Had a very disappointing experience. When I took the chair in I was told it would take one week to complete. Told I would get a call when complete. I did not get a call, went in to inquire. Checked on a weekly basis for 1 month. Was always given excuses for it not being ready. Went in to inquire several times and was told I will call you. Never got a call. I finally ask for the chair back. It was returned to me the same way I took it in. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Lovely family business, great job on my RV cushions. They could easily have charged me hundreds to make new ones, instead, they came up with a simple solution to make my old ones work perfectly.

Door vinyl was peeling and had them change it from black to red. They did a good job and my car looks much better. The lady at the front was also really nice. Will be coming back in the future.

O Neals did a amazing job, they Reupholstered all of my camper and it turned out better than it looked brand new! Plus they got it done in a couple days. Friendly staff! Highly recommend going there!!

After our puppy destroyed our Haverty leather couch, we knew where to go. The chaise was DESTROYED. Looks like new! Beyond thankful!!!!!

Amazing people very easy to work with gets my stuff done in time fair prices for sure and amazing work had my whole truck done with new seats was amazing and more recently had my atv seat done and again amazing

Front staff was very nice. Was told 30 days for the interior of car to be done. I figured 3 to 6 months. 2.5 years later, nothing was still done. Was lied to the whole time, that it was being worked on. I asked why my car didn't get done, there excuse was, " I don't know".Gave them a brand new top to install, they ripped it putting it on, then I agreed to purchase there conv top. They never installed. So now my 450.00 brand new top is ripped. They didn't offer compensation for my time or my messed up parts, 2.5 years of restoration time gone, wasted. Would never take anything big to this place. Can't wait to hear there response on here. Just more lies.

Kim worked with is to re-upholster our living room furniture that we could not find what we liked new. We are happy with our results and the fine customer care.

They did a great job and a very fair price on our 97 Ford F-250 bench seat that had to be completely rebuilt.Above was my original review, we were very happy with the work so I took an ottoman for my boss to them. I dropped it off December 13th and was told it would be ready the first week of January. I hadn t heard from them by the end of January so I called. Long story short, I could never get them to contact me or communicate what was going on. I constantly had to hunt them down to find out if any progress had been made. I finally started just stopping by, realized they were using the wrong pattern, so they had to fix it. In the end I got the piece back at the end of March. Their work was good but the way the shop is run is with poor customer service and a lack of organization that leaves customers very frustrated. For that reason I would not recommend them.

Had my headliner and leather door panels replaced, car looks great. they worked over time to get the car back to me in a very timely manner. Very professional, charged exactly what was estimated and the car looks like new! Great job, wonderful staff, local company will recommend!

Dropped off my Grandmas small stool, never heard anything. Went in and said it would be done soon, I would get a call back-Never did. I started calling leaving messages, no call backs. 3 months in all I went in to find her stool under stuff with dust on it. So I guess it was done but could not even return calls. The work was not good either, it had padding in it which made it a rounded , I got it back flat with no cushion and the corners look terrible. I would not use them again.

I had my son s Siverado s entire inside reupholstered. It looks brand new! We are really happy with results. Kim kept us updated on the work and truck was fully completed in a week (including new carpet). Would highly recommend.

In the beginning of January, I contacted them multiple times to get an appointment to discuss upholstery for my sprinter van. I never got ahold of them and they did not call back despite multiple voice mails left. So I decided to stop by and made an appointment in person. They told me the earliest available was March 1. I took the March 1 appointment only to find out that they called me a couple of days prior to let me know that they would have to cancel the appointment. They would call me later that week to set up a new appointment for mid April. Never heard from them again, we are now 2 weeks further, called them several times, no answers, no call backs. I am very frustrated with all the time that I lost. This business is clearly poorly managed and not at all organized. It is obvious that they don't care about the customer.

