Employee on phone and refuse to check engine It's not dark out.Store opened and he sitting down on the edge in front of store not doing a dame thing.Might as well them closed.Why still open for business until 9pm

We called to see if a battery we bought there was under warranty and Lillie checked and said yes it was. She told us the store close at 9 pm so we had 10 minutes to get there. We told her we were on the way. Got there and the new battery was on the cart and she was ready to check us. We walked in and out. She went above and beyond and showed that she truly cared. The battery was for my 16 year old s car. He was so appreciative that he went back to personally thank her for all her help. This makes you want to go to that store because of the service we received.

I had a problem with a Wix oil filter.Georgia went on and above to handle the problem.Best customer service I ve seen in my 60 years of car ownership.I called corporate first and still have not responded with a real person.

I purchased a headlight bulb from this location and the tech replaced the broken one. He said that all the techs do this, including parts such as wipers and batteries. He was literally a life saver because I was traveling alone and it was raining horrifically and getting dark.

Employees are NOT enforcing the Face Mask policy, which is posted on their entry doors to the store. When I inquired to a cashier named Jose about why he serviced two men that weren't wearing mask he told me that he got tied up and didn't realize and that I should have said something. The audacity for him to tell a customer to do what he should be held accountable for is unacceptable!.

I bought a battery a year ago from O'Reilly in Okeechobee. I was having battery trouble, and AAA recommended I go back to O'Reilly . I told them the issue. The person behind the counter went out to my Jeep, came back into the store, grabbed a battery and a cart, changed my battery for me, and didn't charge me A DIME! He said everything was completely warrantees! It is so wonderful to know that there are still honest people in this world who don't take advantage. Thank you, O'Reilly, for restoring my faith in humanity! I will shop here from now on for all of my auto supplies.

The staff at this store are incredible. They made a horrible situation into one that had an amazing outcome. Friendly and convenient. Prices are competitive. Kudos to Jose who made my experience awesome!

The customer service at this location is second to none. I needed a new car battery for my car. They didn t have one I stock but Bill ordered one for me. It arrived the same day.Lillie checked the battery to ensure it was in fact bad and needed to be replaced. Manuel installed the new battery for me and made sure I was set before he went back inside.Great service and affordable prices. Thank you!

Had a friend pick up a part and it was wrong. Returned the part the next day, now they have every excuse to not return the money. They have even claimed it was refunded twice and then ask for proof that is easily access by their own system.

Usually only go when the advance auto close to my home is trying to make me pay exaggerated prices but overall nice auto parts store. Saved about 30% on parts that would've cost way too much at advance auto and I'm grateful for that. Staff can be a bit more attentive but it's fine the woman I dealt with today got me what I needed and out the door in literally minutes.

They came in clutch h for my dad's truck. We ordered some struts and a Timing belt. They literally were delivered to the store within 3 hours. Now that's clutch, since my dad's business depends on that truck everyday!

Stopped here to get 2 quarts of oil the staff was unfriendly, non helpful everyone seems busy doing nothing . There was 2 employees at the register , but no employee even the manager greeted or assisted me until I said something . Maybe I went on bad day , but I wouldn't go back

John was an amazing gentleman that helped us find the right part.He even recognized that it was important to get us this part that day.He called the store that had the part and ask them to hold it, we were on our way.Writing down the address and telephone number to that location along with giving us the name of the contact.Thank you John**However the store you sent us to, did not have the same customer skills.How can the same company store have different attitudes?**

They have parts you need if they don't have what you need they will order it for you I have visited other auto part stores and they don't know what they are doing and they don't carry the right parts this is the place every person should go for parts

Lillie should NOT be working for this company. I ve been coming to O Reilly for years and neverrrr have I been treated with such disrespect and disregards. I walked in and stood in line and she didn t say a word to me. Instead a man that walked in AFTER me who she must know personally, was greeted with a warm welcome and she allowed him to SKIP me in line and began to help him. DISGUSTING! I really can t believe this just happened.

Excellent staff and customer experience. Had no problem in diagnosing the issue with my battery and were happy to replace it (was under warranty) for no charge. Installed the battery and all, wasn't an easy installation. Staff seemed knowledgeable and was very helpful.

I drove down to Plantation from the panhandle of Florida to visit my sister in the hospital. While I was there my battery light came on. I had just recently got a new battery and alternator at O Reilly s in my area. Hosea was very helpful! He checked my car and made sure he had the parts and referred me to Plantation Firestone across the street. He made sure that the parts that were needed were replaced at no cost and had them brought over to the mechanic. Which made it very stress free for me! While I was waiting outside for an Uber with my daughter and 3 month old granddaughter the district manager drove in to check on us making sure we had a ride back to our hotel. Just want to say thank you for the wonderful employees you have and the kindness that they showed to us! Going the extra mile makes such a difference!!

The staff is amazing in this store once you walk in very helpful and will go out there way to get your parts in time. Jakar and Uriel you both do a Stellar Job your Customer service is exceptional......Thank You! For taking good care of me.

Did not have the part that I needed in store. waited all day for them to get it delivered from another store only to find out that the part was not new, but used and did not work. Had to go through the hassle of exchanging it for another one that I had to wait until the next day to receive at the store.The next day I arrived to pick up the part and get treated as if I am trying to run a scam to get something for free even though the part was already paid for. I had the receipt, and the exchange receipt. The employee then rights no returns on the receipt and tells me I'm not getting the Box, hands me the part and walks away. Very rude !I chose O'Reilly's because their prices seemed reasonable but it's not worth it if they're going to treat you like a criminal, will not be doing business with them again.

Absolutely the worst customer service possible. Nickolas was the absolute worst. I bought a battery 6 months ago, it has since died, and tested bad. He refused to replace my battery under warrantee because I didn't have a receipt. I will not do business with them again and I advise you don't either. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The store is clean. The location is nice. But the service could be better. Couldn't pay in cash for an 9 dollar part cause they didn't have change for a 20! Another day they said that they had a part I needed in stock. So I went there to go pick it up and they didn't have it. They told me I was welcome to wait an hour while the guy goes to the hub and gets it. Both times I left and went to AutoZone.

The little gentleman/worker with salt/pepper hair who speaks English/Spanish is very rude. Seems like he would rather be rude to you then try to help you. Terrible customer service. Also a man walked in store behind us, was told he needed a mask, he said I left it in the car and they let him wonder around the store with nothing covering his mouth, not even using his shirt ro cover his mouth.If I could have posted this with no star, that is what they deserve. No star service.

My battery was dead and I needed to get to the hospital where my baby is in ICU I went auto zone and they told me the don't do battery checks or installs at night then I notice this store across the street and I called and a Mr. Rick answered the phone and told me that he could help me. I told auto zone they suck and O'Reilly will do it. After being jumped I drove across the street and true to his word Mr. Rick told me what battery would be best for me suggested for me to buy the lube that protects from the battery corrosion and installed my new battery so I could get to the hospital. O'REILLY has a customer for life thanks to Mr. Rick. This was Wednesday night on Aug. 21 at 9pm. Thank you O'Reilly for having excellent customer service.

I have not been shopping here long. I have a 2016 Dodge Dart. Its turbo and takes a weird oil weight and O'Reilly always has it in stock so now I shop here. Staff is always willing to help and they go out of their way to get you in and out so you have plenty of time to work on you vehicle.
