REVIEW UPDATE:I would like to thank Mr. Harvey, who took the time to talk to us after the dealer was closed and convince us to come back the next day, we did and as promised, he was waiting for us with the key ready to show us the vehicle we went to see, very professional and kind, I think he went above and begin to take care of us, the whole staff were very nice, Mr. John in finance found us a good deal, and Mrs. Rusty checked us out to be out with our new vehicle. So, the page says it closes at 8pm, we drove all the way up from down Miami, we got here at 6:50pm, staff was inside, but told us they re already closed. Seriously?!

Mike Gotch is not only an incredible sales associate but he is an incredible person too. Mike always goes above and beyond by finding my husband and I amazing deals on fantastic cars. I bought my truck from Plantation Ford back in 2015 from the used car lot Harold helped, and he was amazing.We had an accident, and the only dealer that would repair an aluminum body was Plantation Ford. The repairs are being handled by an insurance claim. We are giving this truck to our son. So we decided to get the roof and hood painted as it needed it. During the repairs, I was advised several things from the body shop rep. (FC).First off, my dad had a body shop, and I'm quite experienced in how a finish should look. I had a right rear quarter panel repair. The work, to be honest, was horrible. No quality, no craftsmanship, repair parts not aligning, sloppy paint work, the paint booth doors are left open, and the shop has garbage all over the place.During the process, I called and drove by almost every day I live near, so it was no inconvenience. I requested to have the hood and roof painted. I was expecting the workmanship and craftsmanship, being it was the dealer to be top-notch. What a total disappointment. The Rep, never knew anything that was going on with the repair. I would drive in and ask to see the progress only to find the "wrong part was ordered" I was informed that the rear rim was sent out for repair on a Friday only to receive a phone call from the Rep asking for the wheel locks . By the way, the rim is still bent and now the Rep is saying that I need to replace all the rims. The truck had to be painted twice due to lack of quality and proper prep work. The body work was so bad that the shop manager put different year brake lights to conceal the faulty repair.I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. Now, I will need to call my insurance file a claim and a complaint regarding the lack of commitment from Plantation Ford to carry out the agreement they have with the insurance company.Take a look at the pictures below. You'll see a picture of the spray booth with my truck inside of it. The Rep to properly paint they will need to charge me extra to remove the rear glass. Which never happened.

My service advisor was really friendly. But my car never got seen by a technician. For an issue that would only take seconds to get a process in motion and parts ordered. Which is a shame when you have an appointment. Turn up on time and wait for over an hour because you believe that you were informed that it shouldn t take more than 10 minutes.The flip side is I love my Mach E and my Bronco. So I am going to have to roll with slow service and try another dealership.

I found the mustang of my dreams on line at 1:00 in the morning called Monday morning the car was available drove it home on Wednesday couldn't have been a better experience anywhere else. The salesman and the finance guy were wonderful. It was the way buying a car should be and I've bought a bunch.

We had excellent service from Angel this past week when we brought our car in after hearing a noise from the engine. Angel listened to our problem and while he did not promise us the undoable, he was able to give us a much quicker outcome than we had even hoped for. He was honest, helpful and we would have no problem recommending him as a service representative. Thank you, Angel.

Adam was professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He has excellent customer and went above and beyond my expectations. His communication throughout my visit created transparency that I ve never received before, I truly appreciate it. Just got my new F150, and it was a great experience! Everybody there was extremely friendly and helpful. Brandon and Joe did my deal and they were fantastic. This is after I walked out of the financing office when I was about to buy a new Pickup at Greco Ford in Fort Lauderdale and they tried to do a bait and switch, and on top of it, they were extremely rude. I walked out and came to Plantation Ford where I got a better truck for the same money. They have a lifetime customer with me. Thanks guys!

