Not a bad place to get unloaded..I had loose tires to get unloaded..They said it would take up to six hours due to priority trucks coming first but I got out in two. Respectful guys...

Well I'm a current employee and I think they are an awesome company. They've always been good and fair with me and if I'm blessed enough I plan to retire from them some day knowing I put the time in and it was worth it the whole time. They've been around a long time and it stands to reason why!

First I suppose to revive a spare for my trailer but they sent me the hub and bots , then I spoke to Nicole told me I will revive my tire next day after waiting again for another day still nothing arrive. I call back and she they forgot and will sent tomorrow. After many call making sure the spare come mail out, finally I revived ended got the wrong size. It not their fault becuase it was from the original trailer company order it , but I just think from the beginning to the end they never call me to provide tracking or even call letting me know my spare were sent at least attempts to let me know the status at least.Nicole work there tell me I have to have the company call to change order so it fine. So I call the company the guy told me he text and call her after we talk. Almost end of day I try to call Nicole back to confirm , about 5 times calling the never try returning my call back. Finally I told myself let me try one last time before they close at 5. A lady name Nicole pick up and start yelling why I keep calling. I try to be politely explaining to her I not trying to bother. Just wanted to know the company call them she disconnected my call. If she know I m calling several times why she not attempt to call back??? Very rude and unprofessional service. I hope they not the owner because sure they losing business . If they not the owner hopefully who ever the owner(s) read this and replace to impiove staff if they want to stay in business. Hope this review help you decided if you wanted to go my route or not save you lots of time and frustrations.

Ordered a specific rim and tire from this company on Wednesday, they said no problem it would be ready the next day around 1pm. So I called them to make sure it was ready and they said yes. So I took off of work early and drove 1.5 hours to get there before they close. When I got there and told them who I was they rang me up and I paid the young man behind the counter and he brought out the tire and rim and it was the wrong rim so he said he would ask about it. He comes back and says it would be fifteen to twenty minutes they were going to put the tire on the right rim fifteen minutes goes bye and he tells me they don't have the rim in stock. So I asked if I could get a galvanized rim and tire to hold me over at a decent price and they said no problem, then wanted to charge me $150 for it and I said no just refund me my money and that was that. Then drove another 1.5 hours home with nothing. So thanks for nothing.

I had a blowout with a new trailer. The OEM did not help, the major retailer who sold it did not help. I filled out the warranty form online with my contract of my new TT. Got an email the next day that no questions one year warranty. Replacement tire delivered two days after that. When I removed the tires I found another about to fail. Simple form, they replaced it also. This company has the best customer service and response time I have ever seen. They also paid me back for the mounting of the tires.

It is a great place to work and the bosses are great people but they do have a couple of people they need to replace before it can become great again.other than that they have good prices on new tires and rims.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A WEEK FOR TWO TIRES i WAS TOLD WOULD BE DELIVERED WEDNESDAY 10/13/2021 NOW THEY TELL ME THEY DO NOT HAVE THE TIRES AFTER I HAVE CALLED THREE TIMES TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE THEY ARE. I WILL USE THESE GUYS SPARINGLY IF AT ALL.