I purchased a replacement convertible top for my Sebring with the idea to do it myself. After watching the supplied video the fifth time and realizing it would take me about a week to complete if everything went right. I called O'Neal and scheduled a time for replacement (took a week, they were busy). They used the parts that I already purchased and had the job done in 1 day. The roof looks great. They even replaced the hydraulic assembly that I purchased along with the worn out and shabby sun visors.I was very happy with the cost (which was very fair) for the amounts of work, including small things that I know were needed at no extra charge to do a proper job.I am looking forward to having the seats redone there, when the budget allows..

I had seen a lot of great work here and had, what I thought was, a very simple job. I have to say in the beginning it was small job. Maybe too small. A open wooden frame with a layer of slightly flexible material stapled around the edges that went into the bottom of a wicker chair to support the main cushion. When I took the piece in they told me they could probably not match the material but could find something that would work and that it should be ready in two weeks and cost about $20.00. Went back four weeks later and it was not ready. Sent my son in two weeks later and it was not ready, but someone in the back quickly ripped out the old material and stapled something else in place. Flexibility of material was not even close and the trimmed edges were ragged. And they charged me $38.00. I have put the piece in the chair to see if it works, but I frankly expect it to fail and have to be ripped out and replaced again - which I will do myself instead

First time there today, and while my upholstery will not be done until next week, I'm already impressed with John, Kim and Carmen. These are true professionals and customer oriented individuals!! Will recommend O'Neal & Sons to friends and family. I have no dout that with service like this, I will also be happy with my car's upholstery. Good job!!!

They did a great job on our custom boat seats! Quick turn around, reasonably priced, and quality work. We will definitely be using them for all our future upholstery needs!

My husband took a chair in to be reupholstered back in March. They called him saying it was ready and when he went in to get it they had used the wrong leather. They said they would redo it. They had the chair for 6 months after that (mind you they were only doing the two cushions). When we called several times we were always told it would be done the next week. One girl told me it would be done the next day. When my husband went by the next day it was still sitting with the old leather on it. Their communication is awful. When it was finally ready they didn t call us. We only knew it was done because my husband drove by the store. When he got it he realized they still didn t do it correctly. Instead of using the leather he picked they used some fake leather looking vinyl. If I were there I wouldn t have paid for it and would have asked them to redo it. However, my husband was just sick of dealing with them and went ahead and paid for it. I will never reccomend them to anyone and we will never go back there. The entire process was way too long, frustrating, and unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere and get better service.

Awesome- They did my Boat carpets and did an excellent Job. I have also had furniture chairs, Dining room Parsons, Queen Ann and Goose Back done about ten years ago and now they are doing the chairs again to match my new d�cor. They pick up and deliver and are right on time. Not only is Kim talented and nice but she also helped me pick out fabric and she is an excellent at colors and fabrics. They go above and beyond what is expected always

We were looking at buying new couches because our cushions on our couch were deteriorating. I decided to check around for an upholstery shop and I found O Neill and sons. They were very easy to work with, they gave me a very fair price to have six cushions redone with leather. The turnaround time was amazing, we did not want to leave all our couches without cushions so they did three at first and then did the last three, they re expediting this beat our expectations! We will be going back for more work in the future.

I ordered headliner fabric, they said they'd call me next day when it was available. They never called me, and every time I try to call they forward my calls.

Good prices. I have had several projects done here. Sunroof privacy shade, sofa cushions, outdoor furniture had zippers added to cushions to help make it easier to wash them. Never been disappointed.

Took my rear boat seat in for a simple repair and a custom backrest. Ended up with the sweetest looking seat in Tampa. The custom lettering is something to behold. Jason also took the extra time to put detail finishes that will extend the service life of the seat. Wish I could post a photo here. Also inexpensive!! These guys are top notch. May be an untapped resource for boaters. They are a little ways from the bay, but charge less and do better work than some of their competitors in Tampa and st Pete. Thanks to Kim and Jason for their hard work and ON TIME completion.

Took love seat cushion covers to be repaired. It was done in a timely matter, was reasonably price and looks great. Highly recommend.

We had our motor home's sofa reupholstered 3 years ago and when we needed to recover some of the dinette as well, we were able to take the pieces in and will have them back in the same fabric in just a couple of weeks. Great job!
