WOW! I m in total Disbelief!! Today I Received my 2021 Nissan Rogue delivered to NJ and I was ENRAGED at what I saw?? I was told by BEN the vehicle is in tip top shape, no accidents, no scratches, car looks Brand New? What I saw looked like it came straight out of a junk yard? The vehicle was filthy dirty, didn t even have the decency to wash it, the rims center wheel caps were missing, the wheel wells around the vehicle are not even in place or screwed in, there s a crack on the front window, the back door hatch rattles when you shut it, the hydraulic system doesn t work, I found white overspray on my windshields, I can keep goin on and on. I tried texting Ben to get some money refunded for the catastrophe, but he was avoiding me of course, and get this one, he called me this morning saying his phone will not be working today!!!! RED FLAG!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS! Here s more, Vehicle came Bone Dry! Yes, BONE DRY, no gas, Tires were also flat?? I m not joking, this is all true, look at some pics. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Ben is very fortunate he doesn t live in SOUTH PHILLY.

I have called Auto World US, however, Ben will not return my calls. The check engine light is on in the vehicle. The hood latch was broken and when I drove the vehicle the first day, the hood blew up as I was going down the highway test driving the vehicle at 65 mph. There are several other things wrong with this vehicle and auto world will not take accountability or even return my phone calls. I paid the delivery fee from Florida to Kansas City, after speaking with Ben, he told me the car was immaculate, and in very good condition when I receive The vehicle that was not the case and I never raised the hood of the vehicle but Ben is accusing me of why the vehicle hood Almost killed me. Ben has offered to replace the broken light cover on the driver side since there was a hole in it when the vehicle arrived. This was a bad deal and terrible service. I paid Ben for the delivery and the delivery guy tried to hustle another $500 from me saying Ben at Auto world never paid him.I will never use this company again. Shame on Auto World, I have a lot of repairs to get started on.

Eric and Kathy were amazing. They helped me get into The car I wanted excellent service Exxon vehicles like this place very honest people they worked with me. I would definitely recommend everyone here I would give them 10 stars.

Eric was professional and courteous and did everything to help me choose the right vehicle to meet my needs. I am grateful and thankful to Auto World US Corp for helping me get into a car within a reasonable time frame. My experience was everything a person looking for a new vehicle would want.

On 3/28 I drove off with a BMW 2005 with $3000 dwn payment. few blocks from my home in Miami the cooling light (yellow) came on..I ignored the sign.. next day I went to start the car and it wouldn't start. The car jump for 2 hours finally my son and friends stated in was more then battery issue. I immediately contact Autoworld and spoke to Kathy then Eric and hours later they dispatched a tow.Hours later Eric contact me offering me replacment car with 2 options issues with the BMW. I select Impala 2019 3/29 which it was explained to me while selecting the impala that the fiance amount will stay the same but it change $90 more.03/31 Easter I was driving 65 mph on I95 suddenly I heard a loud noise and then power steering, check engine oil, low tire and check engine all lights out. I had to leave it parked in residental parking lot because I couldn't steer it out of the lot and that after I added power steering fluid.... 04/01 I had the car towed to a reputable auto repair and in the meantime I called Auto to speak to Eric but he wasn't in each time I called. @ 6 & 6:15 pm I saw the missed calls so I called back Eric answer I stated who I was and then placed on hold for 10 mins. when I hung up. I have yet to get call back... I'm seeking legal advise... I want to know what rights do consumers have when finance a car .. I work to hard for my money and I don't have $3000 to WASTE... USED CAR...I EXPECT ISSUES BUT NOT 2 OR 3 DAYS

My experience here with the team has been amazing, Everyone played a part in helping me get the vehicle I wanted and getting approved! Cristal has been super helpful with handling all my paperwork and working with the banks for me, Eric has been speedy in all he does he even helped me get a affordable insurance for my car and the owner is very cool and laidback! Thank You guys.

Saw this beautiful Mercedes online. I lived in Orlando I didn't actually see the car. I called spoke to Sophie and Van they described the car. I wanted it purchased. It had to cross shipped when I got the car. It was exactly what they told me. I'm so happy with my new vehicle. Thank you, Ben and Sophie. I would recommend everybody. They're very honest people

I absolutely loved the service at Luxcars. I love the team work that Gessey, Sophie, and Eric reflected onto me. They all was amazing and great especially Eric he helped me make my mind up on what car to get and I walked off the lot with a 2020 Malibu LT. The owner Ben was also amazing he help you and work with you no matter what. If your looking for a place to get a car go to Luxcars because they are actually there to help you find what s best for you and the owner Ben is so honest with you and upfront.

Called about a convertible (was ready to buy) Spoke to a lack luster woman by phone with ghetto additude who was pretty much too lazy to speak or answer questions.Asked for additional info - she took down my # and never bothered to get back which was no surprise.

Send me infinity QX 80 2014 with the driver side mirror broken off and they do not want to compensate me for it to get it fixed and it s almost $2300 to get it fixed. They offered me 100 do not buy a car from these people they are a rip off.

This is the best dealership in Florida. They are extremely professional. Mr. Ben the manager, and Mr. Erick the salesman was so helpful. They upgraded me to a nice vehicle with warranty. Never buy from here, it s pretty much a whole scam. Now I have a broken car I paid $11,000 and I m down $16,000 altogether trying to fix it and then they try to sell me a car that sticker says $16,900 but I would have to pay $28,000. Never go there. Save ur self the headache. And it was my first time buying a car!

I recently visited this place and unfortunately had a highly unsatisfactory experience. The service was subpar, and the overall quality left much to be desired. It was a frustrating encounter. I expected better service and quality, but instead my experience fell far short of those expectations.
