I have been a customer of Plantation Firestone for many, many years. My husband and I have had outstanding service and repairs done by them for years on both our vehicles. The owner Kenny, the service manager Trevor and the entire staff go above and beyond to help fix your car and get you back on the road. They are hard working, courteous, trust worthy and do excellent repair service work. Their prices are very fair. Nothing is too big a problem for them to take care of for you. Great talkers and make you feel comfortable to leave your car but the quality of work is poor. Don't have time to bring my car back the 4th time for a transmission leak after I rebuild it with them. Looks like they never changed my gasket. Never told me I had bolts that were stripped on the pan to fix them and do it the right way just put it all back together took the money and smiled. Never bring them a classic antique car that's garage kept it will be left outside to get rained on and stray cats to get jumped on

The guys there are all very friendly and knowledgeable. My car always comes back clean and I would refer them to anyone and everyone. Kenny Trevor and Scott all good guys. I trust these people very much they are honest unlike other locations. When I dropped my car off today for repair it feels good to walk away and know it's in good hands.

Thanks Kenny and Trevor and all the staff there now to all the customers reading this post . These are some straight up professionals with alot going on so yes sometimes I had to leave a message or call back But in the end of my repairs they stuck to there word and fixed my ride. and didn't try to upcharge me as so many other companies do .

I drove from the Panhandle of Florida to visit my sister in the hospital and my battery light came on. I went to O Reilly s across the street and they told me I needed a new battery and alternator and recommended Plantation Firestone. I was concerned about traveling 9 hours back home with my daughter and 3 month old granddaughter. Trevor was very helpful and explained in detail the work that needed to be done and the exact estimate. It was already late in the day, but he had the mechanic start working on it right away, but they needed to finish the rest of the job the next day. Trevor called the next morning to let me know that they were finishing it up and would test drive and check everything/tire pressure, oil etc. so we would feel safe heading back home. Very nice and knowledgeable mechanics, but if you have more than one issue don't drop your car off.. they will wait all day to check it out and may not even look at everything you dropped the car off for.

I have been to many mechanics in my life. I must say hands down this is the BEST mechanic in the tri county area. They treated me as though I was their only customer (with a waiting room full of customers). The owner called me personally to explain what I needed. Trevor was so professional in going over my bill. Scott showed me everything that was done and explained why. They really are AMAZING and went above and beyond. They thoroughly went over my entire vehicle and simply made suggestions. They didn't try to upsell me on anything else only pointed out recommendations to help me out. I can't say enough pleasant things about them. I will definitely take my vehicles here from now on! They even towed my vehicle for a very fair fee and credited the initial diagnostic fee towards the work that was done.

The only word I can say is AWESOME!!!! They have been in the same location for many years. HIGHLY skilled with all of your service needs. Great prices for not only tires but also service and mechanical repairs. They stand behind their work and tell you up front what to expect. No surprises when you come to pick up your vehicle. They take the time to work with you to come up with the least expensive option for your repairs. Very honest and dependable.

Sent my car in for throttle body to be fixed. They said it wasn't that that my transmission was fried. paid $2200 for transmission overhaul only to be back at the garage a few days later to the throttle body sensor codes again. this happened 3 more times and the last time I left my car, I go to pick up but they have a $700+ bill for none other the the THROTTLE BODY! The original problem. lol no thank you give me my keys. Scammers I would not trust anything from this shop ever again.

Been taking my cars and kids cars here for over 15 years truly the best and honest mechanics I know. The owner Kenny is the kindest man and will do everything he can for you which isn't very common with owners of businesses normally owners hide or pass you off to someone else. I will never take my cars anywhere else.

I feel like this Firestone should be immediately closed down due to they are not professional at all I took my car to them four days in a row for them to tell me whats the problem. not to mention this car was a vehicle that I purchased from them I was told in the ad that the car had no problems just needed some cosmetic things done and new tires and that definitely was not the case I paid well over what I paid for the car in the fixing it when I did bring it to Firestone to check it before I end up having to take it to someone else I was told that it was just in your motor mount and that was nowhere near all the things that was wrong with that carServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine tuning, Battery

Worst transmission place EVER. NOT FIRESTONE!!!!! Took my car back 5x because of Leaks. Read reviews Please! I had to wait for 1 1/2 weeks and the Same Result. Don't Do it to YOURSELF !!!!!

I ve been going to plantation Radiator /Fire Stone for About 15 years now . I always get excellent advice and Quality service , had an AC tuneup in 2015 ,And bought a car from Kenny in 2010 I m still driving . my son had an engine rebuilt and of course the transmission service is excellent I ve given Kenny s name and number to many of my Friends . I highly recommend them Very professional !

My experience here was fantastic the customer service was excellent I had no idea that this was more than tire place they handle all your car repair needs Kenny is fantastic the prices are very fair and your repairs are done right away I recommend anyone that needs their car serviced to come here

Car is still smoking no A/C. Gave me the run around mechanic myself told them bout the issues before it even happened told me it was just from them putting the engine in. Very in professional I don t know how they ace certified all that should be revoked poor job for mechanics. They really makes mechanics like me who do are job the right way look bad. Spent 3 years at UTI Auntomotive. Just to come home and half to micro manage some adults don t get nothing done gear or you will be having problems till you trade it in. Right now in the process of suing them for stress they cause me. Was going threw open heart surgery when this happened couldn t rest properly because I had to go up there almost every day.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Top notch service at this auto repair facility. Brought my sons soon-to-be Christmas present in and they fixed the misfire issue and repaired the A/C on it. Cost on the repairs was at an excellent price point, will be bringing my truck here next time it needs service work.

I've always serviced my cars at Firestones. I have brought my cars to this location for years now and for several reasons. They have always been fair with pricing my services, their technicians go the extra mile, as well as, they handle all the standard maintenances and full service automotive care.

Went 3 times to get my AC fixed. Didn't fix the problem. Couple grand lost. I don't trust them anymore.

It is so important to be able to trust the people that work on your car. I had a 2004 Toyota Highlander that is going to be driven by my teenage daughter. Called before coming, "we're not busy" then I got there and Waited 1.5 hours car was still in the parking lot. I was "next" an hour ago. Then he told me "umm this guy has been here a while and he needs an alignment also" and put him in front of me then expected me to accept that. This place is horrible. Wasted 2 hours of my life.

Took a few hours for something simple as oil change, tire rotation & changed a new tire that had a nail on the sidewall . Still not bad service would go back for sure

Trevor and Kenny have been a great help to me in the past and present their only concern is diagnosing and fixing the problem. They don't upsale they only sale what's needed! They truly care about their customers! I recommend Plantation Firestone 100%!!!!!

This place Will scam you they need to be shut down the owner will look you dead in your face and tell you lies about what s really wrong with you car . He needs to be stoped they also use your personal cars to their leisure!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT
