vehicles after wasting time and joking around with co- workers Only to tell me ac works and cant find any issues. Go figure. Never ever would recommend this place

I had never heard of this place but fortunately my car broke down across the parking lot and they were able to help me out. Staff was very helpful and considerate with my situation. One of the mechanics actually offered me a ride home after I tried 3 rental car companies who were all sold out. Trevor gave me an estimated price for repair and that was the exact price I paid! Furthermore, it was a much better price than I was expecting after finding out that my crank shaft completely broke off along with the belt. This shop is not near to where I live but I would go to them over someone else closer to me hands down!

What FANTASTIC customer service! Everyone in the shop is professional and yet still has a way of making you feel like family.I brought in my '07 Xterra for a simple check-engine light, turns out it was a transmission problem. Kenny took the time to test drive with me so I can explain the problem while he drove. I never felt like he / they were talking down to me - a smart woman with no mechanical smarts.Excellent customer service - Excellent prices - Excellent Quality work!!A week later, I brought in a friend's car and the exact same Quality and Customer Service was provided! Some of the other shops can take lessons on how to run an auto repair shop from Kenny!

So where can I start. My car was caught in the flood with the past storms. So i needed it repaired. So I m trying to get my car towed home and this company comes and tells me that they can fix my car and get it back to me. Mine you I told them, I was going in for surgery. I mentioned to them that it was very important that there was no issues afterwards. They fixed my car and the same day I get the car and returned the rental car the car starts smoking. I return the car and was returning the car for at least a week or more. I told them the first time the car was smoking and they said maybe it could be from them touching it. Mine you I m a mechanic myself I knew taking it back in it was a oil leak. As we speak I have no a/c in my car after I gave them the car with a/c. They don t call back. They keep telling me there gonna fix it but as of yet did not. It s to the point I m done because car is smoking once again. Very unprofessional during a pandemic. People do poor work just to get people money. I highly do not recommend this place for no work.Mr. Bring Your Car In For One Problem It s Gone Come Home With More Lights Then When You Crank It Up.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Called early am 1 morning looking for a quote on a ac compressor. Kenny was quick with a price that was reasonablly fair. Brought my car in a few hours later to be fixed they had it back to me within 2 days. while they were in there they advised me that my condessor needes to be changes also in order dor the compressor ro work co.pletly.Service: Air conditioning

Watch out !!! Worst auto shop ever all the owner Kenny does is lie. If they say it s your evaporator it s a lie they tell everyone it s the evaporator to charge you a lot when it s a simple leak. They will play with your car as long as you let them. Not trust worth very unethical and dishonest..

Fantastic! Had an air conditioning issue that Goodyear in Weston wanted $1500 to fix on my Dodge Caravan and Kenny and his people fixed it for about $450!!! They are very easy to work with and all the service writers are helpful and take the time to explain what they need to do and to break down the cost. Kenny even helped me out a little on the price when I wanted to fix a few other "non essential" things. I have moved to Coral Springs, but will still bring my vehicle to Kenny and his people! Thank you guys (and gal), lol.

Great shop. I had damage to my hood, front bumper, and radiator. They fixed all three and even took care of some old scratches on the door. It looked better than when I first bought it :) the other place wanted almost double to do it. This shop is very fair in price and I'm glad I found a shop I can trust. Taking my mother in laws Lincoln there tomorrow for tires and breaks. Would recommend..

The best mechanic shop hands down. They specialize in radiators, ACs and Transmissions, but do everything here. They have a great Facebook page with discounts to save you some money on any service and the owner Kenny has been the sole owner and in business for over 34 year. He loves what he does and it shows!! Be sure to check them out if you ever need car repair or service.

