I don't leave many reviews but Carlos was an honest guy. He diagnosed, was communicative, and fixed my Jeep Wrangler air condition quickly and at a fair price. Other mechanics would have lazily replaced the entire air condition part and cost a fortune. He found the problem and simply replaced an air condition valve which was causing the issue and it worked! Great place. I will be coming back for any future repairs and highly recommend to others.

Got a very bad flat on the way to Halloween Horror Night at Universal Studios in Orlando with the family (perfect timing). Got off the Turnpike and ran into Plantation Car Care. They were super helpful and gave me an excellent price on a new tire, since my old one was damaged really bad. If you are heading to Orlando and get a flat or need any other car repairs, this is the place.Service: Tires

Best auto shop in south Florida by far. Carlos is honest, helpful and friendly. Not to mention the prices are unbeatable . It s so hard to find a reliable shop where you know theyre not ripping you off, this place is the only one I ll ever go to!!!

I have been coming back to back, for at least 28+ years to this local mechanic shop, by far is the best in South Florida if you ask me! I like things in writing so I can see what I am being charged for. After shopping around for mechanics once my car was experiencing the same problems and no consistent resolution, I found this place which had stellar reviews. Everyone kept saying the same thing: very honest, consistent, very reasonable, great service, very knowledgeable and professional. That's what attracts my attention. Also the fact that they send reminders for oil changes and you can register your vehicle on their website to create a file. So far I have been here twice and I have no complaints and Id to keep it this way.

Coming from up North it is difficult to find a good, honest, trust worthy mechanic in a new place. I tried the big names and even another smaller shop, left feeling with inflated prices and not honest opinions.I looked for more local car shops and came across Plantation Car Care and can by far say that this will be the only shop I will be going to from now on. If you are looking for a honest shop this is the one, Carlos has been the biggest help trying to figure out problems with my older car. I truly appreciate all the help and the patience given to me by Carlos and the team. Would not recommend any other place other than Plantation Car Care for any car needs.

Carlos is very nice fair and honest. I had front brakes done recently very good price and work was done professionally and quick. This is an excellent place to service my car and pickup truck. Carlos keeps it humming like it's brand new! I recommend this shop to anyone who wants an honest mechanic at a fair price. My father once told me that, when you find a good mechanic it s like finding a good doctor. I read some of the comments before I posted. I feel the same way others do; Carlos is a very honest mechanic. He tells you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. Then Carlos fixes it swiftly and charges reasonable prices! I called them & asked if I could bring my car in for a labor only oil change since I had my own oil & filter. They said they can do it for $25 which I was happy about. They changed my oil then told me that it was my first & last time bringing my own oil. But also now, it will be my first & last time giving them my money period. They left oil stains all over my interior as well.Service: Oil change

Amazing customer service. My car was making screeching noises and didn t know where it was coming from. I called plantation car care, and they immediately found the issue within 10-15 minutes, fixed it quick and even showed me the exact problem and why it was occurring. A HUGE thank you to Carlos and his crew!! I brought in my car with several problems, not knowing what it might be and fearing the worst. Carlos fixed the main problem quickly and even told me what not to worry about. The price was extremely down to earth. At no point did he try to sell me something I didn't need, like so many other shops do. I so appreciate his honesty and good work!!! This is the first car mechanic I can trust and I've given his contact information to everyone I know. I will never go anywhere else. I ve been meaning to write this review and let me just say I DO NOT TRUST MECHANICS EASILY. But Carlos and his team has seriously left a great impression on me! Not only do they give you a fair price, they don t try to lowball you. They are genuine and honest as they come! They really do look out for you and leave your vehicle in top shape! Thank you guys!

Carlos and his team members are always working together to deliver the best and on-time services. I have been going to them for the past 10 years and counting. I like that he is fair on his prices and always tells me (and shows me) whats the issue on all the family cars. Very trustable and reliable.

Owner was super nice, made appt online, I only had to wait 5min. Turns out "nail" was a tack and he wasn't even going to charge me for time. Had them do a rotation since it was due anyway and I was done in 20 min. Highly recommend, will be going there in the future for my tire needs

I never write reviews, but my GREAT Experience compelled me to do so. Plantation Car Care has been recommended to me by many people that I know, all of different ethnicities and races. None have ever had a bad customer service experience or car issue that wasn't resolved. As for me, Carlos greeted me with a friendly hello and asked what was wrong with my car. He took it for a test drive to confirm the issue and had my baby working again in no time! You can tell he really cares about his customers and has a passion for cars! If your looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic shop, Plantation Car Care is the place to go. Great Customer Service and Great Mechanics who have been doing this for years! I finally found a mechanic I can trust to take care of my 12 yr old baby. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I have been bringing our cars to Plantation Car Care for years! Carlos and his mechanics are amazing! They are one of the only honest mechanic shops that are truly honest and fair. Plantation Care is hands down the best auto repair place I have ever been to since coming to Florida. I have had my car repaired here multiple times and each time my need is met with outstanding service. The men who work here are trustworthy and friendly and they offer very affordable and fair prices. I could not be more pleased with the service that I have receive here.

I called to get a quote they quoted me a fair price for a young girl over trying to change her own head lights. I came in the receptionist was sweet and the gentleman who changed my lights did it quickly. I love small mom and pop shops they give more value and it was clear today. Great service . I came here On September 8, 2022 because the check brakes light came on in my car. I arrived a few minutes before they opened at 8:00 am, they looked like they were already very busy as they were moving lots of cars around, but they said they'd take a look and let me know so I left my car key with them and took an Uber to work.By 3:15 pm I hadn't heard from them, so I called and asked if I could come get my car. They told me yes. I took an Uber back and met with one of the people in their office, he told me that they checked the car out and there was nothing wrong with the brakes. I asked why the check brakes lights kept coming on and he said they had no idea, but they weren't going to charge me for the diagnostic and if I started to feel anything wrong with the brakes I could come back.Few weeks later I start noticing a grinding sound coming from my right front when I brake. I decide to take it to the dealership because I had a (unrelated) issue with my AC. The dealership mechanic tells me that my brakes badly needed to be replaced, and that the grinding sound I heard was because the right front brake pad was completely worn down to the point where it was metal on metal. Because of this the rotors and calipers were damaged and needed to be replaced, costing me much more than if I'd just had the brakes replaced a few weeks earlier.So either (1) the person who looked at my car is so incompetent that they were unable to recognize that my brakes needed replacement when I came in with a check brakes light on, or, more likely, (2) they got too busy and didn't have time to look at my car, and instead of just telling me the truth, they lied to me and told me that there was nothing wrong, making me think it was fine to drive the car until it got so bad it started causing audible damage.