The customer service that I received from Adam in the service department was very very pleasant and professional, and also learned a couple things in was not previously aware about...his knowledge on the industry and services help me out and helping me make a better educated decision when it comes to the Ford products...I will definitely recommend others to get there business needs done there , simple honest straight forward and informative. Service Dept is insanely easy to work with... they've been my 'diamond-in-the-rough' in my experience(s) amongst the alternatives in this market. Really like their 'mobile service' initiative too, which has been impressive both times they've offered it for my needs. Highly recommend Plantation Ford!

Took my car in for an oil change. Met Adam who looked at my car and said I was gonna need tires- I wanted the tires to be safe but I m on a budget. Adam went over my options and gave me a breakdown of prices. From start to finish- Adam kept my son and I informed on what was going on, and when my car would be ready. He was SO kind and helpful. We were there longer than expected but the whole atmosphere in the service area is so welcoming and kind, it didn t feel annoying being there for so long. Thank you to everyone and especially Adam Molnar for being so kind and excellent at plantation ford.

Frustration Alert! I just had the most infuriating experience at this place today! I called them up and they seemed cooperative on the phone, but as soon as I arrived, everything went downhill. The service completely changed, and I just can't wrap my head around why. Maybe the lady thought I was a police officer or maybe it was my military demeanor, but whatever the reason, it was completely awful! I tried explaining the issue with my car to the lady, but she was so dubious and unhelpful when it came to my vehicle repairs. She eventually left, only to be replaced by another representative who had an upsurge of macho man attitude and tone. He proceeded to explain the same unproductive problems to me, leaving me even more frustrated and confused.In the end, I just had to walk away without a clear understanding of why they couldn't fix my squat truck. It's beyond frustrating when you trust a place to provide the service you need, only to be met with incompetence and a lack of willingness to help. Has anyone else had a similar experience at this place? I'd love to hear your thoughts and recommendations for a reliable and competent car repair shop. This whole ordeal has left me feeling so frustrated and disappointed. #Frustration #BadCustomerService #CarRepairNightmare

I have had several Ford trucks over the years and have had to depend on the local Dealers for repairs. My experience has not been a positive one to say the least. I recently had a recall on my 2019 F250 6.7 for the rear tailgate camera. I decided to try the Service Department at Plantation Ford. I called the service department and had the pleasure of dealing with Adam. He went above and beyond what I call great customer service! He ordered the part and had it fast tracked in just one day. He then had my truck picked up at my home on friday morning, had it repaired and returned it to my home that same afternoon! During the entire process he called me numerous times to keep me updated. I have never experienced this exceptional customer service from Ford or any other dealer for that manner. I highly recommend Adam at Plantation Ford and commend him and his service department!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I brought my Lincoln here because a hose came loose (see picture). They had my car for over 7 WEEKS. Told me my motor was good (I have video recording) and I needed a starter, battery and battery cable $940. Julie called and said car is fixed and ready to go. Pulled 15 feet out of parking lot and car died and motor started knocking. Picture included is my car sitting for at least 2 weeks outside, hood open and raining EVERY DAY. Mark Ruffo (service manager) claims that's how it was when I brought it in. Colby Ferch (General Manager) ghosted me after blaming ME for the problems. All I asked for was a refund on my last service since they lied to me. If they told me the motor was hydrolocked, why would I replace a starter and battery? I've emailed the CEO Mike and of course, no response. The incompetence and lack of caring is very disturbing. Now, I will file a formal complaint with Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services and Ford Headquarters. Dispute all charges at the bank. Leave reviews whereever I can and tell my lawyer to file a lawsuit. This will cost them more than it would have. VERY ANGRY and this place should be held accountable. Consumer's need more protection from frauds like this. I recommend Grieco Ford. They were very professional!UPDATE 1: So they tell me to contact the manager in the comment below. Did they even read my review??? I've talked with all the managers already! See what I mean folks?UPDATE 2: So Plantation Ford would not return my money. This was authorized by M. COSTANIAN (CFO) next step is my lawyer. Wanted to give them a chance to fix problem but of course they didn't.

