Kinda shady .Originally bought our lawn tractor when it was Southern not Everglades so not sure if their service department changed when that happened??? Sales team may be great but if you need service that s another thing. After their diagnostics our estimate was $1600+. They asked if we wanted to put that amount into our old lawn tractor repair or would we rather consider buying a new tractor? After thinking it over we decided against them repairing it or buying a new one. We got the lawn tractor home and it s working just fine. It appears they did something with the safety switch under the seat and that was the issue it wouldn t run. I wished they would have been honest with us, as they didn t inform us that was the only thing keeping it from running. It appeared they were stating everything on their estimate was needed to get it running when a simple seat connection was the issue it wouldn t run. No longer a customer.

I have bought multiple mowers from big box stores.The sales experience from Everglades John Deere was exceptional Jordan was and very helpful and understood my needsHe sold me exactly what I needed..The x330 does everything I could ever need.I mowed three yards today and did it in 1 hour.My senior citizens in my neighborhood love it as wellHats off to Everglades and to John Deere.I will never go anywhere else!!!

My Honda mower was taken for recall service. They kept the equipment outdoor exposed to rain, sun and outdoor elements. At 1k, consideration could have been taken to care/cover the mower in the week it was being serviced.

My husband got a long trailer and can't get it tagged so the law will give you a ticket does the company care nope they messed up on the contract with the wrong number it doesn't match the trailer the store wouldn't fix it so we called corporate office hopefully they fix it we have a business and family

Thank you to Everglades Farm Equipment, I was able to get a belt for my 1965 John Deere 110. It hasn't cut grass in over 50 years. Now it's up and running and mowing my lawn weekly.

The Employees at EverGlades Equipment provide the best Customer Service Ever Ashley in Customer Service is simply Amazing. Joey the delivery driver is Excellent Great Conversationist, very nice and accommodating. Super Customer OrientedAdmittedly Ive only owned 3 John Deere Lawn Tractors 2 used one New from Everglades an X 350 tractor. my next mower purchase will from Everglades

Called today for parts availablity and got hung up on and never actually spoke to someone.Called back on hold for long tme finally someone picks up and says can I help you and said they would transfer me to parts which is who I was on hold all this time in the first place. Holding again for too long and finally just hung up and will go somewhere else.

Had my mower in for some repairs and servicing a couple of months ago. Considering we had 2 hurricanes come through, the work was done in a timely fashion. Though not cheap, the bill was r easonable for the amount of work done. It actually came in under the initial estimate. Now my 10 year old mower now starts, runs and cuts as good as it ever has. So I wanted to post a thank you to the service team, and especially to Ashley that was my point of contact, she returned calls & texts promptly, kept me well informed of progress and answered all of my questions and concerns. And if she dibn't know the answer she'd say that, find out the answer and contact you back. She being my only point of contact I Can't say enough about how nice it was to deal with someone pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall I'm well satisfied with Everglades and I'm sure to be a return customer

Got home today from bringing my baby (JS-35 push mower) back from a day at the maintenance/service spa at John Deere Everglades Equipment Group, and is she lookin spiffy, running even better. She likes to gush about the crew in back and their attention to her every needs but I ll save my comments for the front end crew, Kacey and Ashley. These gals have made the entire experience as easy and pleasant as spending $79 can be and is still a bargain 8 years later, runs like brand new. Thanks ladies for all you do, keep up the stellar work; you ve earned this rating. See ya next year, M. Thompson

BEWARE : If you are going to order anything from Everglades Equipment get it in writing. I spoke with Jourdan on May 27th and ordered a new John Deer S100 riding mower $1999.00 plus tax . I questioned the price because the big box stores were selling them for a little more money, he assured me that the price on their website was correct. I was told it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get one because they had none in stock. On June 16 Jourdan called and said my mower had arrived and the price was $2299.00 plus tax. I told him that is not the price that I was quoted and not the price that was on their website when the mower was ordered, he assured me that was the price when I ordered the mower and then ask me if I had anything in writing to prove otherwise. He knew I didn't because it was all handled by phone. I could have had something in writing because I visited their store the week before the phone purchase and was told there was no sales people on site because they were all away at a sales meeting and were going to be away for a few days. I gave the parts salesmen my name and number and he said he would pass it on to some one in sales when they called in. No one ever called. They did change the price on their website in the weeks after my order was placed. I don't appreciate the fact that Jourdan claims the price was always $2299.00 and he knows it was not and furthermore he is basically calling me a liar. That is poor salesmanship and not a very good way to build a repeat customer relationship. So keep your mower, I'm sure a big box store will be glad to have my business. I have bought 3 tractors from this place. Homer Brown has been my salesman every time. I recently moved to GA for work and noticed that one of the parts that I bought was the incorrect one. I called homer up and he sent me the part out with no questions asked. Truly superior customer service.

I cannot say enough about the service my family and I received by Joshua Clark at Everglades Equipment Group! He was so welcoming and friendly and his sincerity to help us buy our equipment was unmatched! He went above and beyond the entire way and to watch him show my four children how to operate everything speaks volumes of Josh s character and love for his job and those he serves! We were blessed to stumble into Everglades and Josh guide us caring and compassionately, no hassle, through our process! He is amazing and because of him I will service our tractors, mowers, and saws with him and Everglades always! They seem to cater to much bigger needs than a normal home owner. They had what I needed at a reasonable price. Just seemed a little annoyed dealing with a $20 purchase.They responded to this review and apologized. Assured me such is not the case. I had to go back for other parts a few weeks later. Things were much different. The person helping me made sure I had all the necessary hardware. No concerns.

I was shopping for a mini front loader and backhoe... Looked at them all and shopped for a few months.... I am happy I worked with Josh at Everglades John Deere.... He is honest, knowledgeable and up front. I think if it wasn't for Josh, I would have bought a from a different supplier. He not only came in on his day off to show me the tractor, he took the time to run me through every single option and helped me figure out actually what tractor was perfect for my situation. Josh is the kind of person anyone can do business with and know that you got the best deal and the best product for your needs.... The store and staff are great. Bought a John Deere gator and our sales person Bill Porter went above and beyond to find the exact one we wanted. Everything was ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. We will definitely use this store again.

After having some difficulties with my mower, I brought it in your location for repairs. Jamie B. was extremely helpful with the process. She explained everything and gave me a detailed break down on the services I needed for my equipment. She kept me updated via phone with the repair process which made me at ease. I highly recommend Jaime to anyone who comes to Everglades, and will be back due to the excellent customer service.

Tom, that delivers parts for you helped us today, took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to help me with a problem I was having with our Gator 825i. We could not have figured out what the problem was without his help. We use our Gator to feed a lot of cattle every day and without it we are in trouble. He was very helpful, professional and I want yall to know you have a great employee.

I recently bought a lawn mower from Lowe's. It had a faulty head gasket and I had to get it fixed. Lowe's was useless for service, so I was told I had to bring it here. I learned my lesson, buy from the dealership. Anyway, I arrived and they were awesome. They made me feel I was important, not that I expected that, but someone actually said you are important not us. They unloaded the trailer and drove it off. They then called me and went to pick it up. It's fixed under warranty and they loaded it up. Great service can't complain.
