I had a good experience here. I called late on a Thursday night and asked if they could get me in before they closed for an oil change. The manager got it done before closing. He was waiting outside when i arrived. The price was reasonable. I also like how there are places to walk and get lunch/dinner if you decide to wait there.

Excellent customer service done by the manager Ray which was the one at the front and great job done by Norman and Josh. The place have very very good prices. I definitely recommend

A couple of weeks ago, I went to this location because my car tire was low on air. My car kept showing the warning on the dashboard. I could not be more grateful for the help that Jermaine gave me. He was professional and informative. He took the time to put the car on the lift and inspect each tire. When he could have just put the air in the tires and sent me off. He was able to pinpoint the exact problem and give me an affordable solution (temporary) since I could not afford to fix the issue permanently. The problem was that the tire had a nail in it. I had to highlight how wonderful Jermaine was as a worker.

It's my first time at this establishment, and it's been a positive experience. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I'm impressed with the attentive customer service, the cleanliness of the facility, and its convenient location. It feels like they've handled my car with care. I'll definitely be returning

Ray was amazing! As a college student, I was nervous of being overcharged for an oil change but Ray assured me I was getting the best price. He was very upfront with the pricing and there were no secret charges. I had a great experience and I will definitely be coming back.

Excellent customer service. As a parent of an out of state student, it s always nerve- wracking to have your kid going places & risking being scammed or overcharged. Ray was fantastic. He thoroughly explained everything & had no issue talking it through over the phone with a nervous mom. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. This was my first time here. I ordered my tires through Amazon and had the option to have them installed at this location. I'm glad I did. Amazon shipped them directly to the store and I had an appointment scheduled all at once. Everything worked out great. The staff were very attentive, polite and knowledgeable. They even replaced one of my tire sensors that was installed incorrectly and broke at no cost. Thank you guys. Job well done! I will definitely come back again! I highly recommend.

Got tires delivered to this Mavis location. Service was great and fast. The staff were nice and knowledgeable. The price is great compared to other places i research. The waiting area is cleaned, and you are able to see through the glass windows what's being done to your car. This location is far from my house but I am glad I chose it.

I have gone to Mavis for tires and brakes and had a great experience both times. Everyone is friendly and they don t try to upsell you. If you need cheap or premium tires, they have it for an amazing price.I came in today for brakes (different car than the tires) and they also pointed out the rear shock was out which they replaced. Always a great visit here.They have the best prices as well as providing a quick and reliable service. 100% recommend!

My experience with Mavis started as a phone call to the store number so I could ask what was included with the installation of some Amazon tires that was closest location to install or pick up if I wasn t happy about their prices. They offered to price match similar tires so I figured I get my full synthetic oil change and alignment done. A few days later I arrive at 10am and an hour into the visit, I get a call informing me the oil change was done but they don t have the tires (as there was some internal miscommunication) so I would have to come by tomorrow morning. At this point I was upset because of the commute I had to take, the loss of precious time and having to return but Ray assured me if I came back tomorrow 10am, they would gladly sort the issue and consider my time lost. I came back the next day a few mins early and they managed to get everything done under 2 hours. Thank you for turning around my experience

I ve always been loyal to one mechanic, but since my husband started using mavis; I thought I d give them a try! They re super friendly and the service is top notch! Oil changes are pretty fast and they patched my husband s tires within minutes. They do great work!Special thanks to Garrett and Jim!

Don t waste time with this Fraudulent Company. I dropped my car off on 2/27/24 so they could check the front tire because it has a vibration while driving it and a noise while turning left. Mind you, THEY installed 4 tires less than a month ago. I also asked for an estimate for struts and a control arm to be installed. They called me on day 2 and said a frame bushing was bad and said they don t do these repairs. I asked about the tire evaluation and he seemed confused and said he would look at it and let me know. Day 3 .. they called and said the car was ready for pickup. I had to ask about the tire situation and he said nothing was wrong which told me they never even bothered. When I arrived to pickup the car he said no charge and tossed my keys across the counter and had no estimate for the struts and control arm i originally asked for. So basically had my car for 3 DAYS and pushed me out of the door as if they didn t want to make money. I m not sure where we are as a society but customer service does not exist with this particular branch. The manager Bennett or Garret laughed at me while I was walking away. Excellent way to represent a nationwide branch. I have spent well over $2,000 with these people in the last year but never again. Not to mention they damaged my TPS sensor in my Lexus last year and denied accountability which cost me an additional $650 to be repaired at the dealership. I wouldn t recommend my worst enemy to do business with these crooks. I m glad I have extensive knowledge about car repairs because I m sure they ve take advantage of many people

I had a really good experience at a tire service center for the first time! Garnett was helpful and honest and the service was fast and efficient. Even though it is a longer drive for me, I recommend and I will be back for my other needs.

Amazing service! Ray & Jim Squeezed me in last minute, gave me a great deal on my tire and they were both super reassuring & very personable. Not to mention got me out of there in 30 min. HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who needs their car serviced at a great price.

I went back to Mavis Tires & Brakes for my 2nd time to replace all 4 tires on my Camaro SS Convertible. I ordered the tires and made the appointment. They informed me that they could have the tires the next day. I said I would be there on Sunday morning at 9:00amJim the manager gave me a special discount for repeat customers, I felt like these guys appreciate my business they beat the pricing of all other tire suppliers that I checked on.I showed up for my appointment to get all 4 tires done and alignment. I was there around 9:15am and Jim got it done by 10:00am I was amazed. He went out of his way to help the tech. get it done quickly. I Would Recommend Mavis Tire & Brakes.

Love this location! Great service all the way around! Ray is an awesome manager & Nirmil is one of the best auto techs anyone can have! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