From the time that I walked in that morning due to a car accident Ms. Jackie was very sweet, warm welcoming, customer service was phenomenal and very efficient. Have to also thank Junior the agent for calling me with updates and estimated date when my vehicle would be ready. This is the best auto repair shop and did an amazing job with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them and also look forward to doing more business with them in the future

The manager we deal with, Ron Stores, is very professional and advised us of the availability of the at home services to deal with this recall issue. The whole team at Plantation Ford has been patient, diligent, and friendly throughout the initial purchase process through any subsequent questions we have had. Cody is the service advisor I was bless to work with. I needed extensive engine and transmission repairs. My vehicle was in the shop for over a month due to the process that had to be followed working with my insurance company. He called to update me on repair status on a regular basis. He called to notify me of what the insurance company would and would not cover. There was NEVER a time I called and Cody was not available. Knowlegable, understanding and compassionate customer service is rare these days. Cody possesses ALL of these qualities. Cody was simply outstanding. He is truly one in a million.

Ms.Jackie at Plantation Ford's collision center is sweet, thorough, and she made sure that I was set up with transportation to the nearest car rental facility. Jackie equipped me with all contact information I would need for my car's repair, should I have any questions. Her smile put me at ease, and she assisted me with paperwork efficiently and smoothly. My car was crashed into on September 21. Plantation Ford did an excellent repair of the damaged bodywork. But especially the customer service was so great. They were always willing to take my calls and answer my questions. Best customer service interaction of any business I can recall. Thanks to Jackie who is the secretary at the body shop, Dave who is the manager of the body shop, and Junior who is the mechanic/body work man in charge of getting my car repaired. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and it s appearance is like new! So yes the work is great but the employees working there that really make the difference. I highly recommend Plantation Ford for repair of damage to the body work of any damaged vehicle. Oh, and the cost, though covered by insurance of the man who ran into me, was extremely reasonable.

MIGUEL scheduled a mobile visit to take care of a recall and it was very quick easy and efficient. It was not like your typical dealer experience. It was very easy to accomplish. They came to my home and the technician was fast and got the job done quickly.

Hello. This morning, I contacted Plantation Ford to make an appointment. The rep I spoke with was Shelly who had advised me there was an opening for today at 4:00 pm with Mr. Alfredo. Shelly asked me the reason for the visit. I explained to her the reason. Shelly informed me of the cost for the diagnostic and if I had an extended warranty the diagnostic costs would go towards the repair. I explained to Shelly I have Car Shield and does Plantation Ford accepts Car Shield and she says yes! Shelly then tells me to hold on to confirm with someone in the department. Shelly comes back on the phone and says Car Shield is accepted. Now fast forward. I arrived at Planation Ford at 3:48 pm and tried to speak with Mr. Alfredo whom I was advised by Shelly would be assisting me with my appointment for the day. Just to be told that Mr. Alfred would be helping me. I explain to Mr. Alfred my reason for the visit and he goes over the cost of the diagnostic and asks about my extended warranty. I inform Mr. Alfred that I have Car Shield (the same Car Shield I had informed Shelly in the service department) just to be told, they do not accept Car Shield. I told Mr. Alfred I spoke with Shelly this morning at 11:05 am and that Shelly even confirmed with someone in their department that Car Shield would be accepted. Mr. Alfred goes on to say no, and that my car will be sitting a Ford Planation for months because Car Shield does not like to pay. I then asked Mr. Alfred if he knew of another Ford dealership that accepts Car Shield extended warranty. His response to me was no response and he proceeded to go about his day.I should also like to say Mr. Alfredo was the person who actually suggested to me back in February 2024, to get Car Shield and even tried to get me to look at the Ford Mustang Mach-ESo, for this to be the overall outcome is very disappointed.This all took place today, April 2, 2024.Today, April 3, 2024- I called and was transferred to Mr. Colby. He did not answer. However, I did leave a detailed message with my callback number. Hopefully, I hear back. **Finger crossed**
