My check engine light came on and I chose this shop based on other online reviews. I could tell a lot of people in town swore by Vic. Although they couldn t fix my car s issue, I felt they were honest about their limits and checked it out thoroughly regardless. They provided me a trustworthy referral to another local shop. We brought another family vehicle here for repairs and had another good experience. Will be back

These guys are awesome! I can t express enough how great these guys have been to me and my family. Very professional and will have you back on the road quickly. They treat you like family and they get the job done.

Excellent repair shop! Super helpful and friendly staff. My family has been bringing our vehicles to Olin Mott Plant City Tire And Auto for the better part of the last 2 decades. Vic is very knowledgeable and honest. He doesn't make unnecessary repairs or charge excessive fees. His prices are fair, he is straightforward, and the mechanics do good quality work. Highly recommend.

Beyond happy with my experience here , went to get a tire alignment , Spencer explained everything in detail and was even able to help us with a knocking sound we were struggling with for a few weeks very quickly. Thank you to Spencer and mitchel for your professionalism and courtesy!

If you have any tire, suspension automotive needs, this is the place to go. The owner and his son are great people, service is top notch and the price is fair unlike other places in PC that want your first born for simple work.

Good shop. Oil change done right and timely at a great price. A while back needed their help with patching a tire which they did right and quickly. Thanks guys! Recommend Olin Mott in Plant City for your car needs.

I can't say enough about how great my experience was here. My car broke down and was towed to a shop close to my house...After having my car for days they gave me a cost of almost $700. I called Olin Mott and was able to not only get my car in that same day, but they fixed it and had me on the road by 5 and at 1/3 of the cost!! Evan was AMAZING, super friendly and knowledgeable about everything and really made me feel like he wasnt trying to get me for every cent I had. While I dont live close I would go out of my way again for the amazing service provided by not only Evan but everyone whom I spoke with at this shop. 5 stars isnt enough!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!I called in after having my vehicle "fixed".... It wouldn't run. The owner Vic wouldn't let me explain my situation, hung up on me, and told me he didn't want my business. When I drove there I was told the cops would be called if I didn't leave the property. Looks like I'm back to square one after being charged $266.I will most definitely be filing with the Better Business Bureau!

I personally will never change mechanics unless life makes me. Their service is so much better than some of the other yahoo's I've dealt with. Actual mechanics that fix/resolve issues, without trying to sell things that aren't even needed to be done.

excellent service. I hit something on the road on I-4 and i broke my radiator. my boyfriend actually fixed it up for me, but my ac wasnt working. He took it to a mechanic there named Spencer, who double checked the work my boyfriend did. Spencer was very nice and honest with us. Made sure my car was in good working condition. Turns out my boyfriend did fix my car, we just needed to let it run for a bit so the coolant could make it through my cars system. No charge was made for checking my car and making sure it was good. I only paid for my oil change my car desperately needed - around $24~. SUPER affordable for my 2011 chevy mailbu that other places charge $50+ to change the oil. 10/10 service and care care.

Very friendly staff and was very knowledgeable and had great prices on tires. The owner always goes out of his way to help you even if they are busy. Would recommend Olin Mott to anyone. Thank you for fixing my Toyota Yaris.

Don't even bother going. Went in to balance tires, had to come back due to car clicking. Raised my car 7 times and still same problem. I drove the car home is still shaking from unbalanced tires. Wasted 3 hours of my life just to have continued the same problem, i went to a different tire shop next day and fixed the problem.

Best place in Plant City to get car service. Victor is fair and extremely helpful. Trust about any mechanical problems are appreciated. You can receive this and more from Victor and his employees.

Don't I repeat don't go to this place. I took my car to have struts put on the front end. After waiting 2 and a half hours I tried asking someone what was going on. They all had went to lunch. There was not even anyone in the office. When they came back THEN they bothered to inform me that the auto parts store had sent the wrong struts and they were waiting on the right ones! Someone could have told me that! After spending 4 and a half hours they finally finished it. Driving home my car was pulling really bad to the right. When I got home I noticed that there was parts left laying on my windshield wipers! Went back the next day to ask them about all this. The guy who runs the place was outside so I confronted him with it. He just said he was busy and walked away from me

Very rude customer service! I called up to get a quote on brakes and before the guy even asked what car I had he gets snobby and says what car do you have a Lamborghini? I responded no and he gave me a total and I asked nicely if that was the price for silver or gold break pads and he rudely says I don t know the difference as if I was stupid and there s no such difference!

Quick and good prices. Forget about tire kingdom, tires plus. They ll all over charge and make you wait days.

Horrible customer service. Very rude. Incomplete work. Took car in with 2 lights out left with 3 lights out Took my car somewhere else got it done in 15 minutes
