They won t even answer the phone so u can check to see if they have your tires size..this business got to do better.. but I heard they are good from others, so I can take that from them

Bought 2 tires day before Thanksgiving at the end of the day. They were nice then.They were closed on Thanksgiving. I went out of town. I had a small leak all the way up and down. Yesterday was closed for Thanksgiving. I went today after work in my uniform, I'm law enforcement. They treated me differently from the time I went in to the time I left from the day I got tires. They charged me for fixing a tire double.

Bad customer service. Hung up the phone when I asked the expiration date of the used tires and wouldn t take my call after . ????? . I m good I ll go elsewhere

Thank you to this man! He helped me to put a tire on a cracked rim that appeared impossible in the beginning but he took his time to figure out the issue and made it work for me, Excellent service 10/10

I was recommended here from someone because of their low prices for tires. I been here 3 times in the past 2 months for the same tires. I came again and I was genuinely concerned about what s going on. The Owner is very rude. Told me to never come back after I told him I have receipts of me being here 3 times for the past 2 months. The tires here are bad. They were good at first then they go bad quickly. Save your time folks. Never coming here again

I called in because I caught a flat on the highway. They told me they had the tire I needed in stock and were able to install it that day. I drove in with the donut tire on and got a brand new tire with installation and all, for a good price and done very quickly. I highly recommend El Toro!

Not going to lie this place was like a NASCAR pit stop. I pulled in and didn't even have to get my kids out of the car and he changed the tire in under 15 minutes. Great prices! Will be back!Edit; had a tire issue today (10/19/22)-Still a NASCAR pit stop with great customer service thanks again!

Man The El Toro tire folks are great people an do great work,they was doing a bunch of tire changing ,mounting balancing,an working on two an three more people with only one tire work.They had all of us taking care of in no time ,an don't charge much money .I was so greatful I gave them a $20.00 tip for being so professional.There just a great business period.I even changed using another tire store to El Toro.So if you need good ,fast and good prices go to El Toro tire in Plant City.

Great service. I pulled my truck in and they took care of me right away, little to no wait. Much cheaper and quicker than going to a major chains. Saved me a good 2-3 hours. Thank you!

Called ahead to see if they had a tire that I needed for my car and they did! When I brought it to their shop, they were quick to replace my tire and get me in and out of the shop as fast as possible while also paying attention to how they treated each other and customers. They were friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! I ll be going here again if I m ever in need of a new or used tire!

My car had a tire that kept getting low, I searched for a nearby place to fix this and found this place!They were so quick and helpful. Everyone seemed friendly. I would highly recommend and come here again!Thank you so much for getting me in and out when I walked in.

Friendly , helpful and very dedicated to doing the job right. I brought my 2019 mustang in to have wheels and tires installed. Most big chain stores will not do this as they are not making a killing on the wheels and tires. The people at El Toro installed the tires i and gotten a great dal on from facebook marketplace, They had less than 100 miles on them on my new wheels and they fit perfectly and were on in no time the balance was spot on as well.

Great price for a nice set of used tires. The service was fast and they were very nice! The atmosphere was exactly as expected for a used tire shop. I would definitely buy from them again.

Needed 4 good used tires, guy showed me the tire trailer and said, go find 4 tires you like! Awesome!! I was able to choose the 4 tires I wanted. Didnt feel like I was gonna get shafted. I chose. Definitely coming back!

This tire place I was referred by a friend of mine which goes there which I give them three stars because their service was pretty good the price was reasonable two tires mounted onto a rim so I mean the price I paid wasn't bad at all and this place is a family businesses far as it seemed to me which a I give him credit they're trying their hardest so I mean but I give him three stars up

Extremely friendly staff, was greeted as soon as I pulled in. I was also able to get an used tire very quickly and affordably. Will definitely come back for future tires. They also speak English and Spanish.

They have repaired 3 of my new tires that had nails/long screws in them that others said I had to replace the whole tire. Before you buy a tire, go see them! Super friendly also!!!

50 dollars for used tire (dry rotted) lasted 2 weeks then another 25 to replace wasn t told that there is no guarantee or warranty. Nice people though.
