Great service, products, and staff all around. I ve trusted a couple different bikes to their very capable hands and have never been disappointed. Everyone is very honest and friendly. They don t try to over sell you and will go out of their way to ensure you re taken care of. Highly recommend them.

Rarely do I come across a "sales" environment that is more interested in imparting confidence towards building customer confidence. Jen and her ENTIRE crew exemplified the balance of education vs. a sale. Walking that fine line amicable, I was thoroughly impressed during and post sale. I would HIGHLY recommend thrill seekers for first seek out an engagement with her staff. You would be just as pleased.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Mike greeted me and answered all the questions I had when I went in shopping for a new bike. I decided to move forward and finance a new 2024 S1000rr and Mike made everything so seamless and easy. He s definitely the greatest. Also got to meet and speak with a handful of the other team members, and they re all just as pleasant. I will NEVER I say again..I WILL NEVER go back to Riva or Broward Motorsports ever again. The service and experience BMW offers is unmatched.

Recently purchased a 2024 GSA from this dealership. Mike and Jennifer returned my calls and text messages promptly and answered all of my questions. I traded my Harley and got a fair price for it. Great customer service!

Excellent dealer. Elton great person. I bought my BMW F850GS 2019 with 7000 milles. I recommend them. Low cost, title fee and taxes the only extra in my transaction.

Great! Really enjoyed my first experience, super helpful, open and insightful. Michael was super nice and customer focused. HUGE DIFFERENCE from Miami motorrad dealer who are a total joke to compare - Make the trip to Ft Lauderdale instead!Cheers!

Highly recommend this dealership. I worked with Jennifer, who was fantastic! She was very attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure that I found the right bike and that it got to me safely (I live in Montana). Everything went smoothly and the whole process was a breeze.

TYLER in service was fantastic. Fair, modest and most importantly NOT a liar.The shop is clean and the main lobby is cozy and relaxedI definitely recommend this place

I just tried to have my low mileage 2008 BMW RT1200 serviced only to be told that they do not service BzmW motorcycles older than 10 years. It seems outrageous and I don t know if this is a policy particular to BMW Fort Lauderdale or a BMW factory policy. Manager totally unsympathetic to the problem including the availability of spares for older motorcycles older than 10 years I assume we are now expected to scrap our motorcycles one they reach 10 years. I have 4 motorcycles and my next one will definitely not be.a BMW

Highly recommend! After looking all over the east coast for rare BMW, I found it at BMW Ft Lauderdale. I couldn't be happier. They were in 'competition' with one other dealer that tried to inflate the advertised price by almost $3,000.BMW Ft Lauderdale, however, added $0 junk fees and performed a full service at no additional charge. And I was out the door in 30 mins.Mike was my representative and he was in constant communication even on his day off. I drove from NC to FL to purchase from them and I would do it again. Thank you for being an honest dealer from start to finish.

Great customer service, and if you want to buy a bike you will not find anything hide!! they are very clear, Jennifer looks serious but is good make bussines with her because is clear, in service the labor rate is good, totally recommended to make business or maintenance.

This is the Best BMW Dealership in Florida, the Sales Rep Elton was great, the sales process was very smooth and they were very transparent with the finances, Julie in Parts was amazing explaining my Cases and Jen, the Manager, was also a great help, overall, they got a great team, I would bring my best friend here any day.

I recently bought a GS Adventure from BMW Fort Lauderdale, I was assisted by Elton who walked me through the whole process and made it really simple. Their text messaging functionality made it a breeze to communicate and Elton was always quick to respond and follow up on additional requests.

I owned a lot of motorcycles, all brands, in few States. Been to a lot of dealers, Service Departments.For the 1st time I brought my both BMW motorcycles to BMW Motorrad Plantation (Fort Lauderdale) FL. Not only the entire crew is super nice, but also very professional, they take really good care of you, a lot of attention. Top class business. I will bring my bikes religiously every years to them as I know they are in good hands. I am impressed!!Olivier

BE CAREFUL. They will charge more hours then necessary to do a simple engine oil change. This location is often empty and desperate to make money.if you can't align the price before, BE CAREFUL.

1st off I want to say that I brought my bike into the Shop s1000rr 2021 and it was having issues. These guys helped me out and gave me some of the best service I have seen from any dealership at that. Called me with updates and progress with my bike and I was pleased. When I needed to order a part that I knew I had no business touching, they took the time over the phone and in person to help me locate the right part! Hands down great customer service!

Bought a new R18C Fantastic transaction. Put 20 miles on the test ride.decided had to buy it. Asked to see the paperwork, Jennifer had it for me in moments. Told her I'd be back Tuesday to complete it. She had paperworkready to go when I walked in. I was out in 20 minutes. Most pleasant motor vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I have been a customer of theirs for over 15 years. Highly recommended.

I bought a BMW GS in Lake Worth from a private owner. I live in NJ. When I called the dealership where it was purchased. Karen was awesome. She took the time to check service records without hesitation. When I decided to have service, tires and a battery done prior to my ride home I went to Ft Lauderdale rather than a closer dealer just because Karen was so awesome. I was not disappointed! Service was great. The ten was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Great dealership!

I made a sudden decision for a road trip for Thanksgiving and the following weekend. I needed extra gear for the journey. I was able to find most of the required equipment. And for the ones they didn't have for my size at the store, they could get them within 24 hours. Fantastic customer service, excellent and staff.

Went to see the s1000rr in person & had to contain myself. Jennifer in sales is very helpful & knowledgeable. I WILL be seeing them sometime soon in the 2018!!!
