From start to finish through my whole process of buying my new Machine was absolutely fantastic.Reached out to Ty he made it happen with no questions asked did exactly as he said . My bobcat was broken which forced me to buy a new Machine in a hurry they didn t have the one I wanted available they were sold out , Ashley gave me a rental at no cost until mine arrived. Was eating lunch with all my guys the day of my picking up my skid and a sales guy from Florida coat saw there equipment on my trailer in the parking lot instantly walked inside and told us do not worry about our meal it s paid for . I don t really write reviews but this was well deserved I m very pleased all around service, thanks Ty & Ashley .

The easiest and smoothest transaction ever! Walked in just before they closed last night. Pointed at the mower we wanted. It was delivered this morning.Julio is soft spoken, easy to deal with and a real pleasure to do business with! AAA+++

Purchased my first Kubota tractor from this dealership. My sales experience was exceptional. My sales consultant was Julio and he did a great job! Seth the manager was very helpful getting me the price I wanted. Everything went smoothly and the tractor is awesome! I stopped by at Florida Coast Equipment to look for a compact tractor. Gene, the sales representative was very knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to advise us in the purchase of our new tractor. We got to drive and operate different models to make an educated decision of what would be the best machine for our needs. I brought my tractor in for a fuel leak, fuel filters, tires, starter fix and belts. 5 weeks later they got the fuel leak fixed but nothing else. They don t write anything down about your work order and remember nothing you tell them repeatedly about the repairs,, nothing. $400 to tighten the fuel water separator over 5 weeks,, and change the oil which didn t need it. Strong work guys!Update: Couple weeks later they sent a mobile mechanic to my house that got everything done before noon. I think they re under different service dept management now so maybe things are better. So raise to 3 stars.

Was severely overquoted by a salesperson there. Talked to another Kubota dealer and they were drastically different in prices for the exact same tractor and features. Don't like when people try to take advantage of me, buyer beware, shop around before making your purchase.

Gene Honeycutt was awesome, I had many problems with my financing, but Gene was very patient and it finally went through. Gene helped pick out the best attachments for my land, he really cares that you get exactly what you need, Gene helped me stay in my budget, and the showed me how to run the tractor. I recommend him greatly, go see Gene at Florida Coast Equipment.

We are extremely pleased with our Kubota zero turn mower. Our family has bought several products here, so this is where we ended up after researching other brands. There is a difference for sure! Gene was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We were kind of confused about an apparent necessity for a $400+ insurance purchase if you wanted to use Kubota financing, so I feel like you're paying for the low and/or zero percent rates if you use this option. I did not find this advantageous at this point, thus I opted for our own financing. Keep that in mind if you plan to use their financing. Over all a very good experience.

The wife and I was looking to buy a small tractor and our first stop was Florida Coast Equipment. We wasn t planning on buying that day but I was wanting a new Kubota tractor. So we was looking at the tractor s on the lot and and the L2501 was about the size I was wanting. What made the tire kicking so nice we was not bothered at all by salesman. So I told the wife I am going to get this one. We walk inside and was greeted by Julio Riviera and talk to him for a little bit. He ask me a few questions and then it was my turn to ask the questions. I like what he had to say and told him to write it it up. A couple of days later I ordered the boxblade and the pallet forks to go with it. A few days later he personally delivered it to my property. Thank you Julio for making it a smooth transition and great customer service.

Fantastic experience! Gene was great at taking the time to show me some of the tractors he believed would best suit my needs, reviewing options and financing, and helping me to decide on the best fit. And he wasn't pushy at all. I took a couple weeks to come to a final decision on which one we would go with, and unlike many other sales people, he gave me the space to decide, but was always available for any questions I had.Process couldn't have been easier. Went in, looked at the tractors, left, did my financing paperwork online. Once approved, tractor was ordered with my options. Once it came in, I signed the paperwork online and then just went in to pick it up. Easy process.And I love my new Kubota BX23S. Amazing little machine!

I have been working with Gene Honeycutt at Florida Coast Equipment, and I have to say it was a true pleasure.All questions were answered on the spot and the equipment I purchased was sent out the next day. Gene Honeycutt and the staff are always there to help or make suggestions, kind of like talking with your father when I comes to advice.If anyone should have thoughts of purchasing or having equipment repaired Florida Coast Equipment should be your first and last stop.Again thanks Gene Honeycutt for working as hard as the equipment you sell.

Salesman was great to deal with Gene Honeycutt , i feel he bent over backwards to make the deal and kept me informed of the progress!The problem occurred in the shop. I am in business as well and will keep this civil.Highly recommend buying from Gene and taking your machine elsewhere for service.The five stars are for Gene!

My parents were looking for an excavator for their business and Ty walked them through the process so easily. He consulted with our foreman to make sure we got the right machine and even took time to show our crew how to do the daily maintenance. Both Ty and Mark were great to deal with. Definitely our first call for the next machine.

We bought a new Kubota K008-3 mini excavator in November of 2019 with the extended 1 year warranty at the time of purchase. The machine comes with a 2 year factory warranty. So the 1 year extended warranty takes it out to 3 years.Which in this case takes it out to November 2022.It s worked great until last week. The main control valve started leaking. We took it in last Friday June 3, 2022 to be repaired. Service told me it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before I would have it back. Which is reasonable but I get a call today, Thursday June 9, 2022. Almost a week later for them to tell me it s no longer under warranty Which I asked them before I left on Friday, if they needed the extended warranty paperwork before I left. They assured me they could pull up all the information on the warranty. It looks that statement was false.Three years from November 2019 is November 2022 in every calendar I ve looked at.On Friday before bringing it in, I even confirmed with our salesman about the extended warranty.I utilized two contact points, sales and services in regards to confirming the extended warranty. Sales remembered the original transaction and confirmed, service assured me they could pull it up but evidently could not.I m on my way down there now to take them the original purchase agreement that has the extended warranty information on it.

Tye is the best equipment specialist, who happens to sale Kubota equipment that I've ever met. I've operated in land clearing for 25+ years and have yet to meet anyone as easy going and, as knowledgeable in field applications regarding land clearing, landscaping, evironmental, and other commercial applications using light, heavy, and commcerial equipment as Tye. Tye is a great and tremendous asset to the Florida Coast Equipment brand and I hope and pray that they never let him go. If Tye leaves I leave(period).

Went in last Saturday to get blades for my batwing. Got wrong center blades, got deck wheels for front of deck, wrong parts again. It appears that Ashley was just hired and put in parts and maybe as the manager?? Why would you put someone on the counter that has no knowledge of the parts dept and on a Saturday by herself. Can t blame her. Appears upper management not making good decisions in their hiring process

If it wasn t for Tim at the parts counter. I would drive north to another Dealership. Thanks Florida Coast Equipment! Walked in Tim found my parts and had me done in and out in minutes. Time is money. Back at parts again. 5/26/22 Tony and Tim saved the day.
