Highly highly highly recommend. Amazing customer service from Chris. Very reasonably priced and shipping to Canada in 5 days! I love my pink rims they are the sexiest rims I have ever seen. There's nothing else like them in my city of winnipeg. Men love them women want them. Just sick. So happy with my purchase will definitely use hpd wheels for any future purchase!Thank you again Chris I cant thank you enough for making my dreams come true just by having these rims in stock

Excellent customer service! Where do I start the story..? I needed to purchase lug nuts for my new wheels and had questions about which would fit. Jeff was extremely helpful and patient in answering all my questions, including taking photos to double check the spec. But, that's just the start of this story. I accidentally ordered incorrect seat type in haste. Doh! I contacted Jeff and he was able to provide a return authorization right away, so I could order the correct ones and get them shipped out asap. But, it gets stranger... the new ones I've ordered arrives in my mailbox according to tracking. I opened the mailbox and some low-life thief took the lug nuts and left just the empty box. WTH!?! At this point, thinking I'm SOL, I contacted Jeff to see if there might be insurance on the package. Without hesitating, he filed for an insurance claim AND sent out a set of lug nuts at no extra charge on the same day! WOW! I've never had such a stellar customer service before. Thank you. THANK YOU! You guys are awesome. And will have my business again!

I rarely provide direct consumer feedback but the HD Wheels service experience really deserves a positive review. Customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. Communications could not have been better. I was not able to find a specific item online and contacted Jeff via email. Within minutes, he responded and not only located the part I was searching for, but after a brief email exchange put it aside awaiting my order. Shipping was fast...received within days of my order. HD Wheels checks off all the elements of high quality and customer service.

Contacted Jeff P about questions I had about replacement parts for my rims. This guy is amazing, he emailed me back and forth working through all the issues that surely would have been a problem later on after making an order online. This type of customer care is unheard of nowadays. This will Not be the last time I do business with them. If your looking for a company to help you through a purchase look no further.

Bought a new 2020 F150 Platinum and had the Saw HD Rims put on by the dealer. Beautiful rims and makes the truck pop.About 2.months later I noticed 2 center caps were missing. I call the dealer and they gave me the the company's information. Walked in and they took care of me right away and now I'm even going to buy the exact matching rims for my boat trailer.AA++ Company. Aaron was very helpful.

I purchased some wheels from this company and then ordered some lug nuts to match. They caught my mistake and refunded my money back instantly and told me that the set comes with all hardware and saved me 50.00. They also saved me 300.00+ on the wheels compared to other company s selling the same rims.Communication was fast and spot on how a business should operate. Shipping was fast and to my house within 3 business days.

I just had a fantastic experience shopping here and absolutely love the venture wheels I got for my jeep. I even accidentally ordered 4, instead of 5 and they had an invoice emailed to me within a day for the 5th free of delivery fees too even tho the mistake was mine. Great customer service and quick. I ll be buying from them again soon!

A local tire shop used a regular socket to remove a lock nut and got it locked in there socket. Lug that should go on wheels were not the right size. Someone suggested HD and the guy there helped me figure out the right size and got me what I needed.Great customer service! Thanks again!

I run HD Wheels PCD Adjustment Lugnuts on my SEMA featured Audi Q5. They work perfectly and come in my preferred finish (Black). Ontop of that, Jeff & the teams customer service is second to none. Fast shipping, amazing customer service and over the top consideration for loyal customers. For all of my european builds utilizing Japanese wheels, HD Wheels will be my one stop shop for conversions. @TRMNL7

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! WORST EVER!!! Sold me the worst wheels I've ever had for my Escalade. When I purchased I had to force them to open the boxes to show me the wheels. Two of the cheap plastic spokes were broke and they promised they would replace. Once I had the wheels mounted I noticed about 7 additional spokes that were bad. They said they would contact the distributor and that it would take about a month because they were coming from China. IMAGINE THAT! After a month went by they explained that the company wouldn't send any more and that they couldn't get any more either. I asked 'Jake' what they were going to do to remedy the problem and he said I was out of luck, that I should have returned them within 14 days. Even though they told me to wait a month to get replacements which put me outside the 14 day return policy. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T BUY FROM HD WHEELS! GARBAGE!!!

Worest experience buying wheels was sent 3 4x100 spin out wheels and 1 5 x100 wheel.one wheel was dirty the protective covers was off 1 wheel and center cap.was told it was sent back from before from a mess up.was told it wasnt their fault they sent me wrong wheel.i told him if i would have read there reviews before i wouldnt have ordered from them to start with he tells me oh its ex employees .ridiculous i paid 1000 dollers for a set wheels and couldnt get the right stuff then was talked to rude and was told if i wanted the corrwct wheel which i ordered and paid for then i could pay for faster shipping.