Hack job, ended up with tools still in my engine bay when I got home and thermometers in my cab. After the first visit I was happy till I got home. I noticed a faulty Schrader valve when I opened the hood to check on something. Also noticed one of my spark plug wires hanging loose that was now melted. Came back a second time to get it fixed but now the compressor was messed up because of low refrigerant that leaked out the valve. They wanted to double what I paid already so they could fix their mistake. Went home, noticed they left tools all over after releasing the vehicle to me. Went back third time and they put together a hack spark plug and took their tools back and did not make me a deal on the compressor. Wasted hours while they couldn't tell me when repairs would be made. I've spent countless time repairing this truck and I decided to splurge a bit with a repair done by professional but this was anything but professional.

I have been going to Plantation Radiator & AC for the past few years to have my 2020 Silverado serviced. My son has been using them for over 6 yrs to service his 02 Tahoe & now his 2018 Silverado. I just want to say, after being ripped off down the road at Arctic A/C, do not go there, it was nice to be treated right by some people who have been in the game for a while and know how to do right by a customer. fair priced and my A/C blows ice cold now. When they called to tell me my truck was ready for pick up, I was told, "there's only one problem Mr. Allen, and that will be trying to pick out which coat to wear when your A/C is on."

People please be aware that this Service garage is a total rip off. Yes KENNY gives you the best prices but understand that your parts are from JUNK YARDS. Be aware that you will end up taking your car back there more than once to have it FIXED. IN the auto world and dealerships its called fix it the first time. Not Shoot your customer a lower price to lure them in and then slap used SPRAY painted parts on your car that was sitting in a junk yard shelf for years. A really good friend trusted these people and ended up having more problems from this shop because of the owner. After hours of waiting for his car to be fixed he was told that it will have to stay until the parts arrive but no one came to explain why his car was still parked in the lot while they continued to make lies about his Car was being diagnosed. The owner wasn't even there at the shop. So please make sure you Check everywhere else before you go to a shop that doesn't even have but one certified tech and he is almost never there.Prices are low because the parts are used junk yard or salvaged from auction cars he told us.

I took my car to get my A/C diagnosed at this place of business because it was their specialty. I have had a non working a/c all summer and had no luck with my mechanic. The repairman and his associate assured me that my mechanic did not do his due diligence as a mechanic and stated " I fix these issues all the time ".The diagnoses was my mechanic did not measure the oil properly which cause the a/c not to work. I was quite impressed that he was able to get to the root cause with in minutes. End result I was charged $312.00 and drove home with out my A/C working. Unfortunately I was advised that there is no guarantee and their is no such thing as a true diagnostic of an A/C. I would think twice before conducting business with this place. Never in my life I have conducted business with a place that has not business or Moral ethics.

Last week had a problem with my 2001 Dodge Durango A/C (not cooling, fan switch only work only on 4), the truck was running warm in stop and go traffic and power steering was leaking. Just like last year Ken and his people are honest, professional and fair. Replaced just what was the cause [Electric condenser fan, Power steering line and just added Freon. They could have put the royal screws to me "New power steering pump and line/ New condenser w/ evaporator and compressor / new radiator, water pump and clutch and the bill could be in the thousands, Thank G_D there are still people like them . Bad Reviews are correct they take forever to give you an estimate and try to upsale you on things you don t need when I was leaving they brought my car to the front of the shop and as I was leaving I noticed my keys were missing they took my keys inside with them and laughed about it horrible experience scam shop CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Took my radiator for a leak and they told me they will fix it, two days passed and the radiator is untouched. Me and my crew lost two days of work, I picked the radiator and took it to another shop.No charges.

My car was overheating, i took it to Plantation Firestone, and they knew exactly what was wrong and got it fixed. I haven't had the issue since then without changing my radiator.

This place committed fraud on claiming that they rebuilt my transmission in which another transmission shop confirmed that they never had the transmission re-builted. Must say thank you. As a single Mom you go in shops and we seem too have $$$ written in our foreheads. Its ashame because some women just dont know, my case i just didnt have the money and these guys quoted me half of what i was quoted elsewhere. Very reasonable!
