I've the best experiences at take 5. Both in Brandon and especially in plant City. The professionalism is outstanding. They've always done an amazing job with my vehicle. Their kind and caring attitude is what makes it over the top. If I have any questions or concerns the address them immediately and resolve them right away. Thank you Take 5 again. Forever customer.

Excellent customer service. Offered service beyond oil change that was needed; air filter was badly contaminated Dylan suggested replacement. Also made sure all nuts and bolts were snug before I left the facility

I recommend this location 100%. they have the friendliest staff that I found in this kind of business. Tech Ozzie was my technician and he treated me extremely professional and have a great customer service skills. I recommend to ask for him when you go there to get your service he will Make sure your car going out with everything maintenance related you need.

My third time visiting and the service has not disappointed me in any way. Well, maybe being offered a "Sweet Ice Tea" instead of a bottle of water would be nice.Anyway, good service, quick as advertised and the total customer service experience was good.My only real concern is, like I mentioned, this was my third visit, and each time I have been there, the staff is different. I would really like to see some of the same faces when I come in, so each time is not like the first time, so let's work on employee longevity and retention.I know, in and out in 10 to 15 minutes, but it never hurts to take a moment to get to know the customers a little. Ask suggestions, make a little small talk during slow periods, anything to just keep the human contact, human.

Both Guys were great. Dylan takes the time to explain everything in detail. I left his place and drove 1,200 miles. No issues. He also took the time to explain their fleet program. Owning multiple trucks we will be utilizing their services on the regular. Great job!!!!!

I have been an exclusive customer at this location since relocating to Plant City. Have never had a bad experience...ever. This visit was unusually a great experience above all others. Their was a trainee that was focused and provided awesome service. Additionally, the young man that announced and or communicated the entire process. I recommended Take 5 to all my friends and family.

Jesse and Joshua serviced my car today. I had to leave a review because they were both so professional and pleasant. They worked efficiently throughout the service so as not to waste my time. This really matters because when sitting in your car with it turned off, it gets really hot, so I'm glad they worked quickly. They answered any questions I had. I had a positive experience and will come again. Down side, an oil change is so expensive. $109 for a Toyota Sienna. $40 more than the state I moved from. Ugh.

Always professional and always thorough. I have never had issues at this location and I have been using them for over 10 years. Prices are fair, service is good and they always go above and beyond to make the experience worthwhile. It's an oil change. And they do it right.

Service was quick and easy, they made good recommendations but were not too pushy about anything. As a young woman it s nice to get fast easy auto service without the men being condescending! Ozzie and his partner, whose name I unfortunately didn t catch, did a great job. I don t live in the area but I would definitely come back if I find myself in town and in need of an oil change. :)

I usually don t leave reviews often but the service from the guys at the Plant City, FL location is SUPERB! I was greeted with water as soon as I pulled in as always, service was completed fast, and I left feeling as if they appreciated me choosing them to service my vehicle. I ve been to this location several times for both of my vehicles however, this visit was different in a great way I just had to leave a review.

I was there on 7 am on the 5th of April 2024 .i don't remember the 2 gentlemans name but they were awesome. They were kind, polite, informative, definitely would want them to service my car again.

Friendly staff! Reasonable prices. Great service. Great product recommendations. He suggested windshield wipers and I accepted. The price was tight and I needed them but didn't know they offered them until service writer suggested them. I'm happy and will be back when I'm due for my next service.

The first time I went to this location I didn t have a very good experience. Today I gave it another shot and the guys that were there did an amazing job. They made me feel comfortable and they also checked everything that was supposed to be checked. They changed my oil, cabin filter and engaged in conversation. It was an amazing experience! Very professional and quick!!

Dylan and Ozzie service my car on Saturday 2/10/2024. Both of them did an excellent job. Checking everything on my car and making sure I had top notch service even though the call center miscommunicated about pricing. Take 5 Oil Change is the best in Plant City with awesome gentlemen working for your company... Thank you and God Bless them both.

Great service. Was greeted in a timely and friendly manner. Service was done quickly and I was kept updated on the process. Being a veteran I was recognized for my service and given a discount. I recommend them and I will utilize them again.

I was there this past Friday 10/20/23. I didn t catch the three guys names who helped me but they were great! Super friendly, informative, and fast. I love going here bc they are so fast and always give great service! Definitely worth the price.

One star because I can t give zero!! Do not send your high school daughter there for an oil change because they will take complete advantage of her. My husband call to find out how much it would cost for her oil change. They told him $49.99 with a $25 coupon they sent him via text. He set up the appointment and when she got there, they told her she needed EVERY under the sun and she walked out spending over $100. I would never trust these people again!

Yesterday brought my car in which has had zero problems always taking it to take 5 well this morning went to start my car engine was ticking & no power after driving home from this place so tomorrow it will be getting towed to the dealership! This car has had zero problems since i bought it now after this one oil change so angry!

the staff was great, but I would like to know next time the brand of oil used! Being someone in the automotive industry, not all oil brands are equal, some manufacturers recommend certain products for a reason. the difference in oils may cause headgasket issues or rings! please make this apart of your process.

This was my first time going to Take 5, and it was a great experience. This location approached my vehicle with a bottle of water for each occupant. Very welcoming and on point with answering my questions about the service etc. All of the guys were working together, making sure all steps were followed, all were safe since they have a tight space to work in. Explained the steps in detail, showed me my filter side by side with the new one, showed me the dipstick after new oil was added, filled my washer fluid, air in my tires and made sure my wiper blades were good. Explained the warranty with my service in case I needed things checked on my way back to PA. I appreciated how thorough and personable the guys were.

Take 5 is my go-to for oil changes. This was my first time visiting this location for my oil change and hands-down the best experience I ve had with Take 5. The mechanics were incredible helpful and thorough. They went over everything they were doing, answered every question I had, and even explained things that no other Tame 5 has taken the time to do.Additionally, I was having an issue with my driver side door and assumed the hinge needed lubricant; I asked if they could check it out for me while I was there and they were glad to do so. They helped me fix the issue right on the spot and I could not have been more grateful for that. Highly recommend and if I could give more stars, I would!Service: Oil change

WTH I am pissed. You did not screw the air filter cover back down. Sucking unfiltered air. Glad did not take Jeep out wheeling. That is twice now on both my gladiators. When I take mine I say change oil touch nothing else aka air filter. But you do. Wife takes hers in and you are welcome to check everything but put it back the way you found it. Oh did I mention once it took 1.5 hours to change my oil sitting in the bay.

Went in for a simple oil change on my 2018 F150. The tech who did the work was great, even told me about the plastic oil filter cover that was stripped. Replaced it at no charge. Asked to have the iar pressure check in my tires which was never done. Then what looked to be the manager began yelling at the staff about not finishing the vehicle in the other bay before starting mine. I get that they need to finish but he was totally unprofessional in the way he handled it. Yelling at them in front of customers is uncalled for. They have an office he could have pulled them into and discussed it. Respect goes both ways and being a manager myself for many years, belittling staff instead of building them up with training won't garnish respect. It will make employees leave. 4 stars for the staff and -1 for the manager.
