Knocked 2 stars off because i sent them a main seal and rod+crank bearings with my block accidently and over the phone was told i would be discounted for it, this was back in october and i still haven't been refunded.Also called and asked for my block's clearance specs so i can determine on my own which oil i should use and was told theyre too busy and would have to dig through paperwork. When i ordered the engine build it said in the description that all of the specs are documented, yet the customer can't see it? Not good.I understand they are busy but its not a good reason to lack customer service like that.

Dropped engine off and was told 4 weeks, after 5 weeks I was told one more week I promise once that week passed I was given another excuse that a compressor was down and it will be a few more weeks requested a refund of my prepaid work. When I went to pickup my block took them 45 min to even locate my block. 1000% wouldn t recommend. Owner is rude and full of excusesService: Engine repair
