I came Remco for a second opinion after being told by the local Chevy dealership I needed a new transmission which was quoted at 8k. After looking at my truck, Brian the owner of Remco stated it could be fixed . My repair at Remco was only 300.00 with a warranty. This small business owner is trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend this company with honest, small town values. My truck is running like new. Thank you Brian and team. I truly appreciate your assistance and may God bless your business.

Brian was amazing! He got us in, diagnosed the issue(s), explained AND showed us what was going one. We were trying to get back to Colorado and needed a trustworthy mechanic. 2018 f150. Brian and mechanics serviced my R1080 transmission. Everyone was courteous and professional. Truck runs and shifts like new. Everything went perfect.

Excellent service everytime! Brian, Jesse and their staff are extremely knowledgeable, personable and work hard to complete each job in a timely fashion! I bring every one of my vehicles to Remco because I know the prices are fair and the work is dependable!*Yet another positive experience from the Remco crew! Throwout bearing blew to bits on Friday & they already got me back on the road!

Can't say I have used them but they took a significant amount of time to help diagnose my jeep and follow up above and beyond what would ever be expected. Aside from being skilled, the next thing you want from an auto shop is honesty. My experience with them is that they more than exceed that criteria. Will be recommending them for any transmission and general repair services in the future!

I did not trust my other place of repair and was looking for a new place I could trust with my vehicle so I came to remco transmissions on a recommendation and I have found the customer service to be outstanding especially Jesse and Brian they have been helping me through this process I have a 2009 Jeep Wrangler JK 2-door 3.8 and needed a place that I could trust to replace my clutch they were fantastic and very reasonable when I called Jesse answered the phone he went above and beyond in answering all my questions and I did not feel that I was rushed at all . For now on I will take my business to rimco transmissions thank you Jesse for providing me with your time and professional service

Absolutely best shop in town. Jessie is very honest and upfront with you on what needs to be done. Our transmission blew up and he help us in the right direction to get us on the road since we were on our way out of town. Finished in a timely manner and we are very pleased. Highly recommend!!!!!

I came to remco to obviously have my transmission fixed on my 2008 jeep wrangler 6 speed . I m writing this as I m currently waiting for my vehicle in their office . I have dreaded this thinking I would not get good service or good quality for quantity in money paid. I have to say I m extremely satisfied with the service quality and very reasonable price. They have a customer for life even though they are a 45 minute drive away from me . The supervisor noticed a issue with my brakes right when I was about to be handed the keys and drive off after the transmission repair and he stayed late to fix them himself and for a great price . He has been informative , kind and professional throughout the entire process. No additional labor was done to my vehicle without my permission and the quote was spot on. I highly recommend coming to remco for your vehicle repair. And I never submit reviews but this is worth the time they truly deserve it .

They rebuilt my transmission. Reasonable pricing, great communication. They suggested a few minor things that needed to be fixed respectfully and not pushy. Will absolutely return and highly recommend them. My car is running better than when I first got it.

Took my 2 piece drive shaft out and they found a hard to find carrier bearing for it. Slapped it together and my truck is back on the road thanks guys

The gentleman I talked to was really informative on the possibility of the problem. The company is so popular and highly recommended that they had 24 vehicles to work on before they look at mine. Said it would be 6 days to a week and a half before mine could be looked at. I don't mind the wait because it's in the hands of experts.

Jesse and the crew at Remco rebuilt the transmission on my son's truck. An issue arose with my son's truck soon after the transmission work and I thought it may be transmission related, which is covered by the warranty on their work. They went far and above to find the issue even though it was not related to the transmission rebuild since it was motor related. They spent many hours looking at the truck to help us diagnose the issue and did not charge us anything even though I believe initially they knew it was not transmission related. This type of customer service is hard to come by these days and I cannot express our gratitude enough. I highly recommend Remco, they are very honest, fair, and thorough. After dealing with Monster Transmission and getting their typical garbage (read their reviews AFTER purchasing from them) I took my original 6L80E to Remco for a bench build. Transmission has never shifted so smooth as it does now. Do yourself a favor and let Remco do your transmission locally and don't run the risk of a non functional, paint dipped, junkyard transmission from mail order companies like Monster Trash.

I'm so happy I brought my car here. I was having transmission trouble which I thought was going to require major work, but they tried the simplest solutions first and ending up solving everything with much less aggravation and cost than I expected. They are great workers and communicators and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. It's great to feel confident that I have an honest and competent local mechanic.

This place completely rocks!!!! Went in to get my trucks transmission rebuilt. It only took them a week and we got it back in great shape, and brought it back just today for its 500 mile inspection. Everybody was great to work with. 10/10 definitely would come back!

Honesty and Trustworthy ...It is hard to find an automotive repair shop that doesn't try to rip off a single women who doesn't know much about repairing a vehicle. I highly recommend Remco Transmission for ALL your auto needs...not only were they fast and friendly but honest in what needed to be fixed without trying to rip me off with unnecessary repairs!! Their labor cost and work were phenomenal. I received a repair for my car for a quarter of estimates from another repair shop with way more done!!! Just try them once and you will never go anywhere else! They have a customer for life.

Brought in my Mazda Tribute SUV. It suddenly decided not to go into gear at the stoplight. Brought it into Brian who looked at it. He explained that the transmission was gone and needed to be replaced. It was a 2006 Mazda Tribute in the cost would be more then what the value of the monster was. He gave an honest appraisal which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an honest transmission specialist.

I see the good feedback but unfortunately that was not my case!! I dealt directly with their transmission technician by the name Bill because I Fall to his lie that he would get me in and out much quicker and for much less money but it was the other way around he charged me $400 cash and he hold my truck hostage for almost 3 months only to return it to me it much worse condition than when I gave it to him and I have heard before from other shops around that This particular technician would do a lot of Shady jobs like switching good parts from one transmission to another where he sees a way to make extra cash on the side and after doing a lot of research about my transmission it clearly seems that' that was the case!!!my advice!? Stay away from this crooked transmission technician at remco transmissions in Plant City Florida!!!!!

Recently used Remco Transmission to overhaul some older jeep parts. They are a fantastic shop, they were fast, friendly, honest, and affordable. I will definitely return to this shop and recommend them to friends.

Wonderful service. Quick and about $40 cheaper than the previous place I got oil changes! I will continue to get my oil changed here!
